Their pho was amazing! It's busy so get there early! I was very impressed with their staff and menu. It's a bit out of the way but worth it.

Just another Asian restaurant. It's built into a building fit for an office not a restaurant. The service was nothing spectacular. The menu is your usual Asian scene. The food was ok, didn't impress. If your looking for traditional style items - this is just another place to get them. Most likely won't be back as we have another local favorite that just doesn't compare. read more

ONLY GIVING 5 starts to get notice... The food is great and tastes awesome but some of the employees are very rude and disrespectful, we got our check thrown at us and then back talk when we payed for it. Food is great but the customer service is awful, I had to wait over 25 minutes to get a water refill then more attitude when I asked for the refill. read more

Resturant is a little out of the way and hard to get to. Got to the restaurant about 5:45 pm. Waited in the lobby for 15 minutes and was not seated. Seems to be still working out the kinks. Hopefully they will start acknowledging and greeting people when they come in the door. read more

Orange chicken is always delicious. Their sweet and sour chicken is also very good. We enjoy the soup and they have a great lunch special. Great staff and yummy food. Love this place! read more

I dont really know what to do with this one. The food was great. First and foremost( though we never got out soups and the waiter didnt care when we brought up). The building is very cafeteria like and didnt do anything for me. Very clean though. The waiter we had said just a few words to us. Came straight to our table and said " what do you want" ready to take our order. The food came out quickly and the waitress was very pleasant. The food was decently priced. Our first time may have been our last. We went tonight with our 12 yr old and 7 month old. Though they were accommodating in giving us a bowl for our baby's food, the service otherwise was nonexistent. The restaurant was not busy, but we had to wait for a long time before my husband just flagged down someone for drink refills at which point we were done with our mediocre food. I was less than pleased with the pineapple chicken. It was a flattened chicken breast coated with bread crumbs and fried. I was expecting tempura battered chicken. The pineapple, I'm sure was canned and the sauce was more lemony than pineappley. And, not that I don't like steamed veggies, cuz I do, but I was expecting the broccoli to be cooked in with the chicken and pineapple. (Which were ALL cooked separately l The only time my husband gets curry, is when we go out to Asian restaurants. He loves curry beef, which they only had chicken. Eh, ok. But he was not impressed either. My son's noodles were cold, so he ended up wasting an $11 plate. However, presentation was really nice. read more

Food was good yet we had very poor customer service. We were the only ones in the whole restaurant and it still took forever to be seated, even longer to just get water and even longer to get our food. The restaurant felt as if we were eating in an old office building rather than a restaurant and our waitress was yelling about her personal issues in the room next door yet we could hear everything she was yelling about. I was really looking forward to having a go-to Chinese takeout place on the west side of town. Unfortunately this place was disappointing. Though it's clean and the service is fast, they're stingy with the rice and the meal was not incredibly flavorful - just greasy and really salty. I can't tell what kind of cuisine this restaurant is trying to offer. It's not really Vietnamese, it's not really Chinese, it's largely just kind of American fried food with sauce and rice. read more

If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. I've been to this restaurant multiple times for their phó. I thought their service wasn't bad and their food was good. This past time I went there were multiple workers picking up things from our table. I didn't realize I had set down my gift card I was going to use on the table. The workers stole it and continued to deny it. The manager seemed nice and understanding and looked through all of the trash. The workers continued to lie to my face and make up excuses. Do not go to this restaurant. Every time I go I've left great tips and they go ahead and steal from a customer? That's absurd. If you have anything valuable like a 100 dollar gift card, I recommend not taking it into this restaurant because it will be stollen. read more

This was the first time we visited Ginger and this was by far the worst meat I have ever had in a restaurant. I had the orange chicken...It was mostly beading and very little chicken and it was so over cooked it was difficult to cut with the one utensil (a fork) I had. Told the waitress my concerns and she said it was probably over cooked...and billed me for the meal. I will not go back and would not recommend to anyone. read more

I've dined in the restaurant once before. My server was nice but the skinny lady in the front was rude. I really like their walnut shrimp so I called the restaurant today for a to go order. I think it's the same lady, she picked up and her tone was so rude. I called for an order of walnut shrimp and lo mein. On the website there are lo mein and Shanghai garlic noodle, I asked what is the different the two and which one is dryer, less vegetables so I can feed it to my 5 years old daughter. The lady said they are the same sauce and same noodles. I told her ok then I want to try the Shanghai garlic noodles. She then proceed to say " 10 mins, bye" and hung up on me. I called back right away to tell her to cancel my order because I wasn't going to be spoken to like that. She then said " ok, bye". There are many other restaurant in grand Junction that would love to take my money. The establishment needs to have better customer service. read more
