We called and spoke with someone and they said they would come Friday. Again we waited but they didn't show up and didn't call. We left another message. On Saturday we got a call the technician was in the area and could he stop by. We said yes. He arrived, looked at the fountain, then checked the electrical panel and saw it was tripped. He reset the breaker and the fountain started. He was here 5 minutes. He called his boss who said it would cost $250! We said we would pay $100 which we felt was more than fair. Nope, they want $250. This is an outrageous sum. This should be a courtesy call considering their poor communication and not showing up when they said they would.
