So glad we found Gilbert Enterprise. They came in after a dryer vent line cleaner fellow had come and said he couldn't clean the line because he couldn't figure out where the poorly installed current vent line was going (and it was probably just emptying into the wall somewhere in our 100 year old home). The guys from Gilbert said the best way to proceed was to just run a completely new line to vent out back. Had a poorly installed water heater stack/vent on the side of my house (house flip) that caused some internal damage. Contacted Gilbert, got a free estimate and the job was done efficiently and to the number estimated. Martin also explained that the reason for my problem was that the contractors used interior duct work outside that was vastly inferior and might as well have been aluminum foil. Also the top of the stack was all wrong and wasnt suitable for outside weather. The inside had rusted and clogged up the water/condensation drip ... which led to a build up of water... which led to water rolling back into my home. Thought it was a little pricey but as I was unable to secure other quotes I went with them and I am happy did. I am satisfied with the work done. read more

Very unhappy with the experience I had with this business. They have no respect for customer's time and it was clear from the moment I tried to make my appt that they were disorganized. I had made an appointment for a Saturday and they called me a few hours before to let me know an emergency came up and will have to reschedule (which is fine, it happens). Then on the day of the new appt, the technician calls me and says he'll be a little late. He didn't end up arriving until almost 40 minutes after the appt time. Didn't finish the job and said he'll have to come back with more equipment. It was then troublesome to schedule for the new appt as I had to keep following up with him. Once we finally settled on a day & time, he was then 30 minutes late for the 2nd appt. Nothing irks me more than when businesses have no regard for their customer's time and are repeatedly late. The kicker is when he finished the job he didn't even put the panel back on my unit (see pictures). Will never be using this company again. I waited for a total of 70 minutes for a simple HVAC tune-up. read more

Martin was amazing! You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in it because it shows in his work. We had three cameras installed, new transformer and new sensor for light in front of home. He stayed for 5 hours installing everything and at times it was raining! Everything was installed beautifully and worked. A few days later we noticed the sensor he had installed to our light wasn't working. Called him up and he came by the next day! Turned out the sensor was working but our lightbulb was just out! We felt horrible but he was so nice about it and said it was fine. He went the extra mile to help me change the lightbulb and clean the light. Very pleased with my service from Gilbert Enterprise. Martin was very prompt in responding and scheduling. He did an in-person walk-through prior in order to provide me with a no additional hidden costs estimate for the services I was requesting. I'm very pleased with the final product of installing recessed ceiling lights and ceiling fans. He also does a complete job, repairing the drywall and repainting. Other places I've called didn't provide that service at all, thus requiring you to hire a separate service to do that work. I had to deduct 1 star because he wasn't able to arrive at the scheduled time, albeit it was due to reasons beyond his direct control. If there were 10 Stars this guy would receive a 10 Star rating. First I had a few outlets that were not working at all. I sent out a request for assistance and everyone that responded quoted me a much higher price just to do a diagnostic to see what the issue could be. Secondly most couldn't respond out until at least Thursday. This gentleman responded same day and at a much lower cost. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a simple tripped gfi and didn't make the issue seem bigger than what it was so he could squeeze more money from me. Next he noticed some flaws from the previous work and offered to fix it for a reasonable price. Good help is hard to find so when you do you make sure you show appreciation. I called the office and scheduled to have someone come out to give me an estimate for electrical work. I received and email and text confirmation and a text/email the day of before the salesman came out. That was all great. But, the salesman that came out didn't take any notes and I had several different projects. He took 3 photos and didn't really communicate with me about any of it. He was at my place maybe 10 minutes. He told me I would get an estimate from the office. A week later and still no estimate. Obviously they don't need or want the work.
