Food is not bad, I wouldnt complain about the food because I do like it but the service is the absolute worst. The girls that work there are just clueless and always get orders screwed up or dont listen carefully and sometimes have had them deliver food that I wanted to pick up or vice versa. I cant believe I would experience that problem more than once. Its a shame because I do like their food and they are close by for delivery but if I had another delivery place closer I would go with them even if the food was crappy. read more

Wish I could rate no stars. Giovanni's is AWFUL since new owners. They literally mess up the order more often then not. Wether it's getting pickles instead of a cup of ranch(yup). Or timed orders being delivered an hour early, then being argued with that it wasn't placed early. Sad how downhill they've gotten. read more

Giovanni's has been a staple of mine for several years now. Their calzones are fabulous and I havn't had any issues with the quality or service.... that is until one snowy night. I called up looking to place an order for delivery, a mere 2 miles away. No exaggeration the guy on the phone laughed, said no, and hung up. I don't know what crawled into this dudes pants and bit him in the butt, but you would think a pizza shop in New England could deal with some snow. Even if they were not accepting deliveries at that point in time, all he had to say was "No we are not". Won't be ordering from here again. read more

Bad food. I spent 10 mins making sure my order would be right. Still was wrong. Apparently calzone ricotta only is impossible to figure out. I order in person they spoke English no accent. Then explained to owner. Then spoke Spanish to the cook. Still drove home a town away with the wrong item. I called. Was told to drive back in pouring rain. No either give me delivery or refund. This used to be a go to place for me. Recently it is very different. Ordered tuna wraps for 2 last night and both of us spent most of the night vomiting and more! Also, the older woman with blue hair was very rude. When we called to see if the order was ready before leaving to pick it up, she gave rudely told me to come in instead of calling. When I picked up the food, I again was subjected to a dissertation about how busy they were and they don't have time for such phone calls. BTW...the place was empty at the time! read more

Placed order online. Upon entering heard the young female staff members trash talking the customer that had just left. While they were courteous to me, I could over hear them, one telling the other to "shut up you dumb bitch and do your job right." I think the new managers should trust a customer of 8 years when it comes to employee vs. customer. I have a problems every time I get this certain employee taking my order over the phone. Example : Hi my name is... I would like to order a party size pizza. Her reply is what do you want on it ??? . I begin as I always have with, I would like a thin crust,she cuts me off and says, what do you want on it?? I continue by saying I would like to have have less red sauce, extra che... she cuts me off again and says I just want to know what you want on this pizza??? I said I am trying to tell you. Because this has happened at least three times before,I asked for a different person to take my order. The manager comes on the phone with the attitude he is not interest in helping out. All I get to say is I just wanted someone else to take my order because she is rude to me. He doesn't utter a word back to me. I tried to tell him we love your food. Have been coming here for over 8 years { We order often from them, sometimes once a week} I waited for his guidance on this situation, like say I'll take your order or something to that effect. The bill was $33.06 and they decided to put it through as $40.06, not with any permission from me. Beware of this place that has okay food and rips people off. We usually order from here every weekend. We had been loyal customers for several years ago. Today we had an incident where we went to pick up our food and got there in the 25 minutes we were told the food would be ready. I paid for my food and waited for 15 minutes. I went up to the counter and asked if there was any idea when my food would be ready. The cashier grabs a bag off the counter that had been sitting there the WHOLE time I was waiting and hands it to me. I then said that the bag had been sitting there the whole time I was waiting and she looked at me like a deer in headlights and said "oh." I asked for my food to be remade. It wasn't remade, it was reheated. They even stuck the food in the styrofoam container in the microwave! My son actually burned his mouth when he bit into his grinder because the inside was so hot. If this is how they treat good customers, then I don't want to give them my business! We will find somewhere honest to go from now on! read more

I ordered the ham and cheese grinder and a salad. You could smell something was wrong with the grinder, at first I thought it was cheese, turned out to me bad mayo. The lettuce in my salad was wilted and nasty and very wet. I ended up with food poisoning and had to get Iv's and everything at hospital. The next day I called to tell them, they not only did not offer my money back but they said I should have called the day before after I explained I was in Hospital with Food Poisoning, then offered to give me 10% off, then after I got mad and argued more offered 50% off. I was so mad at dragged my weak body into the nasty little pizza shop and was asked for my hospital papers...are you serious. Now I have notified the board of health, better business bureau and spoke with an attorney. Now instead of getting out with an apology and cheaply with my money back or even replacements they will be shut down while investigated, I get to sue them for my hospital bill, lost wages. pain and suffering and who knows what else. They were rude and awful. I hope they permanently get shut down. Stay away if you value your health. read more

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza it comes with bleu cheese on the side . I ordered extra bleu cheese . I get my pizza , the best way to describe it is mangled, the cheese was not completely on it , it wasn't cut all the way through , and no bleu cheese anywhere . I called them up asap and let them know in case they could call their driver to come back . She said " that's not going to happen , I'm not calling anyone " The woman was extremely rude from the very beginning and randomly blurted out "the manager said no " As I'm hearing her say this the manager is yelling in the background at what sounds like her and other employees . She then says she tried to call me to tell me that there was 1.00 charge for extra bleu cheese and I supposedly didn't answer . ( reminder I haven't eaten all day and I am pathetically waiting by the phone for my food to come ) I didn't receive a call from them and I even apologized to her that I didn't receive that call but I said "shouldn't I have atleast gotten the one bleu cheese that comes with it ? " And she then said excuse me ? And I repeated myself . then said her manager said no way he's sending a driver back to my house because someone didn't include bleu cheese . Understandable . I asked if she could take a 1.00 off that she charged me for the bleu cheese since I paid with PayPal and she said "yeah we don't do that here" I asked to speak to the manager ( who is the owner ) and she said "no he's very busy "and I said well what's his name I can call back and she said "his name is mike but he still won't talk to you when you call back " I got her name as well but this is a situation where the manager doesn't care at all either . And at this point it's not about the damn bleu cheese , it's about how horrible that woman treated someone who was nothing but polite ,how the manager treats customers , and how he treats his employees . I have never had an experience like this with a professional establishment . I did call the next day and the manager/owner would not get on the phone . They have lost my business and they don't deserve yours . read more
