    Absolutely the worst human I have ever met... that is as a businessman. Just vial! Disresptful! Zero dignity... and makes threats on untruths people have told him! "NEVER TRUST THIS MAN MIKE GERSON" He might look clean cut and nice but absolutely can't be trusted! I only gave a one star because I have too. He is not even a 1 star! Adding an edit to cover their response. You just doxed my my address location, remove now! My landlord has ZERO complaints about me. Your video showed me mad because they keep blowing over my stuff and breaking it or killing it. I have never said a bad word about their race of which you said I did, and you said you have video (which you don't because that never happened)! NEVER HAPPENED! It is illegal to PUT private people's location online. And I have right to add my review. I choose to review the man (the owner) and not the HOA. Because the man came my front door! An absolutely no no... by his rules not mine. Edit: adding pictures to the many yard issue's we have here. When I first moved here 2 years ago the yard was so wet "I kept slipping" and almost falling. I now walk with rain boots when I walk my dog. I called the landscape company "not knowing Gerson requires tenants go thru the landlord". When the crew was leaving, they gave me the middle finger. So I had my landlord contact Gerson to help get a handle on the over watering and the killing of my plants. The crew came out and shut it off. They have the same currently, but have turned it back on. So this is what the yards look like currently. It has been so difficult to get someone to come fix the sprinkler issues "that I just send my landlord updates "in case I fall". They are not sent to Gerson. They don't care and are rude. The other issue's I have been having from that first call to the landscape company "they blow over my potted plants"! Now broken as of two weeks ago. I stepped out and was like WTF... THEY DON'T DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE. MR GERSON CAME TO MY HOUSE AND YELLED AT ME. AND TOLD ME NEVER TO TALK TO THEM (btw they told me to shut the f up right at my front door. SAID HE HAS HAD MANY ISSUES WITH ME! (ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE)! THEN I SAY THEY KEEP BREAKING MY PLANTS AND THE HAVE ALSO KILLED PLANTS I WAS GROWING. I SAID THEY DON'T DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSES POTTED PLANTS. HE SAID WELL THAT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT COMPLAINED. HE TOLD ME TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM MY FRONT of which I have. BUT NO ONE ELSE HAS TO BECAUSE THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED WITH AN ISSUE. GRASS IS DEAD OR OVER WATERED and so soggy that my feet sink in mud by 2 in. HOLES THAT MY FOOT FITS IN. BREAKS TENANTS PROPERTY. AND ON TOP OF THAT THE CREW TOLD GERSON "I YELLED RACIAL SLURS AT THEM AND THAT HE HAD IT ON VIDEO". I HAVE ALL THIS ON RECORD BTW. HE ON THE OTHER HAND DOES NOT BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENED. HE ALSO TOLD ME IF I KEEP IT UP HE WILL MAKE SURE I GET KICKED OUT OF MY LANDLORDS PLACE; HE HAS WAYS. Now here's the kicker for me. I have had two brain surgeries (I have brain tumor that can't be removed" and am on permanent disability. If I fall "It could kill me"! He did not care one bit! Mr. Gerson I am going to complain to BBB and to the AZ Attorney General's Office. You lack of not caring is going to kill me or get me hurt. I am not ok with that. So I added a review on the BBB website, and I recommend that anyone leaving a bad review also file a complaint with BBB

    The covered parking has ripped apart they will not fix it.

It can be frustrating and worrisome to be a property owner when you aren't anywhere nearby, but I had total trust in Brandon to take care of things. He led a few renovation projects for me and was always able to get good tenants in quickly. When it came time for me to sell the place recently, I turned to Brandon, who is also a real estate agent. He again managed some reno projects to freshen up the place for sale -- all without me having to come to AZ. The townhouse sold within a week of it going on the market at a very good price, better than I'd hoped. I had to pay a commission for Brandon's services as a real estate agent and an additional commission to Apartment Hunters, since he was working in that capacity. It was a little pricey but I felt it was well worth it for me to have peace of mind and not have to worry about doing any of the prep work myself. I'd recommend Brandon to anyone in the Phoenix/East Valley area needing property management services or real estate services.

    This company managed a rental house in North Phoenix in Middle Vista, the rental house has had…read morenumberous compliants, they refused to listen to HOA fines, and compliants. Never notified the owner, Tenants moved out and left a pile of trash that has been sitting in front of the house now since Thursday. It is leaking chemicals, spoiled food and now maggots. The house is totally destroyed by this tenant who the police has been called 8 times on for various violations. This home owner, sadly, is in for a serious shock at the amount of money it is going to cost to totally renovate this home that is less than 1 1/2 years old. Sadly, I feel they absolutely did not screen these past tenants who by all accounts it was a drug house. Neighbors have tried to contact this company and they won't even acknowledge our concerns.

    I obtained Fort Lowell Realty in 2021 to manage my duplex. In the beginning, I had responsive and…read morecommunicative property managers. However, from 2021 to 2025 they went through four different managers. I would have one person, everything would seem to be going well and then abruptly they'd tell me someone else was being assigned. In 2025, I was again assigned a new manager, Andrea R. and communication significantly declined in comparison to other property managers I had been assigned. Emails would often go unanswered for long periods of time. Everything fell apart during a tenant move-out at the end of 2025. Before the tenant moved out, I provided the original lease and deposit records to Andrea so there would be no confusion. During the scheduled move-out, the assigned manager was unavailable, and the person who performed the move-out inspection took not one photo. I had to step in myself after tenant departure to take move-out condition photos because Fort Lowell staff didn't do it. The departing tenant was instructed to leave the keys unsecured in the mailbox after 5:30pm, which was very concerning because they didn't set up a lockbox for the tenant to securely leave the keys after the inspection. In addition to all of this, they issued a security deposit refund using rents from another unit to the tenant before fully reviewing damages. Keep in mind I held the deposits, but they did not consult me or provide me with the breakdown and obtain my authorization before refunding the money that I should have provided from the deposit account not use rents from another unit's tenant. To make matters completely insanely worse, the refund included money that had already been returned years earlier to a prior co-tenant! After I began formally requesting proper documentation and correction of the accounting, communication became worse. I sent a written notice under the contract giving them nearly a month to fix the issues. The problems were not fully corrected. After I terminated the agreement with proper 30-day notice, communication completely stopped, they did not follow up with me with requested documentation and stopped responding to my other unit's tenant they were still managing in this timeframe. I have still not received the complete documentation or the remaining funds in my owner account. I also later discovered that another tenant had gone six months without a properly executed lease renewal, and I was never informed. As a landlord, you need clear communication, accurate accounting, and proper handling of deposits. In my experience, those basic protections were not consistently in place. In addition, Fort Lowell's team is extremely unprofessional, completely ignoring clients, being condescending, and just displaying levels of incompetence I didn't know could exist. If you're a property owner, I would not recommend you use Fort Lowell. In fact, RUN!
