We LOVE this place!!! My daughter is so happy every time we go and the facility is kept clean and well organized! The girls at the front are always super sweet and helpful. I love that they have a snack area to take breaks in and I love their punch card option (because we go a LOT!!) Definitely check this place out!! Perfect for toddlers! The only thing I would love to see added is a few more baby dolls on the floor because there's only two and sometimes that's not really enough to go around, especially if it's busy.

Our son had a blast here! There are so many variations of toys and play areas to choose from and he really enjoyed walking around in the huge open space.

What a fun way to spend time with your kid! Came in at 9am on a Sunday. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the opening manager or something so while they should have been open, they didn't open for around a half hour later. Super frustrating with a toddler in the car but life happens. We went to get coffee and kill some time and came back. When we arrived check in was easy and the price for our child to play for very reasonable. Area was extremely clean with staff walking around putting things back in their place as things got a little disorganized. I love that there is an age limit here so no older kids can bulldoze the young ones. Makes such a big difference compared to other indoor play areas. I also love that fact that there is a separate place to eat and have snacks and that you can bring your own. As far as the area goes I see several one star reviews based solely on that. (Personally i think that if you never step foot inside a business you should no be leaving such low ratings) Honestly I never felt unsafe for a second in the parking lot. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but no one approached me, no "scary" looking people. Plenty of parking right in front so there shouldn't be an issue of taking 10 steps to get into the building. All in all my daughter had a great time, the other families there were respectful, and we will certainly return. I just hope the staffing issue in the morning was a one time thing!

If you have little children and live in the West Valley do yourself a favor and pay a visit to the Glendale location! We have visited the East Valley location many times, but this was our first visit to the Glendale location and I was quite impressed. From the larger play area to the one way glass nursing room, I was a fan of this location! The space is perfect to let your toddler run around, but also a great spot to let baby roll around (bring your own blanket) since most of the space is carpet. There are snacks for a fee, however we packed a lunch to enjoy in the area designated for eating and drinking where there are picnic tables for both adults and littles. My favorite part of this location the fitness area, where little one's can work up a sweat... do you even lift?

If you have toddlers this is the place to be It's a big space It has lots of variety activities and toys It's only for under 7 They are cleaning and disinfecting at different times ., I have a baby grandkid and that to me matters a lot since he is crawling all over the place , My grandkids love this place We have a birthday party on 07/09/22 and it was really fun and no hassle ,worrying about if the kids are gonna be bored ... very profesional and real nice are the ladies at the front desk.

The perfect mom meet up spot. Want to get with your bestie and let the kids play, come here! Such a great place for young kids! My 3 year old absolutely loved it! It's not in the best part of town but the place itself is very clean and nice. There is a trampoline and ninja warrior course in the back for the older kids. And then plenty of play gyms, slides, and all sorts of great wooden toys. Make sure to bring socks for you and your little one. We'll be back!

I'm so glad I found this place, my daughter loves it. We both had a great time, I've never seen her so excited. This is a great place to practice the little people for daycare or preschool. I was able to give her independence by sitting in the dining area while she played, we could both see each other so it went well. The pictures might not be able to show the actual size of this place, but it is huge! I had a hard time making my daughter agree to leave so that should tell you how much kids love this place.

7/9 and 7/10 Saturday and sunday in july. Had birthday parties there. They had all the toys away for "cleaning". When asked why no play toys out they were cleaning, no- the workers are lazy and lethargic. They sit at the desk and take the trash out leaving the back door open and your child absolutely could run out, letting the 118* air in and all AC out. 3 moms said it was the least impressive location of all. Having only been to this location, I am not going back. I'd be furious if I paid for a birthday party and all the toys were away? Photos; dress up station empty, the camping empty, the kitchen empty , the doctor empty, the bakery store empty, no play toys just empty wood structures, huge disappointment! Workers lazy don't want to deal with cleaning up the play toys. Do not book your party there

Very clean safe and fun for toddlers. Lots of "stations" for curious kiddos . Easy for parents to watch their kids or participate with them.

Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.

DISRESPECTFUL! and UNPROFESSIONAL! We filled out our waivers online and showed up at UP Town Jungle and immediately told her we had Groupon passes and that's when the attitude started. I showed her our signed waivers or I should say Attempted to show her our signed waivers and she said, "Oh, that may be but it doesn't matter because you're not in our system. " Then some little teenager pipes in with her little attitude and says, " Are you sure you didn't send it to another location??" We eventually got in after filling out and signing additional waivers online. To make matters worse, the only reason we went last night was to bring our 2 year old granddaughter there so she could play and tire herself out because she has to go to Phoenix Children's Hospital for a procedure and we were hoping if she was more tired it would make the night and the procedure less scary for her and our adult son ( her Dad). It took everything in me to not say something because that would just add to an already hard night for our family. I am still incredibly disappointed in Up Town Jungle and specifically Heather and the little teenager working with her last night. 1/8/2026

You can tell it was designed to be a special place, and on the surface, it truly is adorable. That said, my experience left me feeling uneasy, mostly due to cleanliness and supervision concerns. I witnessed multiple children putting toys in their mouths (which is totally normal for kids), but what was concerning was that those same toys were often placed right back into shared play areas. While I later learned there is a designated bin for toys that have been in kids' mouths, this wasn't communicated upfront, and I didn't see it being consistently used or enforced. There also seemed to be inconsistency when it came to staff involvement. Across my two visits, I did see some staff members actively cleaning up and returning toys to their proper places, which I appreciated. However, I also observed others simply picking up toys and dropping them into corners of the rooms without any real organization or sanitizing. I completely understand that keeping up with kids is a challenge--I'm a parent too--but that's where consistent staff engagement becomes really important. Another issue was the level of parental supervision. Many parents were on their phones while their kids played freely. Again, that's ultimately a parenting responsibility, but in a shared environment like this, it contributes to the overall hygiene and safety concerns. I also want to mention that I found the staff presentation a bit unprofessional, which added to the overall impression that things weren't being closely managed. To be fair, you do sign a waiver regarding illness, and I understand that no play space can be completely germ-free. However, I did end up contracting chickenpox exactly 10 days after visiting, which makes me seriously question the effectiveness of their cleaning and sanitizing practices. Overall, this place is incredibly cute and full of potential. With more consistent staff involvement, clearer communication, better sanitization systems, and encouragement for parents to stay engaged, it could be an amazing environment. Right now, though, it falls short of what it could and should be.
