We went to Giordano's because my son was craving the chicken parm sandwich. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. My husband and I ordered an original thin crust pizza, which is supposed to be triangle-cut like a regular pizza, but it came square-cut instead. More importantly, the sauce just didn't taste very good, which was disappointing given Giordano's reputation. We also ordered a house salad to split (spring greens, tomatoes, and Asiago cheese). We asked for no fennel, which they accommodated, and the salad was fine -- nothing special, but fine. My son ordered the chicken parm sandwich (breaded chicken breast with house-made marinara and melted mozzarella on toasted garlic ciabatta), along with parmesan garlic fries and tomato bruschetta. The sandwich itself was okay, but the bruschetta missed the mark -- way too many diced tomatoes and the bread wasn't crispy at all. Service was another issue. Our waiter seemed unbothered and hard to find. Every time I tried to get his attention, he was nowhere around. Dirty dishes piled up, and since I couldn't get them cleared, I ended up moving them to the table beside us, which isn't something guests should have to do. Make sure you sign up for the loyalty program at least 24 hours in advance so you can get the $5 off your meal! Overall, it served its purpose, but between the lackluster food and inattentive service, I left feeling less than thrilled. Nothing terrible -- just not a place I'd be eager to rush back to. It's simple and no frills. I wanted to make my son happy; but I wasn't.

First time having a real deep dish pizza and it didn't disappoint. I love the concept of how they layer the topping and then cheese and sauce. It gives it a different texture for sure. They really put a heavy amount of jalapeños tho, because I was barely able to finish a slice. I will stay away from jalapeños next time. The chicken wings were plain because we requested sauce on the side, but they didn't give us any sauce. So that was disappointing.

Last night I picked up a large cheese deep dish from Giordano's, and it was nothing short of incredible. The pizza was massive; honestly felt like it weighed ten pounds; and every bite was worth it. * Crust: Perfectly baked, golden, and sturdy enough to hold all that cheesy goodness without being too heavy. * Cheese: Generous, gooey, and satisfying; exactly what you hope for in a Chicago-style deep dish. * Sauce: Rich, robust, and full of flavor. It had just the right balance of tang and sweetness, making each slice pop. We shared it among four people, and everyone loved it. This is the kind of pizza that makes you slow down and savor every bite. If you're in Orlando and craving authentic deep dish, Giordano's is the place to go.

Sooooooo good!! The deep dish stuffed pizza is very good. The cheese bread appetizer is also great.

Love the deep dish pizza always. This specific Giordanos is pretty dirty (windows, doors, bathrooms, what you can see of the kitchen when you walk back, the pile of dirty paper towels that sit by the door going back into the dining room). I did let someone know the soap was out in both the men's and women's bathrooms and the paper towels in the women's (mom life visiting both multiple times). Neither was addressed in the time we were there (probably an hour and a half...takes about 45 minutes to get deep dish). Service wise at this place, looked like one person working most of the tables, so I know that can be tough and it was a little slow reflecting that, which isn't her fault. The biggest weird thing though is that we actually took a second to look at our bill (both of us looked). The subtotal didn't add up. So I'm not sure if she already added tip and just didn't have a line for it (maybe it's like an auto thing?) but then when you tap to pay it gives you another spot to tip again. I just think that's a little sketch. We often are in a hurry and don't look, so adding an extra almost $20 and not having a line for it and then also having a spot for another tip can be a little deceptive. There were just the 4 of us, I know it's often auto when it's a bigger table, but we weren't. So, yeah, just weird and felt a bit deceptive. And there was a line for tax, so it wasn't that.

I don't usually eat pizza, but I decided to try their deep dish and I loved it! It was so fresh and delicious, I've never had a pizza like that. I thought it was gonna be too much cheese but it was actually the perfect amount

Great deep dish and spaghetti dishes! The staff was amazing too! Ample parking! The ambiance is great!

The pizza and service are second to none! I've been here twice! Once was later in the evening with friends and the second time was a late lunch by myself. I travel for business, so after my first experience, I couldn't get this place out of my mind. The decorations are charming! The large ornate bar is a beautiful centerpiece! The pizza is out of this world!

Good Pizza just make sure to to give it some time as all orders are made to order. I make sure to get some every time I'm in Orlando

Staff inside was friendly, ordered a deep dish with chicken and veggies. The pizza was messed up when I got home though, wish I checked it before I left. It was still good but 1/4 of it was smushed. Super cheesy, would give them another shot next time im in the area

LoOoOve Giordano's We make it a point to eat here whenever we're in the area--it's just THAT good! We always get the stuffed pizza and while I want to try other toppings, I always get the meat and more meat. We thought the place was going to be packed, but there was tons of seating in the deck. There was a convenient heater heating up the space since it was cold, it was like a light bulb--which was pretty cool. Our waiter was great! I forgot his name but he was Nigerian and Brazilian and when I left he came after me to give me my jacket which was VERY much appreciated. Can't wait to go back

    Italian Beef aranicini
    Jeanette R.

