Staff wasn't at the front desk when we arrived, which I don't mind waiting. Once this older woman arrived she was straight business, no hi hello, nothing lol that's cool too I suppose. There were only two other families there with older children. I will say they most of the things there are for older children. My 1 year old didn't have much for her unfortunately. The toys were limited. Our playroom at home had more. The place did play the same three songs over and over and my husband and I felt like we were going into psychosis. Ultimately, the place looked sad. I was hoping to have found a place I could take my kiddo to during the summer but this place was not it for me. Superb, clean, huge, safe, and well lit. I appreciate that the climbing and slide structures are long and run along the side wall so that we can see our kids at all times. The ninja area is great and the trampoline section doesn't leave me worried. Imagination toys are plentiful and there are enough ride-ons that the kids aren't fighting over them. We visited here on vacation with my toddler. It's a great place to beat the heat. Lots of pretend play toys, cars, slides, trampolines, etc. My kid loved it. It seemed clean inside. Would like to rate my experience and first impression of this place. The place is very beautiful very clean unfortunately the lady that was in the front desk was extremely rude unhelpful and very condescending as we came in. Had just walked in to this location. she saw was carrying two gift bags and she stated no you may not bring the gifts. No, you may not have a family party here. It's not a Saturday or a Sunday as I proceeded. I asked I'm sorry we were just invited to come here. We don't even know what's taking place. We also told her we're gonna sit here and wait for my daughter-in-law who had invited us here. She is very rude. I feel she was racially profiling because she was not rude to everyone else that walked in the door. Don't recommend this place, but I may add they had snacks for us to purchase even then she was rude. Please hire people that smile and make customers welcomed . We LOVE this place!!! My daughter is so happy every time we go and the facility is kept clean and well organized! The girls at the front are always super sweet and helpful. I love that they have a snack area to take breaks in and I love their punch card option (because we go a LOT!!) Definitely check this place out!! Perfect for toddlers! The only thing I would love to see added is a few more baby dolls on the floor because there's only two and sometimes that's not really enough to go around, especially if it's busy. read more

What a fun way to spend time with your kid! Came in at 9am on a Sunday. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the opening manager or something so while they should have been open, they didn't open for around a half hour later. Super frustrating with a toddler in the car but life happens. We went to get coffee and kill some time and came back. When we arrived check in was easy and the price for our child to play for very reasonable. Area was extremely clean with staff walking around putting things back in their place as things got a little disorganized. I love that there is an age limit here so no older kids can bulldoze the young ones. Makes such a big difference compared to other indoor play areas. I also love that fact that there is a separate place to eat and have snacks and that you can bring your own. As far as the area goes I see several one star reviews based solely on that. (Personally i think that if you never step foot inside a business you should no be leaving such low ratings) Honestly I never felt unsafe for a second in the parking lot. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but no one approached me, no "scary" looking people. Plenty of parking right in front so there shouldn't be an issue of taking 10 steps to get into the building. All in all my daughter had a great time, the other families there were respectful, and we will certainly return. I just hope the staffing issue in the morning was a one time thing! read more

If you have little children and live in the West Valley do yourself a favor and pay a visit to the Glendale location! We have visited the East Valley location many times, but this was our first visit to the Glendale location and I was quite impressed. From the larger play area to the one way glass nursing room, I was a fan of this location! The space is perfect to let your toddler run around, but also a great spot to let baby roll around (bring your own blanket) since most of the space is carpet. There are snacks for a fee, however we packed a lunch to enjoy in the area designated for eating and drinking where there are picnic tables for both adults and littles. My kids have loved coming to giggles for over a year now. It's a fantastic option to get the energy out, especially in the summer to escape the AZ heat. However I don't feel they've done a very good job at maintaining it. I feel like every time I go, there are less and less of the toy props for each of the play areas (play food, baby toys, trains for the track etc) and there are so many areas that have been "repaired" with nothing but masking tape which makes it look really run down. I'm so glad I found this place, my daughter loves it. We both had a great time, I've never seen her so excited. This is a great place to practice the little people for daycare or preschool. I was able to give her independence by sitting in the dining area while she played, we could both see each other so it went well. 7/9 and 7/10 Saturday and sunday in july. Had birthday parties there. They had all the toys away for "cleaning". When asked why no play toys out they were cleaning, no- the workers are lazy and lethargic. They sit at the desk and take the trash out leaving the back door open and your child absolutely could run out, letting the 118* air in and all AC out. 3 moms said it was the least impressive location of all. Having only been to this location, I am not going back. I'd be furious if I paid for a birthday party and all the toys were away? Photos; dress up station empty, the camping empty, the kitchen empty , the doctor empty, the bakery store empty, no play toys just empty wood structures, huge disappointment! A friend told me about this place and I'm so glad I brought my daughter! She's only 18 mo & this place is great for the age range it has. It felt safe, clean, secure & the toys were in good condition. Seemed that the owners/staff do a good job of keeping it clean! Sure the area isn't ideal but I didn't feel unsafe at all. No one approached me in the parking lot & the parking is super close anyway. We brought lunch & ate in their designated area. My daughter loved in & it was set up well for all of the age ranges. Tip: kiddos need grippy socks and adults need socks. Also they don't have lockers just cubbies so keep that in mind when bringing in a purse or bag. read more

