After spending hours at the Giant RV location with my four little ones, and after I filled out the paper work I was ready to get the trailer I searched for for months! Only problem was I needed my husband to drive it off the lot. The sales rep said I would have to come back a few days later because he had the following two days off. I really felt nervous about that, I asked if I needed to give him a deposit to hold it for me. He said no, they haven't been able to sell it and no one will buy it. He said it's safe and it was actually placed waaaay in the back of the lot because no one wants it. He assured me over and over that it has been on their lot with no takers. I really wanted to pick it up the following day, but the Sales Rep had Wednesday and Thursday off. So I made arrangements for my husband to have that Friday off (the same day the sales rep would return). I spoke with the Sales Rep in the morning, everything sounded good, I drive out with my husband to Colton, but when I get there I get a text that my Trailer was sold!!! It was a horrible heartbreaking day. I felt sick of how disappointed I was. But what made it worse was NO ONE CARED!!!! Everyone (except for the original sales rep) were so cold. They didn't care. I tried to get a manager to help explain to me or apologize or do anything about the situation express remorse or something! The sales rep who lost my trailer went to get a manager named Colby Dorman, Colby then shrugged his shoulders and I could see a few feet away through the glass divider...his lips and attitude "Psst, so, I don't want to talk to her, go get someone else" Then Colby continued his laughing conversation with his male colleagues, and so the sales rep went to get someone else. I started to cry and shake. I don't know if it's because I a woman, but that's what it felt like. They just didn't want to understand how much went into getting this trailer, searching for it, and actually finding it. I have never been made felt so unimportant like I did that day at Giant RV in Colton. I felt like the managers were misogynistic and they belittled me. I didn't understand how could this have happened!? I couldn't make sense nor how this mistake did not seem to have an affect on anyone at the dealership. No one cared how much time and effort it took to get this Trailer. And no one took responsibility for their mistake. And to add insult to injury they tried selling me a more expensive trailer. They didn't care about me. I was heartbroken, insulted, and humiliated. I felt devastated. I haven't been able to find that particular trailer anywhere near California, they are all mid west or west coast. They costed me a lot of time, money and effort. The worst part is having to break your kids hearts. They were fully invested in this trailer. I even told them how after I picked them up from school they would see their trailer parked in the drive way. We had spring break already book and planned. Giant RV Colton act like those bad salesman that sell you anything and are only nice to you if they get what they want from you. A guy named Bill said I will do everything in my power to find you another Shasta airflyte 19 it will be my mission, I will email everyone everywhere and get it back on this lot. So I asked him can I follow up with you by you forwarding those emails to me that show your efforts. He said No, I'm a phone call kinda guy. These guys will say everything or shrug you off and not give you the time or day. And before I left Bill said I find it hard to believe that my sales rep didn't take a deposit to hold it, YOU wouldn't be in this situation if you had left a deposit. I told him so you are saying it's my fault!? He said yeah, because I can't see how the rep didn't want to make a commission, I find it hard to believe he "screwed" himself. WOW!!!! He researched what we were interested in and set up a series of walk throughs for us. When we decided to check out motor homes, Nick had us work with Gigi. She helped us find the perfect home AT A FABULOUS PRICE! By the time we reached Wayne, in finance, we were so psyched to hit the road! It was, without a doubt, the easiest purchase we have ever made. Went here to look at some travel trailers, the sales man that showed us around was very nice but once we decided to leave due to the heat, there was a man inside who basically said the features I'm looking for are useless and went on and on, I guess the sales pitch was insult what the customer is looking for so they buy what you have . I won't mention the racist comments he made ,but you shouldn't assume you know someone's race by the color of their hair, needless to say we won't be doing business here! read more

Went into giant to look for a motorhome. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. After spending a half hour with him, letting him know what we wanted to trade in. He left and a out fifteen minuets later he came back with a closer. This person was a smart ass. He immediately stated that he was only going to give me half of what my vehicle was worth and stated that his was worth sticker price. I immediately got up and left. I have bought two class a motorhomes from Giant. I will never go there again. I knew they had a lousy service now there sales department is just as bad. Save your money go else where. read more

