I believe the concept of an indoor playground in Arizona is genius. The price to play is affordable. They have kid drinks for sale if your little one forgets theirs. There is an area where parents can work and you could feed your kids a lunch or snack. The actual playground is great, and every family I have met here has been friendly. My four year old LOVES the trampolines. They're large and there's enough space for quite a few kids to play on. There's a track where the kids can "ride cars" and plenty of areas for pretend play. My niece loves this indoor playground so much!! She loves playing on the hammocks, and the trampolines. I loved that there was a cubby for our purses and shoes. Oh make sure the little ones have grippy socks on, don't be barefoot. Also the parents need to take off shoes, so wear socks as well. There was a cute little rock wall, balancing beam, cars to ride, shopping carts to fill, a kitchen, tent, fort, and two wooden play climby things, sorry the name escapes me, but they can climb up, go down slides and hide and seek on them. Also there were two restrooms for the parents and kids. An eating place away from the toys, and a coffee pot that I will be using next visit. They had a stage with a guitar and drums and a microphone so sing with, "build your own little garage band". They also play music while you are there, we all stopped to sing the little shark song. So those of you who don't believe in real life musicals, we had one on the spot. And since we all knew the moves, it was very flash mob like. And dress up clothes. A grill to play with, seating everywhere, and a picnic table. They thought of everything! Love this place! Took my daughter here for the first time and she had so much fun. We could have spent hours here because there is so much to do and see. All the miniature houses and furniture are super cute and realistic. There are also a lot of little accessories for play. This place does get really packed and it's easy to lose your kid in the crowd. Make sure you bring socks. We made the mistake of not bringing them so we had to purchase for $2/pair, not bad. Admission was $10 which is comparable to other places. They also have packages that you can buy which we will definitely consider. I just wish they have multiple locations so it's closer to our house. We are about 30 mins away so we won't be able to go as often as we like. read more

Overall my 2.5 year old had a great time. My biggest complaint is how dirty everything was. The mats had visible dirt all over them. By the end our socks were filthy and had clumps of hair on them. The trampolines were very fun but there was visible dust about .5-1 inch thick underneath them. I wouldn't normally look, but another child climbed over the tiny box blocking the back and was playing underneath. This place is a dream. I took my little one and her 3 cousins to Giggles on Sunday. By the end of the play date, all of them did not want to leave. They have lots of play houses and areas that fits any kids imagination. After climbing, swinging, riding cars, jumping on trampolines, etc, our babies were pooped. I feel this place is mostly catered to kiddos under the age of 7. I feel more secure letting my little one crawl and walk around this area without getting trampled on like at those large trampoline parks. The area is cleaned and disinfected once a day. This place could be absolutely amazing if there was a deep cleaning day every so often. I've gone twice and both times, I feel like it's pretty dirty. The walls in the kitchen/eating area have food caked on them along with the counters and sinks- same with the bathroom, nursing area, and changing room. I stayed until closing once so I saw how things were cleaned and all I saw was Lysol being sprayed on everything. The first time we went, we were there at opening and stayed for just a cohoe hours (because it was extremely busy) and upon leaving, the bottom of our socks were grey. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to clean every toy, every play structure, every room, but I'm sure most families would understand if one day a month, the location was closed for a deep cleaning to be done. I love this place! What a cute idea- for $10 a kid ($8 each additional- parents free)you can escape the Arizona heat for an entire day. The $10 gets you re entry if you want to leave a grab a bite to eat. Awesome! The facility only allows children 6 and under in which I like. Going on with our 1 year old at some other places often mean she'll be pushed and ran over by bigger kids. They have the cutest play areas- grocery store, mini house, tent, picnic area, toddler area, band with piano, microphone piano and drum set... mini train on tracks that our little one was obsessed with.. two play gyms with slides and crawl spaces , trampolines and more! Lots of various toys all over the place to interact with - cars, mini bikes, ride ok trucks, stuffers animals and so on. We tried Giggles for the first time on the recommendation of a couple friends. Giggles is an indoor play area (and no more, unlike other indoor play areas in town that have arts and crafts or classes). There are a number of play structures with ladders, climbing walls, and slides. There's also a "track" for cozy coups, a kitchen area, mini roller coaster tracks, and a music stage with drums and a piano. The pictures on the website are a pretty accurate inventory of all the play areas. There's also an area to eat in--pack your own lunch. My 2.5 year old had a blast. She really loved the trampoline. While I had some safety concerns here (older kids running back and forth with some speed and velocity directed towards the stairs), she enjoyed about an hour of bouncing. She also really liked swinging in the hammock and the twisty slide. I did feel like Giggles was on the small side and after about 1.5 hours, my kid seemed done--but that's pretty good for a toddler attention span. All the equipment and toys were in good shape. I came to Giggles with my 2.5 yo and my 20+ year old sister in law. It was only after I got home I noticed I was charged for admission for 2 (and two pairs of socks--bring your own socks, save $). Edit: I appreciated the business reaching out quickly and correcting the overcharge--adults are free. Kids are $10. read more

Two years ago Giggles was amazing, but not anymore. For instance there is a curtained puppet theater without puppets. A children's work bench without tools. There's several large toy race tracks but no cars. A fruit stand without fruit.The children's vet clinic is without pets or pretend medical equipment. Two shopping carts but no food. There is one baby doll for the stroller and crib. It's $13 per child for unlimited play. An average child might be able to explore and play for about an hour but it's unlikely. read more

If you're like us and have to leave midday for a nap, I'd recommend letting someone at the front desk know that you're leaving but that you will be back later that day. It's nice that the whole play center is basically one room so I can see him from all angles but the place is filthy, the floor looks like it's never been cleaned, foam flooring in the restrooms is never a good idea. It was our first visit to giggles and will be the last. I was quite frankly shocked at the number of dirty and unsafe items. I noticed visible dirt and dust layers on the slides, build up of god knows what on the floor in between the slats of the fence, loose flooring in the lobby, unsanitary bathrooms and unstable benches. I think this is a great concept but it needs to be safe. Considering how many other toddler play spots there are, you'd think this location would ensure that their space is safe and clean.
