When we met in person the first time to look at the flowers, Annie quickly whipped together a sample for our reference in 10 mins which blew our minds. She was very accommodating and offered her professional opinions on our floral and color scheme selections for the event. One notable mention was that the wedding was on a very windy day, and during the vows the floral arch fell over and hit myself on the head and shoulder with luckily no injuries. My husband blocked most of it and my cousin stayed next to the arch through the end of the ceremony to make sure it stayed up. The staff person who answered was more than willing to help, but since my memory didn't remember all the details right away, they were unable to find the transaction.