Do not recommend if you are a person of color or disabled! My mother went there yesterday to shop for a RV to travel across the country to visit her grandchildren. She is on full time oxygen and can no longer travel by air. When she arrived they were polite enough but they made it clear that she was not their type of customer to help. The salesperson was nice enough but kept saying "when you are ready come on back" like she wasn't there to purchase a RV. She had to walk around the lot to look at the models but the other "none people of color" were driven around in a golf cart. Again, they made my disabled mother who needs full time oxygen walk in the middle of summer but the other customers were given the "VIP service" and were able to ride in a golf cart, why? My mom was looking to purchase that day to start her trip this weekend to see my daughters first day of school, she ended up going home exhausted, disappointed, and with no RV and now missing my daughters first day of school. If you look like you are rich or not a person of color feel free to visit this dealership as they will treat you like royalty, but if you are a person of color and dresses in normal clothes beware as they won't help you at all and treat you like you are the help read more

My wife and I went to buy a Fleetwood Discovery XLE 36HQ @ the Colton Store. Not look but buy mind you. We don't dress up and probably look like we can't afford this $400,000 coach.The first 'Salesman" Dan was unhelpfull and condescending. He lasted 5 minutes and handed us off to Tony who was the type of guy I could have an intelligent conversation with. After test driving the unit on hand my wife decided that she did not like the dark interior but we were set on purchasing that model . We asked if we could see the same coach with the lighter interior. Tony went out of his way to trade coaches with the Murrieta Store. When Patrick became involved I sensed somewhat of the same feeling I had with Dan. I noted an issue with the Rotating table that was put on the PDI list to inspect and if possible repair. When I called mid week and spoke with Patrick to confirm Sunday, I also brought up the table. He mentioned that it was fixed. I asked what the issue was. I was told" Operator Malfunction" IE I don't know what I am doing. I AM A VERY TECHNICAL PERSON and took offence to this comment. I voiced my concern that the table was NOT operating correctly and was told" See You Sunday" Totally unprofessional for someone in a management position to say that to a customer. When we showed up for our appointment on Sunday @ 3PM we were told that our walk through tech was still tied up with another customer because they showed up an hour late. If that was the case why were we not notified of the time change? After about 30 minutes Tony got someone else to take over the other customers walk through and we started. The Tech is a VERY NICE Person and I have nothing bad to say about him. I will say that for the most part I knew more about the coach and its systems than he did. But then it came time to check the table. IT DID NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY JUST LIKE I TOLD PATRICK IT WOULD. Not a deal breaker in that I would troubleshoot on my time and correct the issue if I could. The coach was DIRTY! SODA STAINS ON THE CARPET AND FLOORING. They sent a nice lady over and she did her best. I just spent a morning inspecting and repairing the table on my own along with cleaning the carpet and flooring. I texted Tony about the progress I made along with some other concerns. I called Patrick and left a message. No return call. Love the coach but this orginizatiion needs for some of its sales personel to attend remedial customer relations training. My Response to Tim: Tim, I called and left messages for both you and Patrick Yesterday to get back to me. No one called. The coach did NOT get cleaned inside. Yesterday I cleaned the stained carpet and flooring. The Bedcover was trampled on and has to be machine washed. I am an technical engineer so I corrected the issues with the table since your service department seemingly could not. Since you are Patricks and Daniels Boss I would assume that you will take them aside and explain to them on how to communicate with customers. We sent over $300,000 and don't have that warm and fuzzy feeling you get from spending that much money. Tony was great. I heard that he has to share his commission with Daniel. That to me is a joke. I have some words to describe his lack of communication skills and know what he said about my wife and I to Tony. Not cool. And Patricks remarks toward me during the process don't set well either. I am NOT going to drive our coach all the way to Colton to attain what was supposed to be done prior to our picking it up. I called and again you are NOT Available. So I leave the ball in your court. I can't stress how appreciative we are of the team at Giant RV in Colton. We started the process a new months ago, went to quite a few places and looked at many trailers. The best follow up and customer service came from this team. Jason was consistently attentive and very informational. He was sincere and truly worked hard to get an offer/price that we were happy with. When we arrived to our signing/walk through appointment, everything was ready and set up. The trailer was pristine. We ended up with the EVO by Forest River. Steven, our service tech, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us great tips for using the trailer properly. CC was fast and incredibly friendly so the loan signing was a great experience. The manager on duty, Chris, made sure that he introduced himself and offered any help he could. My wife and I have been looking for years at different RVs and in the process and talked to many sales people who did not impress us and were mainly focused on making a sale and not on our needs. That was until we met David "DJ" Lewis. We strolled in the RV Show at the Auto Club Speedway after we spent hours hearing the same song and dance from many other sales