Oh my gosh I absolutely loved this place! I brought my daughter in after we dropped off my older son at school, he's 7 and this place is for kids 6 years and younger, and we spent 3.5 hours! We would have spent a longer time but we wanted to grab lunch with a friend. When you first arrive here, you don't think much of the outside. It's in a horrible location, homeless people rule this area and we were approached twice before we even made it inside and again once we left. So that is something to keep in mind while visiting here. Once inside we were greeted by an employee and I'm assuming the owner as well? Regardless they were both so friendly! I filled out a waver and paid, then we had to put our socks on and place our shoes in a cubby. They have a gate that separates the entrance to the play area and another gate that separates the play area and their dining area. They also sell some drinks and quick snacks in their dining area. Their play area is big with a wide selection of toys/activities to do from crawlers to preschool age! I should note that this place is for kids 9 months old to 6 years old. Older kids/siblings will not be charged as they're not allowed to play. Which is completely understandable since everything is catered to toddlers! Like I mentioned my older child was at school while I brought my youngest to play here, which worked out perfectly for us. The play area has a big playground, "treehouse" that has a reading area, a "gym", trampoline area, obstacle course area, a stage with drums and piano, and several play pretend areas where kids can dress up and ride "cars"! Not to mention they also have a private nursing room! This would have been amazing when I had nursing age kids! My daughter loved all of it! Her favorite was the gym since everything was her size and now she wants that equipment at home! Everything was clean but once they get busy, it can get hectic with kids grabbing and leaving things everywhere making it look like a chaotic mess. But it's kids playing so that's to be expected! Overall we really loved this place! We plan on going back soon and getting a frequent play card. My reason for a 4 star and not 5 star review is for the location. It's not the best but I grew up close in the area so sadly I'm used to seeing many homeless and sketchy people. read more

I bring my kids here every so often since they were open and I recently had my son's first birthday party here. It was amazing. He had such a great time and it had many things that were great for his size, but also great for his siblings that are a little older than him and everyone had fun. The package was a pretty good deal and it included a room with three hours of time and one hour of set up before. It also included entrance for five children. They sell nonslip socks for two dollars each so I put on the invitation that socks were included and I just paid for them out of pocket. When I got there I received a friendly greeting and they have a cart for loading and unloading so I was able to get everything on the car and into the room so I could set up. The kids had a great time and it was a nice little intimate room. Finally, towards the end of the party we did our own cleanup, but as soon as the party was over at 3 o'clock the staff was at the door with all of their cleaning tools and products which I think is great to make a note of because you don't have to worry that they're not sanitizing the area. Of course after the party we stood around and chatted for a bit and the staff actually took time to sanitize everything and clean up after us which is really important. I definitely recommend bringing your kids to play one afternoon to see how they like it and if they do I would recommend having a party here. It's very affordable and you can bring your own food and we had an amazing time. I would also like to make a comment about the location. I feel like if your perception of "safe" is rooted into how you perceive people then you have a bigger issue. This is a form of aversive racism and it's pretty ridiculous that because someone asks you for spare change or you see someone that may appear to be homeless/loitering or not look as clean as you and your immediately intimidated or feeling unsafe. Take your scary self to the location in Gilbert or go somewhere else if you can't respect the neighborhood. read more

This was an amazing experience for our son who just turned one. Though I know people complain about the homeless people in the area, it is a good environment for the children once you're inside the building. Having said that, our son was able to meet kids, have a ton of room to play, and try new things he wouldn't get at home. For myself, it was therapeutic environment to watch kids play in a natural environment and get away from entertainment from screens. The owner is also very kind and professional. They are walking around tiding up the place frequently and disinfecting. I like that it's shoeless and only smaller kids. I loved this place when it first opened. I booked my sons birthday party here but a month prior to his party we had a change of plans so I called to get my $150 deposit back. They refused to refund it. I would have understood if I had canceled days or a couple of weeks before but this is literally a month in advance. They refused to honor it. I never signed any paperwork and didn't even know of a no cancellation policy. I'm so sad after supporting them and recommending several moms to this place they wouldn't honor my cancellation. read more

We came to visit Arizona. And thought we would bring our kids to play for a bit. When we got here, our youngest (1 year old) had fallen asleep. Was told that we had to pay for an entrance for him (even though he wasn't going to get to play. It's ridiculous. We would have paid, had he woken up. Stayed there for my older kids to play, as we were walking out...lady told my middle son not to touch her door. When asked, "what he did wrong?" She said he was trying to walk out, and we replies back, "yes, because we're leaving." Not a good experience on one of these play areas. read more
