The entire apartment was spotlessly cleaned in a matter of about 2 hours, giving us time for crucial adjustments before the new tenants took possession. They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.

Okay, my reason for 3 star 1. Reached late by an hour from actual appointment time. 2. 3 girls cleaned my 1000sq.ft 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 3.20 minutes, out of which one girl was cleaning my small kitchen space( just wiping the cabinets outside) for all 3.20 minutes and the rest was cleaning other areas. 3. I was not informed that the deep clean doesn't include cleaning windows and charged me 40$ extra for 2 full size window. 4. I would suggest to explain in detail about what is deep cleaning and what all it includes for the first timer's 5. Last 20 minutes out of 3.20 minute they rushed and haven't cleaned my living room thoroughly. Cons: Yes they did a clean and thorough work for first 3 hours. So I am thinking to give a chance again in future. Update post call from John:: brought down my rating to 1 star from 3 star. First thing he told was my review is not true and most of them I mentioned here is false, which he meant I am a liar. Throughout the conversation he was in favor of his staff and not ready to accept even a single mistake from their side. Keeps saying I have true facts and all texts. Just now I noticed there was other 1 star rating who also encountered same problem like me i.e not showing up on appointment time. I was trying to be courteous and I didn't deny the fact that 2girl(Anna and the other did a good job for first 3hrs) and I appreciated their work too. This team doesn't deserve it. Accept your mistakes you will grow, instead you calling the client liar. Guys, be cautious before you book this cleaning service, get all the details and keep a record of everything from your first phone call until the end, finally they will call you liar. Alena was a rockstar. I had booked a deep move out clean with inside fridge and oven for my 1,500 sq. ft. 3 bed/2 bath duplex up that includes a front and back stairwell. Alena arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. and literally cleaned until 7 p.m. and let me tell you it was SPOTLESS. Because of my super high standards, I'm usually satisfied with cleaning services, but very rarely am I impressed, but with Alena, I was astounded. Not only did she clean the heck outta of the place, but she serviced it with a smile. She began the clean with a walk-thru to better understand our needs and kept us updated throughout; even our backstair well was the cleanest I had ever seen it (it's heavy, HEAVY traffic area--it leads to our mudroom where we come and go during inclement weathers with our 1.5 year old Great Dane). I cannot recommend Alena and getClean more. And booking and managing your appointment was super easy with their easy to use online dashboard. I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave.