people and then we fortunately ran into DJ. He immediately impressed us because all he wanted to know what we wanted in an RV and didn't seem to be hung up on making the sale, but only that he could help us make a good decision. Wow, what a breath of fresh air!!! We knew it hen that if we did buy an RV it was going to be through DJ. With his help We found exactly what we had been dreaming of and made the purchase. From that point DJ took charge and brought his team together to help us through the financing process and then the training on how to use our RV. I first have to say Tony our sales guy was great, very helpful guy. We bought a 2018 forest river Sonoma April 2018, we went on 3-5 camping trips over the summer and loved our trailer. Later in 2018 the rains came and that's where the problems start... we noticed our trailer was flooded, I called Giant RV Colton to set up a time to drop it off for repairs, the tech tells me I can drop it off roughly 3 month from now, I decided to look into the issues myself, 1st I noticed the entry door was not closing all the way. I fixed that problem, then I noticed the door threshold was not caulked or sealed down. Next I noticed the steps were loose when walking up, turns out the plywood is water rot and the wood can't hold the bolts to support the steps. Seems to me this water leak has been an issue from the time it was built, the MDF boards at the bottoms of my cabinets are swollen and cracked, our trailer has flooded out 3 times since we bought it (less then a year), I called Giant RV back to set up a new appointment and let them know what I found. Now I waiting another 3 months to get the trailer in for service, I really have no faith in the service department, they will keep the trailer for 3-4 months and I will still have leaks. (Happened in the past with our last trailer). So at this point I'm airing it out trying to prevent mold from growing. It's a shame people pay a lot of money for something and have serious problems Giant RV blows it off like it's not an emergency fix, I also blame forest river for garbage manufacturing, every screw I see is over tightened causing the screw head to sink 3/4 into the wood. Also noticed none of our drawers or cabinets stay closed during travel, there are hundreds of staples sticking up in the carpet around the dinette, I found out the hard way having breakfast barefoot. Oh where do I begin.... they do get a star because they finally fixed our trailer and reduced the deductible by $150 but other than that... this place is TRASH! Our trailer was broken into in October and this place was available to fix it sooner than others. It is riding season so it's understandable that all other places are booked this time of year. Well they told us at the beginning of November that they were ordering the parts for our trailer (the parts consisted of a new door and window). Fast forward to the end of November when we called to check the status and NO PARTS WERE RECEIVED. They told us that the parts hadn't come in yet... yeah right nothing was ordered. Our good for nothing salesman Ron told us he would check on the status of the parts Tuesday. Only to find out that on a Thursday he was gone on vacation. He didn't bother to call/ tell us he was going on vacation and wasn't going to follow up. We had to get a supervisor involved. Come December and NO PARTS still. Our trailer had not been worked on in those 2 months it was sitting there. It's almost January and our trailer is finally done! When we went to pick it up they couldn't find the keys at first so we had to wait 10 minutes. And they didn't run the generator at all in those 2 months so it wouldn't start (which they admitted). It took us 5 tries before it stayed on. I'm glad this nightmare is over. I think the only people who write positive reviews about this place are friends or family of employees that work there. Save yourself the headache and go some where else! UPDATE: my trailer is still there for the second time with the same door issue! The door is leaking! I had to pay out of pocket because Giant RV. offers no mobile repair service, even if you trailer is still under warranty. So I waited for over a month to be reimbursed on WARRANTY repair work. I have a friend who bought a trailer from Mike Thompson RV and they went to his house when his RV was unable to be moved. They also gave him store credit for his inconvenience for shop warranty repair they performed at his home. His trailer wasn't sitting in the shop for months. Giant RV service department kept my trailer in shop five months out of the summer, and I drove it four times to the service shop. I was told " they don't go the extra mile and give store credit". The service department do not believe in taking care of their customers once you've purchased one of their trailers. I guess they don't believe in repeat customers . I will buy my next trailer from some where else. read more

