    Chicken Parmigiana
    Jennifer L.

I wanted Italian food one night so I searched Uber eats. I came across this place and decided to place an order. I got an order of garlic knots and chicken parm. Garlic knots were really good. Smothered in garlic and great sauce to dip in, A+. Chicken parm on the other hand, just average. The spaghetti and sauce were good, but the chicken was not. It was so rubbery that I couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. It took me ripping it apart. Not what you want from your chicken parm. Overall, I'd try it again but wasn't too impressed this first go around.

This is a counter-service pizza spot, so it's not a sit-down restaurant and there isn't really service to rate. Ordering was straightforward, though the guy at the counter wasn't very friendly--not rude, just didn't really engage or smile. I tried two different slices and they were huge, which was a plus. The buffalo slice wasn't very good, but the white slice was amazing and definitely the standout. Unfortunately, the cannoli was not good at all. Overall, it was hit or miss--some things were great, others not so much.

    Meatball parm

Meatball parm- meh, the meatballs were okay, they were medium sized and had a nice texture but the flavor could have been better. The fries were just frozen fries, not bad but not great. The service was friendly, just walk up order, then find your seat and listen for them to call you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is definitely hole in the wall after hours bar but we went on a Sunday afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, it's worth a try. Everyone of my friends enjoyed their pizza and garlic bread.

Calzone (minus 1/4) with marinara sauce.
    Allicia S.

Enjoyed the overall presentation of the calzone ordered yesterday from Gino's. It was the right texture and brown color despite the size being smaller than expected. I would have overlooked that due to rising (no pun) cost of food in general. What I could not overlook was the lack of Italian seasonings that are expected in calzones by comparison. I ordered spinach and sun dried tomatoes as content for my calzone. This was primarily due to meat selections being limited and also my desire to eat a somewhat balanced meal. Use the word somewhat due to the heavy dough content, which was the main reason for my order - I love bread! I do wish that there was more spinach but overall it satisfied my craving. Marinara sauce also was flavor deficient. I added additional garlic powder and my go to garlic griller mixture to spice up. This was a pick up order that I was included in so cannot speak to service or ambiance of Gino's. Would love to have the ingredients turned up a notch to be reminiscent of real Italian food I am accustomed to getting from my northern home state. I do appreciate the late night service as many places close early in this area leading to limited food options.

I came in late evening. There was a Christmas party going on in the back area. Although it would seem like there was a lot of cars in the parking lot. I still was able to find a spot. I was able to order a slice, and I did the Google review. So I can get a free garlic knots. My slice was pretty good as a new Yorker. I will say that it lacked a little bit of flavor but it was well cooked. I sat inside and eat and they had Christmas music playing and a football game on television with the sound down. So the atmosphere was great. I decided to order a second slice. This slice was cooked almost completely different. It was not as well done either way. So was it as flavorful as I like? My pizzas to be They were good. The garlic knots were really good. They were very buttery and soft. So I definitely would recommend stopping at Gino's. If you're in the neighborhood and checking them out and getting a slice, I think next time. I want to try their beef patties.

Cute ambience... If you're cold natured... Bring a sweater.

Nine and years. But it's happy to see that it's still here. Friendly service as usual.

My go to late night pizza spot. The pizza never disappointments me. My favorites are the classic cheese and buffalo chicken pizza slice. Prices are good to me. They have plenty of options to choose from. Parking can sometimes be a hassle depending on the day and what's going on in the area. Service is good and quick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of sitting inside and out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Below average pepperoni buried in low quality cheese.
    David C.

With a name like Gino's, you should expect better than what is being served. When you walk in you can see all the under baked, under whelming pies they have on display for slices. When asked if they make their own meatballs, they said no, they use frozen meatballs. When asked what kind of cheese they use, they have no clue. To be fair, I ordered a fresh small pie with onions and pepperoni. No way you can screw that up right? The first warning flag was the under cooked dough. It was almost raw. When I went to pull a slice it wasn't cut all the way through. The only thing right was the sauce ratio. Unfortunately the sauce is flavorless. They overload the pie with cheese like a gas station would to make you feel you got your money's worth. The dough was lifeless and over floured to run into the oven. The pepperoni was average at best with no crisp due to being under cooked. The price is out of line for the low quality they are serving. I would not pay $1 a slice for this in NYC. EITHER Atlanta has no clue what pizza is, or this is the worst pizza in the area. Almost ate the whole pie due to being hungry. Would never come back.

Left: Lasagna Slice Right: Sicilian Slice Marinara Pizza
    Ley S.

Plentiful parking. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and was helped at the counter by a welcoming & nice woman who gave us ample of time to check out their extensive menu. I got the lasagna pizza and a slice of the Sicilian. Both were delicious. In fact, I've been thinking about this pizza since I left so I obviously can't wait to revisit! Went to the bathroom, it was clean. It looks like they also had an attached patio area that may serve cocktails. They have HUGE diner style slices of cake too, I'll be grabbing one next time I'm in.

    Philly steak
    Kien H.

