Went for an oil change after getting an alignment next door. Super quick, professional, decent price. No complaints!

My son banged his Ford Fiesta on a rock while driving on a slippery street. Unfortunately we did not have collision insurance. I took to a mechanic and he said that it would cost upwards of $2000 possibly closer to $3000. I decided to buy aftermarket parts as then took the car to Gill's auto. Jaskaran met me and said that he will take care of everything. First he had to remove the bumper, control arms, etc which was very difficult. He then fitted all the aftermarket parts and it looked quite good. He also got me a tire person, who gave a nice tire at a really discounted price. The car now works really well. Jaskaran also did an oil change as well. I am really happy with the service that Jaskaran provides. He really treats the car as his own and tries to find the best solution (generally very cost-effective). I highly recommend going to Gill and working with Jaskaran. read more

They will rip you off and break your car. After having my car fixed with these guys, got my car back with check engine light on. Got quoted $770 to fix. Spent 4 days without car. Same problem and got another quote for extra $640. Went to another mechanic paid $160 got fixed everything on my A4. read more

They did know what problem my car was having. They told me radiator was broken. I bought new radiator they kept the radiator only changed my fan. My water temp still was high then they said it was thermostat i asked them to have new one. Then my car did not start and i changed all the sparkling plugs. After driving one month my car started doing some crazy noise. I took it to different shop they fixed the problem. And told me that they did not put new plugs. Absolutely NOT recommend if you think your car worth anything. read more

I went to Gill Auto Zone not to get my car fixed, instead took two lower front suspension arms that were in need of six new bushes. They performed this tedious time consuming task very precisely in a timely manner. Exceptional service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The first time I went there it seemed a fine place. They were quick to tell me the problem and change the parts diligently. The second time, I had a problem with front struts and they quoted me $600 for the struts and front axle (as the boots were leaking). So I was supposed to receive the car by the evening but they said it hasn't been fixed and the REAR struts have gone bad too and needs to be replaced (another $300 bucks), The next morning I went there, the mechanic tells rear struts are fine as he put something in between them and it stopped the noise, so I needn't worry. (it sounded super lousy to me as it would to anyone else). I found they had gone to jack in the box in my car at night as I found a receipt lying under my seat from the same night they had the car for repair. This was a little shocking. However, I thought might have taken the car for the test drive, so i didnt care. 4 Months later, I had gone for an oil change to a different mechanic who said the front seal is leaking and the mechanic who changed the front axle used cheap parts and didn't put the seal properly. So i went back to Gill Auto Zone and they looked over the seal and front axle and told me my whole transmission needs to be replaced. It was quite shocking to me that their mistake is now costing me half the money of what my car costs. So I ain't ever going there again. If you still want to be loyal to them, just do your own research or get your own parts atleast. read more

Hi I have had the most terrible customer experience with this workshop and wanted to advise everyone to read this .They are the most careless people who absolutely don't care for the time and convience of the customer .My bolts for the cover for the engine are missing .The work is incomplete and after keeping the car for 7 days in their workshop the engine still has the same check engine light .Now after charging me $260 these guys say we cannot understand the problem take it to the dealership .On top of this they persuade you to pay cash .not credit card so you have no protection against cheating etc . Gurmeet Gill is an awesome mechanic and runs a good business. I was referred to him by a friend when my van would not pass smog check. It's old, but a very reliable vehicle. Other service shops quoted me upwards of $2000 for a fix, with no guarantees of passing the check. When I took the vehicle in, Gurmeet suggested 2-3 different types of gas additives to check and see if that solves the problem. Unfortunately, it did not. He then ran a few fixes which resolved the problem and got the vehicle cleared. All for a few hundred dollars. Gurmeet was always looking to do good work & save costs if possible. That is a rare quality for an auto repair shop. I have already recommended him to many friends & will use him again for any car needs. I would encourage you to do the same read more

I discovered this shop as I was looking for someone to inspect a car that I was buying from Wheels N Deals. I meet the Seller at Wheels N Deals and we took the car for a test drive, everything checked out but I still wanted to get the car looked at by a Mechanic for my satisfaction. We found Gill Auto Zone which was in a parking lot right before Wheels N Deals (closer to Kiely) so we decided to take it there. To my surprise they did an inspection for FREE!!! The best part is everything checked out... all the minor issues the Seller informed me about were the same issues the mechanic told me about. I was just glad that the Seller and the Mechanic were honest and did not try to rip me off. I ended up buying the car and the Seller even paid for my oil change! read more

Worst service ever and worst owner ...doesn't know how to talk to customers ...very very rude and arrogant ..I left my BMW on sat to diagnose and repair ...he told me he will check and let me know how much it will cost for the repair..I called him on Monday morning to check ....he told me that it will take 3 to 4 days to repair..I requested him that I need the car and it's been already 2 days ...he started yelling at me that come and pick up ur car and Hangup on me ..when I went to pick up the car he behaved so arrogantly and told me to take the car as if I was getting the work done for free..I feel may be he doesn't know how to repair a BMW car...and that's y be just wanted to get off..NO NO NO never I will go back to this guy...OH MY GOD....How can somebody be so rude with a customer ...really unprofessional....horrible ...BAD BAD BAD customer service... read more
