When I tell you I SQUEALED in delight when I first saw my bouquet and the ceremony setup. I was absolutely floored. It was everything I ever dreamed of, and Valerie brought it to life!! While we did not enjoy what some of the preferred vendors our venue provided, we definitely loved and appreciated what Thy offered and provided - better yet, we were in awe with what she delivered! Thy made things incredibly easy for us from break down of costs, what our package did or did not include, an expansive knowledge of flowers according to color to suit the needs of our (gothic) theme as well as anyone else's as seen on her Instagram/ portfolio, and as a character and business owner, she is friendly, welcoming, communicative, and very accommodating. To add to her ability to accommodate, we experienced a sudden passing right before the wedding, and the funeral was to take place on the same day. Since we could not attend and we were already in contact with her for our wedding, we contacted Thy in creating a floral wreath arrangement to be picked up the same day of the wedding, even before Thy went to deliver the flowers for very same wedding. I had two trial sessions with her to make sure we got the right flowers and the exact color palette I wanted. Thy was EXTREMELY patient with me being so indecisive and making frequent changes. Catherine was very easy to work with and truly cares about the work she does. I had my wedding bouquet, wedding invitation, my garter and my groom's boutonniere all put into my display. I chose a 16 X 20 display with a dome top. I also had Catherine arrange for my wedding dress and veil to be cleaned and preserved by a company called wedding gown preservation. This company has a great reputation and a fair price. Catherine works with them often. The morning after my wedding, Catherine came to my venue and picked up my bouquet/boutonniere and my dress and veil, as our venue was very close to her shop, in Redondo Beach. This was so helpful and convenient, as we went on our honeymoon the next day. Catherine took care of everything for the dress preservation for me, I just had to wait to get the final product delivered back to me at home, which turned out great! Regarding the preservation display, Catherine took her time to save my flowers and make them look so lovely and like they did on my wedding day. We had another meeting after our honeymoon to discuss the final layout. The most important part was that she had my flowers as soon as possible, to preserve them. Once we agreed upon the final layout, she did her work and then we were ready for pickup! The display itself is very light and hangs on our wall perfectly! The whole process took a few months with our multiple meetings but the wait is not bad at all. My husband and I are so pleased with the final product, and thankful to Catherine for her work with us. It was a pleasure to get to know her and have her help making our wedding a lasting memory. Highly Highly recommend!