This is good for somewhat late night pizza. They have pretty big slices and a myriad of other things aside from pizza. It's New York based so you going to get a lot of that when you come in. But you can go from pizza to pasta to sandwiches or calzones. It's really all across the board! It actually has a few parts to the building. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Isn't out side patio area that is really good if it's nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's the inside where you order, which has a nice lot of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And it actually has another part of the building that you wrap around to see another bar and seating area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Years ago I used to go back there in that wraparound spot and play poker during poker night so it actually was pretty spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Be aware that depending on what time you go they will likely have a special for you. I came around lunchtime so they had ones specific for that time. I got to meet lover and a Philly steak slice in the pictures, and they were good. If you wanted a pizza, it's going to take some time to get to you even though the pizza is already pretty much done but they have to throw it in the oven to heat it up to your liking. I ask questions about the pizzas but then I'll display in a lady was super nice and helped a lot with that.

    Yummm, meat lovers and pepperoni
    Ashley O.

This might be my favorite pizza in Atlanta, if not it is definitely top three. The taste of the pizza is consistently good and satisfying. On top of that the slices are huge so you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck and feel full after eating. I recently ordered this pizza on DoorDash, but I've also ordered it in the restaurant many times as well and there was no difference in the quality getting it delivered. When I have been at the restaurant, it has always been very late in the night when the party crowd is getting their food, so the service may have been a little slow, but it was completely understandable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]ambiance wise again it was a party crowd, so that was cool but overall it had a normal pizza joint feel to it which is what I expected, and I had no complaints whatsoever.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I definitely suggest trying their pizza out.

    Margarita Slice
    Denise F.

It's open late and does have a limited parking lot. They have a wide variety of specialty slices including Sicilian slices. The cashier gave detailed descriptions of the slices I was deciding between. She also gave some history on the business and the owners. I ordered a margarita slice for about $5. The sauce was sweet. The portion of sauce also made the bread soggy. Even after reheating the slice the cheese was not melty at all. It did have a lot of fresh basil which saved the slice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of interior seating with cool diner lighting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Because it doesn't exist however, the security staff that was working there was super nice and it was an older gentleman who told me I in fact, could park directly outside the front door of the restaurant despite it saying no parking because that sign was simply up for the purposes of construction period So I took him for his word and I definitely parked right in front of the restaurant and luckily did not get towed or any tickets because he was right Now onto the food. Everything is freshly made on site from all the pastas to the desserts. And I have to say this was absolutely incredible. I have never had this type of artisanal approach to Italian food outside of Italy. This is the stop. Unfortunately, it was on a Friday where I was observing no meat so I did not order any dishes with meat, however, none of the dishes, disappointed in any way shape or form. We even ordered dessert and that just blew my mind because I do not like tiramisu, but this thing was delectable. And if I had room, I would've ordered another one. Our waitress Natividad was fantastic!! she was so kind and patient and very helpful with the menu. In fact, the kitchen had made a wrong dish out of all the dishes and sent it to us, but she intercepted realizing that it was wrong. I sent it back to the kitchen had them starting on the right dish, leaving only one person in our party waiting just a few more minutes for his plate to come out. The portions are very fair however they are not super generous. So if you are sharing and you really love what you're eating be careful because the person you share it with will probably love it just as much as you do and will eat more than you really want them to. I have to come back here when I come back to Atlanta. This is everything it lives up to be from all the previous reviews I have seen online and then some.

All three pastas that I tried - Linguine alle Vongole, Tagliolini al Limone, Cacio e Pepe - were outstanding. The pastas were fresh and each had perfect texture and flavor. We like how the clams in the Linguine alle Vongole are shell-less. The focaccia at Yeppa is focaccia pizza. Our pizzas were thick, airy, fluffy, and delicious. The toppings were high-quality and tasty. Even simpler dishes like the salads (Caprese alla Loredana, Insalata Cacio e Pepe) were terrific. As for the drinks, Yeppa's Bloody Mary threw me for a loop because the drink did not look like a Bloody Mary, but tasted like one. I asked for a gin in mine and I'm not sure what kind they used. Condesa Gin, maybe. Where I think there's room for improvement: (1) The drinks are good, not great. (2) Portion sizes could be bigger. Service was fine. Our server changed on us midway through our meal. The guy who I think was the manager seemed nice. He checked on us a couple of times. This place is popular. Book your reservation with OpenTable and get dining points. This location of Yeppa is at "Buckhead Village" (or "Buckhead Village District"). Yeppa will validate parking in the attached underground garage for 2 hours. Navigate to 3047 N Fulton Dr NE to enter. We stayed between 2-3 hours and paid $2 upon exiting. The atmosphere is casual. It was busy inside the dining room, at the bar, and outside on the covered and enclosed corner patio. This is a fun, happening spot. Seating was a bit tight. This location opened on February 27, 2023. A second Yeppa location opened on the Eastside Beltline at Junction Krog District on May 20, 2025. It's almost giving family style you're so close to your neighbor. Anywho, Kennedy was friendly and attentive. We started with a ginger ale and mezcal mule. Appetizers were the grilled octopus, grilled steak skewers, and meatballs. Entrees came quickly thereafter and were tasty as well. I had the mushroom flatbread, he had the linguine and we shared the string beans. To me, the string beans were flavored so incredibly well. He did not care for the octopus or the lemon base the string beans were in. We ended the night with the tiramisu balls! And might I say, very tasty!! Yeppa is always a hit when wanting an aesthetically pleasing ambiance, flavorful cuisine and good service. Only drawback was the party seated next to us. A party of 4 older women, who were talking so loud to the point that we cut our conversation short, looked at each other and said 'time to go'. Too much cackling for our liking.
