Before I set an appointment, I DM'ed her and asked a bunch of questions. She responded right away, was so sweet and really eased my fears. She explained the process and made me feel really comfortable moving forward. She gave clear instructions about how to prepare for my appointment and the aftercare. Once at the studio on the day of, GG thoroughly maps out the brows, measures and marks them up. She assured me nothing would be done until I was completely happy with the look. I had been thinking of getting my eyebrows done for a while and I had followed Gizelle for sometime now, I kept on seen her work and I decided to finally get them done. Since I just got them done, I can't speak much for the results yet but I can speak on the process, and that was amazing. I have been putting off getting my brows done for so long, but I finally got up the courage after seeing what a beautiful job GG did on my daughter-in-law. I am kicking myself for not doing this sooner. Gizzelle is honestly one of the nicest, enthusiastic, and charming people I have met, and she has the skills and artistry to match. She was so patient and positive with me, even though my brows were very difficult to map due to the constant moving of my eyebrow muscles when I speak or smile, But she would not settle for less and when she was done, I was so amazed at how natural they looked, even though they were at that initial dark stage that everyone has to go through. We had a great time talking and laughing during the whole session (except for during the "tattoing" process when her hands were so light and soothing that I actually fell asleep for a short nap!) Review is long overdue! Gizelle is the best! I have been getting treatments from her since 2019. In 2020 I did ombré shading on my brows and it was the best decision I made! It saves me so much time every morning even when I'm doing a glam look they look great without filling them in! It was a great investment. I got a touch up last year and they're still looking great! Gizzelle makes you feel like home from the second you get there. She does so by playing your favorite music, covering you with a cozy blanket (if you happen to be cold), and simply opening the space for you to relax and/or talk about anything. She's so sweet and easygoing!! Oh and funny!! She's was so gentle on me when she did my lashes that I even fell asleep during my service.
