They didn't bring a vacuum. They brought limited cleaning products. What they did well: - Windows and floors What they did poorly: -Closet and kitchen cabinets, completely uncleaned. I did a walk through and asked them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and closets. They just used a dirty wet rag for all of it and still missed the mark. -did not clean the shower walls (tile / grout) or the tub AT ALL. completely dry. Even dust still on the top of the tile. They were responsive and nice when I texted the manager. Offered a 10% discount which I took, and they offered to send the crew back but I declined (I had to get back to work, and didn't have trust or time to walk professional cleaners on how to clean). I basically paid to get windows and floors cleaned and am now cleaning everything myself again and have to call in another service that actually cleans. $300+ wasted.

I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. I called them back to show upstairs but only pointed out one of the items due to the time. When I checked on the next level I saw several area of concerns. At this point we are 4 1/2 hrs in and one more floor to go. I communicated my concerns with the person I scheduled with and informed I was going to have them stop rather than spend more money and I was unhappy with the quality of work. To clarify, I did not rush them at any time, I also waited to review their work after they fully completed the floor.