The wheels of change move slowly but the reality is that they move and Giant RV, in the end, gave us excellent customer service and made things right. Bought a brand new trailer from them in march. Sales process was good however service dept there is a joke. Day we picked up our trailer on walkthrough we were told the water heater kept blowing a fuse. They asked us if we wanted to come back or wait for them to fix it. I said we can wait if it won't be rushed and will be fixed right if not we will come back another day no problem. They opted to try to fix it and claimed it was fixed and let us take it home. Upon next day I tried it and water heater was not fixed. Took it back to get the water heater fixed, usb cup holders were not working and manual slide bar was not attached. During this whole process the service manager Tom decker does not inform you on your trailer. You have to call and ask for a update and when you do call he is on lunch for 4+ hours a day. Idk if his service team is told to just tell people he's on lunch or what but very unprofessional guy. So again bought trailer in March here we are in July and cup holders are still not fixed. May sound like something small to complain about but when you spend a lot of money buying a brand new trailer you expect everything to work and if not they expedite fixing it since it is brand new why they can't. Also tried ordering freezer door trim as it broke and checked out that order 2 months later and parts were not even ordered. Fed up with the Colton location so now have to drive farther to Montclair location and even they won't get me in for over a month. The amount of issues over and over with this place do not waste your time trust me. read more

Stay away from here !!! We bought our coach in December if 2017. Ever since we got it our refrigerator has not worked. We took it in to get some things fixed. We had no power in bed slide, no power down below. Lights not wrking ac not wrking drawers not closing. Hot water heater not wrking. First time the service dept had it, they drained our batteries completely. We got ur back went on vacation, fridge wasn't wrking. We called them told us to call mobile service. Ya they don't come to where we were. So we get back take it to them. They had it for 2months said they fixed the fridge. So went to pick it up there was NO service advisor to show us they fixed anything. My husband opens door fridge is beeping. Why they left it on ran our propane tanks dry!!!! We go camping again fridge still not wrking we talked to Ron the service rep says well it work. I don't know how u ran the propane tanks dry so they couldn't have possibly checked it. Now we r trying to go camping again. Tom the service mgr will not pay to have our fridge fixed. It's still under warranty. However mobile guy is trying to fix it. This place is horrible on Customer service ,no loyalty to there patrons at all!!! Just take ur $$ and send out the door with an rv that broken & they refuse to fix it!!! They try to pass the buck onto some else. They lie & say they fix things when they don't. So when ur warranty runs out your stuck paying enormous amounts of money. Went online and found a pop up I was looking for. Contacted the company and they told me they'll get it ready for us. We drove an hour to get there just to find out that they sold it 20 minutes after we talked to them. Apparently calling us to let us know wasn't something they thought they should do. They said we could put a back up offer in but the price that was quoted to us over the phone by Sharon wasn't correct, but the sales guy didn't seem to know what the actual price was. A young salesmen, Jason, approached my husband and I within seconds of arriving and was very courteous. We told him what we were looking for and he found exactly what we wanted immediately. He was never too pushy for us to buy a trailer and was very patient with our many questions. Jason appraised our trailer without looking at it and gave a more than fair estimate on it. Jason responded to every text/phone call in a timely manner. Jason was curteous until the moment we arrived home with our new trailer. Rodney was also very helpful during the process towards the end. Well, my salesman, Wayne Eddleston, was just a pleasure to meet and work with. He greeted us at the gate at the Pomona Fairgrounds and was very patient and took time with me as I have physical limitations and cannot walk well. And it was so hot. He went and got us cold water several times. In the end, I purchased a new 2018, 32' Rockwood Signature Ultralite. Just awesome! Ray in the finance department was awesome as well. So was C.C. It took weeks and many phone calls to finally have my travel trailer delivered. It was in need of some repairs which were promised to be fixed but all were not. I was also told it would be all cleaned but it arrived in filthy conditions and with other problems I didn't know it had. I called and spoke with a manager, Tim, who seemed concerned and assured me that everything would be fixed and quickly connected me with the service dept. Unfortunately, Tom is very hard to get a hold of and rarely returns your many calls and messages left. After more weeks of waiting, they finally sent a technician to look at my trailer. Steven was very nice, informative and quickly got to work fixing what he could. He cleaned up after himself, which was much appreciated, and made a list of parts he needed. Tom called this morning and said Steven and another tech would be back today to fix the remaining problems. Hopefully everything will finally be done and working. We bought our 2019 Sundance 5th wheel at the RV show in Pomona and picked up two weeks later . the initial sales experience at the show was great we even met the owner of Giant RV. BUT when we went to pick up our trailer the Service Dept was Horrible ! When we walked in we weren't even acknowledged . The two girls behind the desk wouldn't even look up from their phones . We had to ask for help. We had to drop off a tv and mount because they were going to install it for us but they told us the TV was too big yet didn't even install the bracket. the boxes weren't even opened .the dude who gave us the walK through was nice and had enough info but getting them to repair a minor issue with a ladder In the bunk room while we finished our purchase took over 2 hours . We kept getting told the repair dude was at lunch . They had about 8 guys standing