I came to Giggles on Sunday 7/20 and the place was spotless. This has always been a great place for my toddlers to play on hot summer days. There are two Giggles locations and the Glendale location is the best. Also, I had my son's birthday party here once and it was super easy - would recommend!

We LOVE this place!!! My daughter is so happy every time we go and the facility is kept clean and well organized! The girls at the front are always super sweet and helpful. I love that they have a snack area to take breaks in and I love their punch card option (because we go a LOT!!) Definitely check this place out!! Perfect for toddlers! The only thing I would love to see added is a few more baby dolls on the floor because there's only two and sometimes that's not really enough to go around, especially if it's busy.

Our son had a blast here! There are so many variations of toys and play areas to choose from and he really enjoyed walking around in the huge open space.

What a fun way to spend time with your kid! Came in at 9am on a Sunday. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the opening manager or something so while they should have been open, they didn't open for around a half hour later. Super frustrating with a toddler in the car but life happens. We went to get coffee and kill some time and came back. When we arrived check in was easy and the price for our child to play for very reasonable. Area was extremely clean with staff walking around putting things back in their place as things got a little disorganized. I love that there is an age limit here so no older kids can bulldoze the young ones. Makes such a big difference compared to other indoor play areas. I also love that fact that there is a separate place to eat and have snacks and that you can bring your own. As far as the area goes I see several one star reviews based solely on that. (Personally i think that if you never step foot inside a business you should no be leaving such low ratings) Honestly I never felt unsafe for a second in the parking lot. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but no one approached me, no "scary" looking people. Plenty of parking right in front so there shouldn't be an issue of taking 10 steps to get into the building. All in all my daughter had a great time, the other families there were respectful, and we will certainly return. I just hope the staffing issue in the morning was a one time thing!

If you have little children and live in the West Valley do yourself a favor and pay a visit to the Glendale location! We have visited the East Valley location many times, but this was our first visit to the Glendale location and I was quite impressed. From the larger play area to the one way glass nursing room, I was a fan of this location! The space is perfect to let your toddler run around, but also a great spot to let baby roll around (bring your own blanket) since most of the space is carpet. There are snacks for a fee, however we packed a lunch to enjoy in the area designated for eating and drinking where there are picnic tables for both adults and littles. My favorite part of this location the fitness area, where little one's can work up a sweat... do you even lift?

The perfect mom meet up spot. Want to get with your bestie and let the kids play, come here! Such a great place for young kids! My 3 year old absolutely loved it! It's not in the best part of town but the place itself is very clean and nice. There is a trampoline and ninja warrior course in the back for the older kids. And then plenty of play gyms, slides, and all sorts of great wooden toys. Make sure to bring socks for you and your little one. We'll be back!

If you have toddlers this is the place to be It's a big space It has lots of variety activities and toys It's only for under 7 They are cleaning and disinfecting at different times ., I have a baby grandkid and that to me matters a lot since he is crawling all over the place , My grandkids love this place We have a birthday party on 07/09/22 and it was really fun and no hassle ,worrying about if the kids are gonna be bored ... very profesional and real nice are the ladies at the front desk.

I'm so glad I found this place, my daughter loves it. We both had a great time, I've never seen her so excited. This is a great place to practice the little people for daycare or preschool. I was able to give her independence by sitting in the dining area while she played, we could both see each other so it went well. The pictures might not be able to show the actual size of this place, but it is huge! I had a hard time making my daughter agree to leave so that should tell you how much kids love this place.

That means you get stuck with a wordy review. March 12, 2026, mid day, I returned to my home. Two neighbors, who rarely communicate looked confused. We live in a condo complex, many things beside dry leaves and plastic bags find their way into our corner of the place. That day iteas a red eared slider turtle. You know them, the quarter sized petlets, millions accidentally killed by hopeful turtle owners. This one was 8 inches long and six inches across. Plus, very healthy and undamaged. By evening I knew who lost the turtle. The woman with the jungle patio and cage of happy parakeets. This made perfect sense. This water turtle escaped in November, 2025, finding it's way home in March, 2026. We have been fully occupied with urgent stuff. The neighbor is not home much. I got a container at the thrift store, I got the ultimatum from Sweet D - the turtle must go home TODAY. Turtle food at The Ocean Floor is in the rear near the customer service counter. I got a little bag of floating bits for $5. The turtle was ravenous. The turtle is home. Several people are happy er. Yay!

In my attempt to ask a question with the front register girl (AJ), acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking a question about an item. Busy on her cell phone, I kindly asked if she could get me some assistance. Having an attitude she called over the manager. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. I've been back in the reef hobby now for 3 years. Ocean Floor is by far the worst LFS in this Valley. Aquaholic Aquariums LLC is the place to go folks. Stay clear of this place. Over priced for corals that look horrible and their customer service is not top priority.

