The eggrolls were burnt and over fried and the Rangoon 's tasted old, I got there at 11 am on a Monday morning so everything should be fresh, but some items appeared to be left over from the day before. I am sure the to go order boxes are smaller also because the portions were much smaller and they were paper boxes but I think they used to use the Styrofoam ones. I ordered a plate with 2 orders of orange chicken and white rice, but instead I got 2 bowls of orange chicken and white rice. I didn't know what I was paying for since it was not read back to me. I ordered sweet tea. It was unsweetened. None of my order was correct. Sad. read more

I totally understand that it's the only one in town, but it has the loooongest wait. I was at the drive-thru for 30 mins, and most of that was waiting for my food. The food of course is as an expected, it's a chain so it has to be good. I love Panda, but I'm not sure I'll ever attempt that drive-thru again. read more

First off never pull forward if you're in the drive-through waited for 25 minutes kept on being told don't worry we're working on your food. Worst service ever, and cashier Coffeey was rude and yelled at us to get out of his store, walked in waited 5 minutes to get waited on while all staff standing around talking while no one in line but us. Brand new and I have been wishing Panda would open here.. and I am not disappointed. Same good American Asian meal they have been preparing for over 40 years! of course they had opening issues due to the volume and the new employees, they will def get better.. They also have a drive up which is a great bonus!! My fave is the chow mein with veggies along with shanghai beef and chicken & string beans.. yum! A lot of thirsty locals and suspicious out-of-town shill accounts have bumped up the rating for this place. I have never eaten at a Panda Express, but within the first five minutes I witnessed countless health code violations: employees popping food into their mouths on the line, workers handling food & money with the same grimy gloves (then touching their hair), nasty stripper nails, overflowing trashcans, old food being mixed with fresh food on the line... I don't know what bottom basement online food handler's class these people took, but the health inspector needs to get in here pronto. Food... was food court /gas station quality. The fried rice was particularly lame, and if you buy the honey walnut shrimp for children, be aware that the tails are still on about half the shrimp and covered in tempura batter so you can't see them. Food was good. Ordered online and arrived at the promised time only to have to wait for 35 minutes for order. This the second time this happened the previous visit but the wait was slightly less. I would not do an online order in the evening. They obviously have a hard time keeping up with demand. read more

Usual Panda food, no complaints. Has been fresh and tasted good the times I've eaten there. The lobby is the issue. The trash cans are almost always overflowing and majority of tables have not been cleaned after multiple customers. I get that they're new and busy, but assign an employee to keep the lobby in order. read more

It was ok if you just want something quick, just like the Chinese food in the mall. It was not hot and the portions were tiny for 10 bucks. Go down the street to Ginger or Clifton Chinchin. read more

I ordered the Angus beef with rice in a bowl. There were only four DIME-SIZED pieces of meat in the entire order. The picture I took was of the "broccoli" that I couldn't eat. It was literally only the hard stalks that are normally discarded in the cooking process. Other than that, they put ONE piece of red pepper and ONE piece of mushroom in the mix. The rest in the bowl was rice, rice and more rice. The meal was a total waste of money and I paid extra for the Angus beef. Terrible service, too. The online order said it would be ready at 6:00 pm tonight. We walked away at 6:25. Only gave one star because the food was at least warm when I got home. read more

I have never been to a Panda Express and I will never be back! I'm never one to right reviews but this was just crazy to me... I made it clear this was my first time and had a few questions I even went when they weren't so busy but Elizabeth or liz something like that seemed to not care about anything anyone had to say or even know anything about this restaurant and I'm pretty sure she was someone in a higher position then the rest. We came in with a group of about 15 people and the line moved along very fast. I got my food checked within 10mins. My wife had called for me to order her something so I had gotten in line a second time after about 20mins of eating my food. While standing in line, I realized it was a lot slower... It took me 20mins to get my food checked out and I know the problem started with the first server in the serving line. She clearly didn't want to work, she was mouthing off other workers saying they don't "help her", she was making everyone else's job harder by not cooperating with the other workers who needed rice where she was standing and told them to "wait until I'm done". She just gave bad vibes. I did get her name from her name tag, it was Joselyn. I don't know if the serving line just wasn't the right place for her to be, but she definitely had an affect on the speed when I went in line the second time. I just didn't like the negativity she was giving to her coworkers, especially in front of the customers. read more

I ordered fried rice and I got noodles. Its the second time this has happened. Truly dissappointed. Ruined my night.

They still have alot to work out. Placed an on line order and when I got there I was told they didn't have any white rice and it would be a 5 minute wait. After 10 minutes I had to leave without any food. Which my meat would have been sitting out for 20 minutes getting cold. I am not sure if I will get my money back or not read more
