Terrible service. My husband went to have his brakes looked at that they replaced. His brake's failed on his work truck. They didn't want to help him because he didn't have his receipt because they need the mileage and date brought in. We're in the middle of moving and can't find it. Another mechanic said it should be in their systems since he had to fill out paperwork at Gina's all indicating date and mileage there. But they still turned him away even after my husband told them to look up his vin. My husband had to get a tow truck and take it to a better mechanic....see Diaz mechanics in Moreno Valley He should've went there in the beginning but now he knows not to ever go to Gina's auto repair. Thanks for turning me away. I had my rear brakes replaced here. They failed 5 months later. I brought it back to them. His worker indicted I need my receipt. I'm in between moving and didn't have it. I figured they'd look up my truck information with the paperowkr I filled out before I dropped my truck off there initially in January, wheh they replaced my rear brakes. He said he couldn't help me. I told bin look up my Vin, look up my name my number I was here literally not long ago. Still didn't want to help me. What was the point of filling that paper work out if it's not in your system to look up yourself!! Why did I have to write my milage down and the date initially if none of this information is available for you to look up. I had to call a tow truck and take it to diaz mechanic. Diaz mechanic told me they should've been able to find my information on their computer. THIS IS WHAT I WAS TELLING GINA'S and they didn't want to help me, and diaz auto came to help me. Diaz auto gave me a quote and said if they charge me more let them know. And if Nina's charges me less then diaz will mtahx the price. Diaz auto saved me! Gina's Auto Service Inc You are a huge disappointment. I don't even want to take my truck there because I lost all trust for you. I don't even want to leave my truck there anymore because they may mess up my brakes again! You couldn't even help me even after I told my my truck has trouble stopping. Terrible terrible terrible!! Called this place for info and they immediately lost my business. I saw an ad online offering a smog out the door for 35.99. I wasn't sure if this was a coupon or just their standard price so I called and asked what the price is. Guy told me $45. I then said I saw an ad for $35, to which he very rudely responded "Ok, then why you ask for price? Fine, $35." His response really threw me and his tone was very offensive. I have been going to Gina's for years, and they always treat me well. I have had work priced at different mechanics and then at Gina's, and Gina's ALWAYS gives me the better price. Once, I needed some work done and did not have the cash to pay for it (I was a struggling college student at the time), and the owner fixed my car, let me leave and just asked me to come back and pay when I had the money. Do you have any idea what that meant for me?This is a kindness that warrants loyalty in my book. These guys are really old school, so you will not get any pretty waiting rooms or special customer service. They will, however, fix your car, fix it right, and stand by their work.