around shooting the shit or sitting on their butts in the office . It was a horrible experience. To make matters worse I had my 10 month old grandson with me who had to endure this almost 4 hour waste of time ! We even purchase our rig cash and still were treated like crap. My husband and I will NEVER use this place for service let alone return to buy when we are ready for our next more expensive trailer . This review is a bit late but not short on gratitude. From the first step inside Giant RV we were completely taken care of. From our very knowledgeable salesperson Dj to Chris in management. They listened to our needs carefully and didn't try to sell us something that wouldn't fit our needs. As we are remodeling our residence, we needed a big enough rig for an active family of 4 with specific needs to live in full time. Space was very specific and they were more than accommodating, even thinking of things we hadn't. They were able to get us into a beautiful Grand Design Reflection, which was PERFECT for our needs. 3 months later, we could not be happier with the purchase. The Rig is Awesome. I met with Jerry the service rep and he was very friendly and efficient. We told them that we would need our RV back in one week because we live in it and one week later it was finished. Complete bullshit after they get your $30,000+. The service dept manager NEVER calls you back, is ALWAYS on lunch even if you call at 10am, 1:30pm, 3pm, up until they close! We've had multiple issues with our brand new 2021 trailer and getting these people to actually fix it is a joke. We called about a fridge piece that was broke and the guy said he'll order it and call when it's there and we can fix it ourselves. Ok that works because the workers here are incompetent...So we waited 2 months and no phone call!! We call him and he says "ya there's no order for that"....???!! This was the same person who said he'd order it and we can pick it up and fix it ourselves! Let me remind you we bought a brand new 2021 trailer! We've had to have several things fixed and 1 issue (cup holders, something electrical I wrote about 4 months ago) still isn't fixed! Someone told my husband "well if you aren't happy you can take it somewhere else". The 1 year warranty they give you is garbage because you'll never be able to get your stuff fixed or be able to speak to the manager about it. If you need recommendations on where to get an RV/trailer message me! We shopped around for a good 2 years before settling on this one. We know who's trustworthy now and who's not. read more

Yep! As predicted. Picked up my RV and only half the work order was done. They and Frank the owner told me all the parts were in and my RV was ready for pick up. We did a full walk around for what needed to be done when dropped off. The man wrote it all down but then typed up the work order with missing stuff. Things were left off the repair list. It's like these people can't talk to each other let alone type up their own work order properly. But they feel obligated to still have to tell false stories to customers. The permate 5 year wax job that I paid extra for was not done. The decals were still on the RV that we agreed to take off, the latch still did not latch, the bathroom door was not repaired , peeling seal panel tape not repaired. Black/grey tanks sensors were not fixed. Then I am being told the wheel alignment may come out of my pocket if giant RV or Winnibago does not agree on that. UM what happened to my 1 year warranty? As we are doing the walk around with Sean and his mechanic I am now being told that the ceiling panels are to big of a job for them and now "I" have to deal with Winnibago itself because they may have to send my RV to Oregon to have the ceiling panels repair because they have to take down all the cabinets. Wow! I hope the RV is put on a flatbed truck because I am not using my fuel and mileage for that trip. At the very end I don't know why I was trying to be convinced they washed my RV when it was clearly dirty as the day I dropped it off. NO WAY was my RV washed. I know this because the blue tape was placed near the logos to be removed, the tape was still there and not even removed. They really-order new logo stickers when we agreed to have them removed. All they had to do was pull them off but instead they reordered the logos. How easy was it to just take them off. Heck they were the one that suggested it in the first place. Now I get to take it home but they wanted me to sign a finished work order when clearly it is not completed. Heck no I am not signing that form until everything is done. I was told by Franks #2 guy that I was going to let my community know my experience and I was replied with "I am threatening them" after accused of extortion. Nope! A threat is just that, talking. Frank I am keeping my honest promise to let my community know my experience I had at your business. I don't make threats, I keep promises. Happy New Year! Now I have to deal with another person because Giant RV to get it repaired has passed the buck onto some guy from Winnibago. Why am I dealing with him? I'm the customer that was lied to and ripped off. Giant RV tells you stories but then changes the story after. Example- all the parts are in and your rv is ready for pick up. You pick up your RV half the work order was done, repair items were left off the repair order and all the parts were not in. Confabulators! Like my daddy told me growing up, if you are going to lie then lie right!!! Future NON-customers! They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy it and they will lie right to you to get that commission check, but once you sign that contract you are no longer a customer. Take your business else where so you do not have to deal with what I am dealing with. This circus is not worthy of your time and money. Watch out also as they offer a military/police/fireman discount but don't give it to you after the song and dance because the RV was on sale. So what. Went to Giant Rv because of their huge selection and we found exactly what we were looking for with the help of our salesmen Tony and Rudy, both were very helpful. when we did the walk through with Ron he was very knowledgeable . The finance person Cici was very freindly and even the cashier at the parts counter was very helpful. read more