So there we were, headed to Castles N' Coasters a wholesome amusement park in the desert... a place…read morefor families, laughter, and apparently, poor decision-making. Now my buddy this man reaches into his pocket and pulls out what I can only describe as a historical artifact. I'm talking a doobie so big it looked like Bob Marley himself rolled it during a greatest hits tour. I said, "Absolutely not. I am a grown man. I got responsibilities. I got a mortgage. I got snacks at home I haven't even finished yet." That didn't matter. Next thing I know, windows are up, car turns into a Dutch oven of bad decisions, and now I'm just along for the ride literally and spiritually. Somewhere between "this is a bad idea" and "why is everything funny," I lost control of the evening. We pull into the park around that magical time you know, that in-between hour... not quite day, not quite night... like God dimmed the lights and said, "Alright boys, let's see what happens." The whole place is glowing neon lights, arcade buzz, roller coasters rattling in the distance. Felt like walking into a carnival dream... or maybe a fever dream. Jury's still out. Now here's the thing about this place it's been around since the late '70s, sitting right there in Phoenix like a desert time capsule of fun. You got four roller coasters, including the Desert Storm, which sounds fun until you're on it reconsidering every life choice that led you there. Then there's the Patriot wooden, loud, and about as gentle as a bar fight. And somehow... SOMEHOW... we thought tequila beforehand was a good idea. So now we're buzzed, slightly baked against our will, and wandering this park like three philosophers who lost their notes. We're laughing at everything. Nothing's funny but everything's hilarious. A trash can? Comedy gold. A churro? Best thing I've ever eaten in my life. A child running past me? I'm emotionally invested in his journey. But I'll give credit where it's due the park itself? Clean. Staff's friendly. Nobody's judging three grown men giggling like idiots. It's got that old-school charm too arcades, mini golf, rides, the whole deal. You can bring a family here... or whatever version of a situation we were. Now the rides... oh, the rides. Let me tell you something nothing will make you rediscover fear like being slightly out of your mind on a roller coaster you thought you could handle. I got scared... not once... not twice... but a few times. The kind of scared where you start making promises to God you don't intend to keep. "I'll be a better man if I survive this drop..." Didn't mean a word of it. By the end of the night, we had the munchies, the laughs, and just enough dignity left to get back to the car without needing a group meeting. For a couple hours, though? We were kids again. No responsibilities. No stress. Just lights, noise, and pure, ridiculous fun. So yeah Castles N' Coasters might be a family amusement park... but under the right or completely wrong circumstances, it turns into one hell of a story. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just... maybe crack a window on the way there.

Also, the Simpsons machine doesn't let you play Lisa. it picks Bart if you select Lisa's button. Another machine is Zoltar downstairs. He only talks, but does not spit out a souvenir ticket. That one actually did eat my dollar. I guess it made up for it because a couple people abandoned their games downstairs in the middle, so the bf and I played for "free". It was on someone else's dime, but I guess that counts, too. We got nachos and drinks from the snack bar. Service was quick. As with any family fun event center, food was a bit overpriced. The female bathroom was nasty. I don't know how often they clean them, but there was paper all over the stall floor. The faucets had a lot of buildup on them. Both the male and female restrooms smelled funky. I didn't play at the putt putt section, but one day I'll be back to do that. Overall, a good arcade/food experience. I'd recommend this place to people. I cannot comment on any of the rides/attractions besides the arcade.

There's a lot of exhibits on geology, the human anatomy, solar, and others. I feel like I was walking through a children's playplace, but not in a bad way. I'm super appreciative the kids in Phoenix have a place they can find fun and also learn something about the world around them! I love supporting this kind of outreach for the younger generation. Now, onto the real reason I actually came here today. I heard about the Julia Child exhibit. She's one of the biggest influences in food media ever, and I would be remiss to skip it while I was in town. The exhibit catalogued her life, from birth, to her time in the OSS and budding romance, and her formative years in France, after which she started her food show. What an incredible woman. I do remember the outside water/air activity that was so much fun and they no longer have available. So here is my fresh new take: 1) It's definitely has great content for youth. Your toddlers won't understand what's really going on. 2) Extremely educational and informative for those who can read and take the time to understand. This isn't a look and feel, you must engage to get the full experience. 3) Parking was not far and they give you a discount to park, so parking wasn't an outrageous price. 4) Plenty of hands on activities! The downsides for me: 1) The price is a bit steep for a family of 3 or more. They also do not offer a law enforcement discount nor one for tribal members (No land acknowledgment either) The Children's Museum does both! 2) There are way too many activities inactive or not maintained to use. I wish there was a discount or at least a notice that they were experiencing so many problems, that way an attendee can make the decision to pay or not. 3) The water/sand area didn't have enough sand, not enough shovels, and no signs or instructions on how to clean up. 4) The best features are accessible for an additional costs. So on top of the general admission, you're paying $7 pp for the dome show, the special exhibit is $$, and the sky bike also costs. So, they really get you coming and going. Overall, I was underwhelmed by the experience as a whole. The content and purpose is still relevant and can be super valuable for young learners. I've experienced it once and I'm not sure anything would change if I came again. It's a take it or leave it decision.
