They make smart decisions in your favor, honor their commitments even when it takes thrice as long, and communicate far better than most computer jocks. Finding them has been an enormous relief. If they tell you a price, take it from someone who once managed the IT that enabled the management of ten figures of people's money: Pay what they ask and feel good about it. If you want to buy a new machine, pay what they ask. You will get fair value. I liked everything about them. Is it too bad they got out of the retail location? Sure, but these are the times. Told David my problem, he said he could install a new SSD and that would make it much faster and also clean out the fans and that would help with the loudness. Dropped my laptop off around noon and at 6 PM got a call it was complete! Picked it up the next day and wow, it's like a brand new computer! I don't use my computer for much... MS Office programs, internet, etc... but it boots up so fast now and all programs run optimally. Also, they have a lockbox and no contact servicing right now.