Our experience with Giant RV could not have been any better. Steve Bullock, our salesman, was outstanding to work with and made the buying experience a smooth one. He was always quick to return phone calls when we were were going through our options and was always ready to answer any questions we had. He even helped us out off hours, something you don't often get with salesmen. After our purchase, Mike spent well over 4 hours with our walk through, making sure we knew everything we could before we pulled it off the lot. This made our first trip a huge success and gave us the confidence needed to get it out as soon as we could. All in all, the experience was great. Even the manager of the parts department was kind when making a few purchases before heading out with the RV. I couldn't recommend them enough!!! read more

The service Department is horrible!!!!! I made an appointment and showed up with our trailer to meet the service writer Todd. What a joke. He starts of by asking me if I like people to be blunt or sugar coat things. WTF kind of business has people who talk to customers like that. I prefer that people be honest and not jerk me around. Our trailer manufacturers one year warranty was up one day after I brought the trailer in and figured why not get a couple little things fixed for free before the warranty expired. Every time I mentioned a problem, Todd said that was an adjustment and therefore not covered by the warranty. I responded by saying that a grey tank sensor that doesn't work means it's broken not out of adjustment. At that point I realized nothing I said was going to change the obvious tactic of calling everything wrong with our trailer an adjustment or not covered by the warranty. Finally, I asked Todd if I could be "blunt" and told him what a joke this place was and turned around and went elsewhere. Giant RV exists by having sales people make false claims about their services and screws you when you come back. If people would just read all of the negative reviews and take their business to reputable dealers, this place would go broke. read more

I'm trying to find the button for ZERO stars ... where the hell is it??!! I would have rather been serviced by a pack of apes, than by these people at Giant RV. To preface, we had no choice but to buy our RV from Giant RV because the model we wanted is sold exclusively by Giant RV. To say that these guys are crooks is an understatement. We knew the exact model that we wanted and knew what features came standard and what the going price was for the unit we wanted. After months of negotiation and game playing (they did not honor previous quotes and ended up trying to sell us a unit for the original quote but with the TV missing in the bedroom), we finally came to an agreement on a decent price with all the features we wanted at their recent RV Show in Pomona. We made a downpayment for it in cash and was quoted 1-2 weeks for a 2016 model. We had paperwork reflecting all the features that we wanted and paid for. 3 weeks went by and still no RV. But, during these 3 weeks, one of the managers tried to get us into a 2015 model claiming that it was a 2016. Then the search started for another unit that had ceiling fans missing that were supposed to be included. And let's see ... I ended up talking to and dealing with 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 ... 7 Giant RV employees during this fiasco!! NO ONE at any point seemed to know what the hell was going on!!!! Every time I talked to someone, it seemed like I had to start from square one and it was SOOO DAMN FRUSTRATING. We finally got the RV and went to pick it up. A side note: there is a popcorn machine with free popcorn - EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! We watched an employee reach into the machine with his bare hands, MIX THE POPCORN and then grab a handful to eat - THE SIGN THAT YOU PUT ON THE MACHINE SAYS "USE THE SCOOPER!!!" I do have to say that the one bright spot was the service tech who showed us all of the features (his name evades me). He definitely saved the day with his patience and knowledge of everything while he showed us all of the features on the RV. Folks, I am warning you, do yourselves a favor and please avoid Giant RV. read more

My three year old and I went to Giant RV in Colton to shop for a travel trailer. We walked in through the front door 5 minutes before they open. I saw salesman standing around in and outside the building smoking and drinking coffee. The receptionist at the front desk tells me "we're not open yet, come back in 5 minutes. Flustered, I drove off and called back 15 minutes later and spoke to a salesman. I told him what we were looking for. He said he was going to check his invantory and call me back. I waited all day and he never called back. The next morning, I went to Mike Thompsons RV down the street and bought a $25,000 trailer. This is the second time this has happened with Giant RV in Colton, and I will never go back again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more