I haven't been here in a while but we consider it a treat once and awhile so it was time. I decided to try the Italian Beef arancini which was pretty good. I'll definitely get it again. My son kept his deep dish simple with just cheese. I had sausage and half green pepper. I would have liked more green pepper but it was still good. Now. What upset us and convinced me to not come back to this location is this; My son came out with the two pizzas and a bag. I assumed the arancini was in the bag, as I'm talking to him, I'm opening the bag and reaching into the bag when I look and see that it's fries. So just before I actually touched the fries, I pulled my hand out and a gentleman is at my windows saying I have the wrong bag. So I hand it back to him and my son followed him back into the restaurant. My son said the gentleman handed the bag of fries to a customer and then went and got my order to give to him. Now, maybe it's different here, but I was always told that's an absolute no, no. My hand was literally inside the bag, and even if it wasn't, it had been in my vehicle and therefore compromised. At the very least either leave the bag or throw it all away. I don't feel comfortable with that decision and I won't return to that location if that's how they conduct business.

Pizza that's thick full of cheese sauce and my favorite toppings you sooo know I'm all for it! The middle was fantastic it was full of flavor and sausage just what we could have wanted making for a yummy time the crust was interesting it almost had the consistency of a pie crust but more flaky like it's hard to explain but let's just leave it as it was yummy! Overall yummy pizza but with that flaky crust twist to make it unique but hey it's all good not sure if I'll get back here again but it's definitely not off the list!

It's a great place to hang out with friends because they have a large projector playing movies and a little corner filled with board games and card games. You order by scanning a QR code, which I really liked because we didn't have to wait for someone to take our order. Everything came out fast, and I mean FAST! We started playing Uno to pass the time, but we didn't even finish one game before our appetizer arrived. We ordered the creamy Caesar salad, and it was a 10/10. Caesar salad is my favorite, so that says a lot! It came with larger pieces of romaine lettuce and a delicious garlic crunch topping. For our pizzas, we ordered the vodka pizza and the pepperoni pizza. I had seen reviews saying that the vodka pizza was overly salty, and I can agree that it was on the saltier side. However, ordering multiple items helped balance it out. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, and the thin, crispy crust on both pizzas was perfect. Nuri's is a great option when you want to indulge without eating anything too heavy. I'm already excited for my next visit, and I definitely plan on bringing more friends!

The thinnest place I've ever seen. Only room for two lines of people in the main area, one line for ordering, one line for picking up. Behind the counter was quite the operation. Pies being baked in one oven, being put on display, and then another oven jam packed with slices being warmed for the customer, along with their accompanying garlic knot. Every slice comes with a complimentary knot. I'm pretty sure I saw whole pizzas going out with eight included knots. The service was pretty good. Efficient, friendly enough workers. There was an aura of hurry up, what do you need, but with a line out the door literally all night, I do not blame them one bit. And the slice factory line got you in an out as quickly as it possible could. As for the slice itself, it was pretty ok. Good crust, foldable slice. Very cheesy, which is needed for most clientele who are in the middle of downtown in need of munchies. Slim toppings, though, and even after the heating process, the slice was kind of cold. Overall, for the convenience and the price, this place was good. I'll definitely come back under the right circumstances.

I asked if they offered a military discount, and the employee told me they did. When I presented my military ID, he refused to apply the discount and then attempted to take my government-issued military ID out of my hand to inspect whether it was legitimate. That interaction really caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. Regardless of the store's policy, there are more respectful and professional ways to handle that situation. I still purchased my food and ordered a standard cheese pizza, hoping the food would make up for the experience. Unfortunately, it was pretty average. The bottom of the pizza was pale and seemed undercooked, so it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. The ambience, however, did seem really nice. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the street, which could make for a nice spot if you're dining in. Overall, I understand busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Better customer service and more consistency in the quality of the pizza would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

Two months later, tried going with my fiance. 6:30pm reservation on a Sunday. We showed up ten minutes early, to try and be cordial in case it was busy again, like last time. We walked in to four full tables, and four that were clearly unbussed and still dirty. Three servers are handling the four tables. We're greeted, and the first thing we're asked is if we'd "be okay sitting at the bar?" We told them about our reservation, and we're asked to wait a few minutes... while the servers went back to their other customers. Immediate red flag. It's still loud and cold, inside, with the owner and two other BoH members handling food orders. After we told them again about our reservation, we asked if we could sit on the patio. Nodding at each other and pointing that none of the dirty tables inside still had been cleaned, whatsoever. The young server that finally sat us invited to go over the menu as she went to "find out who would be helping us, this evening." (It turned out to be her, with obvious reluctance on her face.) We then waited ten minutes, with room temperature water and another couple eating takeout pizza, directly from the box, five feet away from us... On a night we both had planned for weeks. She inevitably came back, and we Immediately told her we needed to leave. There's no reason why three servers can't handle that lax of a clientele volume, while also bussing their own tables. If you're dropping around $30 a person on dinner, with the literal business owner present behind the counter, that level of blatant laziness shouldn't even be possible. We'll try again on a day expected to be busy. They clearly need some fire under their asses, and it's not coming from where it should be.
