Our family of four has been hard on them, with lots of scratches and dullness, and they looked brand new, actually better than brand new. In certain light, they are so shiny, they look liquid. Hugo and his contractor brother Carlos carefully removed and replaced all fixtures so that everything could be cleaned and buffed. The existing top was cultured marble and definitely due for an upgrade. Because it was a smaller project, our sales rep, Jill, suggested using a remnant slab--an idea that saved us a lot of money. We found a beautiful quartz remnant that was the perfect color and size. Next, their technician came out to take final measurements and create a template for fabrication. He also recommended using leftover stone to cap the pony wall next to the vanity, which was a great suggestion. The installers did excellent work and handled everything smoothly, including swapping the plywood cutout from a round sink to a square one and mounting the sink we provided. When we're ready to redo our kitchen countertops, we'll definitely be calling California Countertop again.
