Liz was a fantastic server. The deep dish pizza is to DIE FOR. Wooooo! Our pizza took about 45 minutes which is standard for deep dish. It was Sunday night and not too busy. We got our drinks right away. The food was just amazing and perfect. We got half black olives and mushroom, and it was super hot, cheeeesy and delicious. Liz served us each the first piece. She was very fast and friendly. The ambiance was very chill and lots of TVs. Very clean place. Tons of appetizers and a good selection of drinks. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you for satisfying my pizza craving.

Giordano's is our goto for stuffed pizza and this location is out preferred location. It's centrally located on a main intersection ine Westchester. We always call ahead and carry out. Service is always attentive and courteous. We always get the stuffed special and we substitue spinach for green pepper. If you want it cut, you should mention it when ordering. At firsts, I was upset when they didn't cut it but I'm starting to understand why they don't cut the pizza unless requested....... I prefer to cut it myself, this helps maintain the integrity of the pizza.

Service was very attentive. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter made sure our drinks were never empty. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread and chicken sausage deluxe deep dish pizza. Just a FYI, our waiter notified us that it will take 35-45 mins for the deep dish. That was okay with us. Just a heads up in case people complain that they didn't get their food right away. Cheesy garlic bread was good, very fresh and fully cooked. Deep dish pizza was hot, delicious, and very cheesy. Crust was flaky not hard, and just the right amount of chewiness. Medium is enough for two people.

I have wanted to take my family to Giordano's for years. I had it during a trip to Chi-Town back in 2007 and wanted to experience it again. With all the internet chatter about which Chicago deep dish pizza is best and then so many Giordano's locations, I was nervous to try this one. But we stopped at this location on our way up to Wisconsin, and I was SO glad we did. We got there right at opening on a Friday, so we were seated right away, but everyone was very welcoming and everything was clean. Our server, Daniel, was great! He was quick to take our order and give us menu suggestions, and didn't try to oversell us on how much pizza we would need. With two adults and a 9 and 5 year old, we got a small specialty pizza and it was perfect! It does take a bit for the deep-dish pizza to cook, about 35-45 mins, but it was so worth it! The crust was nice and crispy around the edges and underneath, the toppings were delish, and the sauce was amazing! I am so grateful that this experience I had been waiting for so long turned out so well. Thanks, Giordano's!! I hope we can return soon!

My husband and I shared a small deep dish pizza. The pizza was so delicious, with a ton of fresh toppings (sausage, onion, green pepper, mushrooms) and a crust that was somehow flaky. Servers came around regularly to refill our water glasses. We couldn't finish the pizza, it was so massive. The restaurant is pretty, lots of wood. The women's restroom was clean.

This was our first taste of Chicago deep dish pizza and even though I'm a New Yorker, I have to say this pizza was awesome! We stopped in the Chicago area on a cross country road trip and had heard about Giodano's before, so we decided to give it a shot. We're so glad that we did! We ordered a couple of long islands, a house salad, and a deep dish with spinach, onions, and jalapeños. The drinks and salad were pretty standard, nothing fancy or memorable, but the pizza was amazing. The sauce was robust and complex, the cheese was stretchy and delicious, and the crust was buttery, crunchy and a nice finish to the slice. I have to say, the actual pizza, in my opinion, was better than New York style, but I definitely prefer the crust of New York pizza. I had to knock a star because of the services unfortunately. The server we had was actually really great, but there was a party of 13 that took up the majority of the server's attention. I understand that places are short staffed right now, but in all honesty, if you only have two servers for the entire restaurant, you shouldn't be accepting a party of 13. We weren't able to get ahold of our server for a majority of the time so we often sat with empty drinks, which sucks because it's a 45 minute wait for your pizza. This isn't by any means a criticism of the server, this is completely management's fault. There are a lot better ways to handle being short staffed and this was a failure. We ended up ordering a couple of frozen pizzas to be delivered to a friend back on the east coast. I'm really glad we came here and gave this pizza style a chance. I can't wait to come back and try some other famous pizza places in the future.

Black string that was inside the pizza.

The food is good but it sucks when your trying to enjoy your pizza and find a long piece of string inside of it.

