I also recently treated myself to a Signature Facial with Jessica, and she is an absolute angel. She is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a relaxing experience. I called Natsuko once before after reading her glowing reviews, but she wasn't taking new clients at the time. She was super nice and was trying to advise me on where else to go. I happened to call a year later, Natusko remembered me and had some openings. I have to say I am very pleased with my results! She does not use the blend method that I'm accustom to which is fine because I noticed that some of my problem spots weren't returning as quickly with blend and I didn't break out like I have in the past from another method. Earlier this week I had my sugaring appointment. I arrive to the Brea location and I get the text to respond that Im there. I respond and Im waiting patiently for someone to open the door. I look back at my texts and see that I booked for the Santa Ana location and not the Brea location. THEN I call the Santa Ana location and Lesly picks up. I told her I was at the wrong location and asked if she would still take me if I came right now and she said yes. My original appointment was at 12pm and she said she can squeeze me in at 1245pm. THEN I drove to the Santa Ana location. Thank goodness she said 1245pm because I got there at 1230 driving around looking for parking. I had never been in that area before. ***The door is unlocked and I go in and I am greeted by Lesly. She told me where to go and to prep myself. Now, I will say the room I was in had a weird smell. Not a nasty smell but like an old building smell. Lesly gets to sugaring me and honestly the pain level was 2-3/10. Also, Lesly is so cool. Professional and flexible. It really felt like a friend was servicing me. We talked about the world cup, Love Island, and others things I can't remember because I took too long to write this review! This was my first time doing my full brow and was referred by my friend who has gone to multiple locations for this service and recommended this establishment as most efficient. The rep. On the phone was super lovely, answered all of my questions. They texted me a couple days before to remind me to complete some consents and place a deposit for $50 consult which can be used towards treatment if we move forward after consult. Dr. Tariq presented as kind, warm, competent. I felt immediate trust in him to do my service. Yes it was painful, but that is expected. He used ice to numb the area for a short period of time before going in. Because the eyebrow area is so small, it is tolerable. I do want to say I have a high pain tolerance. To me beauty = pain. ;) I anticipated that I would need 6 sessions 6-8 weeks apart however Dr estimated 2-3 sessions 6 weeks apart. I am 6 days post treatment today and it's gotten so much lighter. I could probably stop here but I def want to have as much red removed as possible. Right after treatment, my whole tattoo appeared gone but shortly after the redness started and I was so swollen for 2 days. Used lots of ice and bought the $25 aloe treatment gel mixture they sell.
