Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. He gave me the exact shape I asked for, and although my design was simple, the execution was flawless. The quality of his work speaks for itself. Safe to say, I've found my new nail tech and will be leaving my old salon behind. I can't wait to come back!

Their work is consistently excellent, which is why I've often recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the salon's management and front desk staff. Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.

Update: I really liked this place when I came and Vy was really nice and attentive but within 24 hours one nail came completely off after 1 or two of leaving and another one began to come loose. I was not upset and called to get it fixed which I appreciate that they agreed and fit me in for a late appointment. At my appointment I had another tech fix my nails. She said as not terrible but was also not the friendliest and didn't really seemed like she wanted to fix my nails. I understand she wasn't expecting to fix nails she didn't mess up in the first place so I understood her mood. In the dim salon my nails didn't look bad at all and seen d to match the rest to my surprise when I stepped out into the light outside i had a whole different shape on my two replaced nails. Came here to get short almond gel x nails with a French tip design for my wedding nails. I showed inspo pics and requested that the white not be super stark white compared to the pink. My nail tech started off with a thicker French tip to cover the natural nail peeking out under the gel tip. However that did not fit my vision so I asked for a thinner tip. She did mention that you would be able to see the natural nail under the tip and I said it was ok. I realized after I got home that the pink base coat was essentially clear and the natural nail showed in an obvious way in photos even though I thought it looked ok in person. I did not bring this up to the salon because I figured I just chose the wrong design and decided to just go somewhere else to just get a solid color all over. While getting my polish changed at the other salon, the nail tech noticed that my cuticles were completely covered in gel and had to take an extra 10-15 mins just drilling all the gel off my cuticles otherwise it wouldn't have grown out smoothly. She also fixed the nail shape because it was super pointy for almond in my opinion. My reason for my rating is because gel is not good to constantly get on skin. I did notice my original tech at moongirlnails used a brush to wipe off the gel after each tip application which I didn't love since other places I've been to have known how much gel to apply to avoid overflow. Using excess glue and going back to clean up is not good technique in my opinion. And seeing that the excess was not even fully wiped off and left on my cuticles, I cannot in good faith recommend this salon if you want to avoid developing a gel allergy.
