Saw the hype anout this place all over facebook, so we ordered chicken broccoli alfredo, cheese pizza, chicken fingers. chicken parm sub, pupusas, 100$ Pasta was just chicken, 4 pieces broccoli NO SAUCE, pizza no sauce just greasy from the cheese, chicken fi gera were all different colors with no flavor, Garlic bread NO GARLIC... 1st & last time!!

The person got my order didn't understand even though I repeated couple times to put the dressing on the side for both the salad and the ziti. Now the ziti came in with a table spoon of dressing inside and there's no dressing for salad at all. Also the breads are missing. Always check you order before you leave.

Salad topped w nice croutons and shaved parm... perfect

Generous and crisp caesar salad. Thanks! Great service, and it smells delish when you walk in. Recommend it!

Have you ever been to Nick's Place? Bill & Bob's? Ok then you have pretty much already been to Giovanni's. Pretty much roast beef and pizza as their name indicates although they do have quite a few other menu options. This place seems to have a mediterranean twitst. They sell what most consider Greek style pizza although I have stuck with the Roast Beef when I have went, which was good enough for my taste. BBQ, cheese, and a little mayo on a bun. The parking lot is just as awkward as the architecture of the building. The inside is just plain sad and in need of a major refresh. The food is fine though. The staff is much better some of the creepy folk I have seen down the street at Bill & Bob's

Best steak tip sub I've ever had. The roast beef is pretty good too. The pizza is not as good as the subs.

Perfectly cooked...perfect amount of french fries and plenty of ketchup (on the table!). What more can I ask for? I haven't visited the Lobster Claw in close to 10 years. However, I was in Andover recently and passed thru N. Reading on the way home. We happened to drive by the Claw and I kept it in my mind to re-visit soon. The location is newer than I remember. It has been recently painted, new seating, lighting and ordering area. I love that they have plenty of ketchup on each table. I feel like that goes a long way to their commitment to their customers. The food was tasty. I really enjoyed my visit Vibe: family fun location Coke/Pepsi; Coke Parking: Plenty Price: Fair market (I did not get Clams) Service: Excellent *****

Been going here for years, rarely disappointed. Recently they were closed for "renovations" for awhile. That might also mean they changed hands, sold out. In my experience, that is never a good sign, the new owners will surely ruin a good thing, they'll cut back on quality, raise prices, and change the recipes. My best guess is that's what happened to The Lobster Claw. Went here last week for lunch. Walked in, where am I?! They now have a big divider between the seating area and ordering. You're corralled into this area first. The giant blackboard menu is gone. Now they have a small, cramped, menu above the register. I had to squint to read it all. I gave the girl my order which she got wrong THREE times. The Calamari basket, well done I said. I always used to tell them well done because it tastes better and the breading doesn't slide off the fish. Now where do I go to pick up my food when it's done? There's a sign that say's "Takeout Pickup" next to the register. Is that all one word, or for takeout orders and picking up what you just ordered? So I wandered aimlessly out of the dividing area and into the dining area. A window at the end with a sign, "BEER AND WINE." Is that where I go or is that for ordering booze and paying for it? So I sat down at a table and waited for my number to be called. I got my food pretty quick. I asked the new kid, looks like the old staff was not there anymore, for a lid and a bag for my tiny cup of chowder, that cost $7.00, to take home. He acted like I was inconveniencing him. This is after he plopped the tray down and spilled some of the chowder broth onto the tray. Thanks a lot Junior! Sat down to eat. Calamari...not well done. In fact it looked under cooked. It was chewy, and the breading was falling off. ONE tarter sauce with it. They used to give out two and then asked you if that was enough. Saving money for the renovations are we? The fries under the Calamari were soggy, greasy, and under cooked as well. I didn't finish my meal obviously because to be frank, it sucked. Later on at home I tried the fish chowder. Maybe at least that will be the saving grace. Nope. It was the consistency of oatmeal, like it was put in a blender. Bland as well. $ 30.00 I'm out for a meal that I could have got at Market Basket for one third the price for frozen fish sticks and a can of chowder that would have tasted better than that disaster. Next time I'm in the area and want some fish, I'll be going to McDonald's for a Filet-O-Fish meal instead. And another one gone, and another one gone, another one bites the dust...don't let them get you too.

We were seated immediately as we arrived before the 6 pm rush. Our table ordered an array of appetizers including the lapas, linguica, codfish fritters, and mussels. All the appetizers were very tasty. For entrees our table ordered grilled octopus, octopus stew, and the rice dish that came with half a lobster. While everyone else said their meals were great, my grilled octopus lacked flavor and was extremely chewy. Our server was kind and very helpful. I would give this place another try but maybe try a different dish.

The restaurant is located in a small plaza with plenty of parking which is nice. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance because once you step inside you are nicely surprised by the super cute decor and how cozy and nice the place is. The waiter was very nice and attentive and recommended some entrees since it was our first time dining with them. There was so much to choose from because everything sounded so good. They even had a specials menu with very reasonable prices. They had a lobster dish special that was only $30! Wow! They gave us complimentary olives and warm bread with butter which was also really nice. We decided on wine because a half bottle was only $12! That was perfect for the both of us! We got the soup of the day which was kale with sausage and it was so good! There were big chunks of sausage and the delicious broth was perfect for a cold winter night. My boyfriend went with their sea bass which was a whole fish and it was nice and flaky and super yummy. I think the star of the night was my fegioda mariscos dish. The seafood and lobster looked amazing and tasted amazing! I especially enjoyed the red bean broth it paired well with the shrimp, mussels, clams and lobster! We were stuffed but satisfied by the end of our meal and wished we had room for dessert because the three options they had also sounded very good, but there's always next time! We will definitely be back!

We were seated quickly at a booth (always my preference) and our server attended to us right away, I had a glass of sauvignon blanc and we quickly settled on the grilled scallops with risotto. We weren't in the mood for the veggie advertised but the server was happy to accommodate a swap for spinach. Both of us enjoyed the meals--the scallops were grilled to perfection, the spinach steamed and hot, and the risotto creamy and tasty. Parking can be a little tricky as it is shared with a number of stores in a strip mall, but you may just have to walk a little bit.
