I get a letter today 7/19 saying they will no longer see me which I already told them I'd never be back. They did not date the letter but the envelope was dated 7/17. They sent this out after I already told them I wouldnt be back. The office lady Linda is rude, unprofessional and apparently petty for sending me a letter knowing I'd never be back. I can see why all the nice dentists who worked there quit. You get a different dentist every visit. The office lady (Linda) is one of the most immature, unprofessional people l've ever encountered. This was a good place a couple years ago but not anymore. Buyer beware if you go here. As a side note I started going to this office in 2008. Always paid my bills and never had any problems.

I've had a number of extractions in the past, in different states, and have always paid less than $200, so his charge seemed highly unethical. However, when I called them this morning, the receptionist seemed busy and not really interested in helping me to make an appointment. She told me that they accepted my insurance provider, but that I needed to call my insurance provider to find out if my insurance was a PPO or not. So, I called my insurance provider to get that information and when I called back, I was hung up on several times as if they don't even want to talk with me. Apparently, this Dentist is not interested in taking in any new patients.