DO. NOT. TRUST. WILL STEAL CREDIT CARD INFO! Everything was fine up until the next day when I got a fraud alert from my bank that my card was being used at their nearby mall (at Claire's to be exact). This was a credit card I barely use (and had used for the first time this month there) so luckily they were able catch the purchases as fraud. Don't trust your waitress especially if they're called Rebecca.

I placed an order today for a CHEESE deep dish pizza and I bring the food home and the pizza is a SAUSAGE deep dish pizza. My husband is a vegetarian so he could barely eat his lunch today because his pizza was made with sausage when it should have been plain cheese. Ridiculous.

I've never had Giordano's thin crust pizza before...So color me surprised that I kind of liked it. As a native Chicagoan, Giordano's is tourist pizza in my opinion. My guy loves it though. Nevertheless...We ordered the meat and more meat pizza; it has sausage, pepperoni, salami and bacon. It's a little salty but it's really good. I even liked the crust. This place (location) has been dragged, but I think it's pretty good. This location is alright with me.

Q's has had my interest since discovering it sometime ago while in search of "pizza". At the time of my discovery, its 4.6 rating out of (120+) was the assurance I needed that I would have a quality experience, plus an endorsement from my barber. Looking through the menu, I took interest in items like the baked tilapia, eggplant sandwich, eggplant parmigiana, shrimp alfredo, pasta with broccoli sauce, and their pizza of course! Out of all, I ended up ordering their eggplant sandwich, which came with a side of crinkle cut fries. Whether it be Grubhub or Uber Eats, I love ordering online because it is convenient. Most of the time my orders are completed upon my arrival or near complete. By the time I arrived at Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria my order was waiting behind the counter during this ordering experience. Picking up was just confirming my name, ordering platform, and I was well on my way. I am grateful to have had a smooth online ordering experience because the likelihood of me ordering online again at the location is very high. As for my order, the eggplant sandwich smelled so wonderful once I got inside my vehicle and got my first whiff of it. It was then that I realized I had a 12.7-mile drive back to my residence in Chicago. If there was any time I would have loved for someone to take the wheel of my vehicle, it would have been that moment so that I could enjoy my eggplant sandwich. I was pleased to see the generous portions given of the eggplant sandwich and crinkle cut fries once I opened the styrofoam container. Oh my was it delicious! I will say this! Eggplant sandwiches taste better than the name appears if you have not had one before. I am quite positive that I will order it again as time goes by because it sure was satisfying. So satisfying and filling that I did not have any room for the crinkle cut fries, which I barely touched and ended up eating the following day. If you are looking for something to order on the menu at Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria, I recommend the eggplant sandwich because you will not be let down. In closing I had a good experience as I have indicated in this review of Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria. I could surely see myself ordering from again off-and-on when I am in the area likely for a haircut. And as it was introduced to me via Uber Eats, I share my endorsement of it as well with you all on yelp. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and we enjoyed what we ordered. The Buzzkill pizza was delicious, and the appetizer platter was a great option for the table. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. It took about 10 minutes before anyone came over to seat us, another 10-15 minutes before someone took our order, and when our Snap Into It salad arrived (for a party of three), it only came with two pieces of bread, so we had to ask for a third. The cheese was melted just right, stretchy and hot. The sauce had a nice balance, a little tangy, a little sweet, not overpowering anything. The pepperoni was the best part. The cheeseburger was okay, but the patty was smaller than expected and could have used a bit more seasoning to really stand out. It wasn't bad, just a little underwhelming compared to other spots. The loaded fries were a highlight--topped with cheese, Italian beef, and fresh jalapeños. They were flavorful and absolutely massive, easily a meal on their own. We also had the breaded steak sandwich, which was decent but could have used some jalapeños for extra flavor. Portion-wise, it was very generous and easily enough for two people to share. The chicken fingers were just okay--good size, but again, a bit more seasoning would have helped. The mushrooms were solid, and the onion rings were better than most--big and crispy--but there were quite a few broken pieces. We also tried the famous cannoli shake, which tasted exactly like you'd expect--a cannoli in liquid form. If you like cannolis, you'll probably enjoy it. Overall, not a bad spot with generous portions and friendly service, but some items--especially the burgers--could use a bit more flavor and a larger patty to really stand out.
