Leased a new Lexus ES 350. Acted on recommendation to take a previous leased Lexus RX 350 to CarMax who purchased it for over$7,000.00.

To say that my wife and I love driving MINIs is an understatement. My wife and I both drive MINIs…read more We are now on our 6th MINI since the brand came back in 2003. This last edition is a 2025 S Convertible and a 2025 JCW MINI. We absolutely love the new update on the body and interior with the exception of the manual transmission is now gone. I miss driving a manual daily. The dealership is amazing. Xavier helped us through ordering of the Convertible because that is the only car they don't have on the lot. The only issue we had the heavy rain we had; my wife's MINI windshield wiper blade broke. Product defect; nothing to do with MINI company itself. The general manager made sure that it was replaced at no cost to us. I came prepared to pay for it. Thank you Levi for that. Everyone at the dealership is amazing. We will continue to come back with this amazing team and brand. Thank you all

I purchased a car from this dealership, and while I did end up with a vehicle I like, the overall…read moreexperience left me feeling overcharged and pressured. The process took almost the entire day, and as with many dealerships, extra fees and add-ons seemed to appear later in the process , things that weren't clearly disclosed upfront. I was under pressure at the time, so I went along with it just to get the deal done and leave with the car. I also purchased the extended warranty, which I suppose was a decent value ..but every time I went in for service, the woman at the service desk made a point of openly flirting with my husband right in front of me. While I'm sure he didn't mind the attention, I found it inappropriate and uncomfortable. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful, regardless of the setting. On the positive side, the dealership itself is clean, and most of the staff seem helpful and upbeat. But honestly, I was relieved when the extended warranty expired , mainly because it meant I wouldn't have to go back there anymore.

Note, I've reviewed BMW of Las Vegas several times but I always like to give a good review when…read moreservices provided are justified.... Ok, so on Sunday while I was out and about my car defecated the bed.... Dead as a door nail . AAA couldn't get it started, so it was towed to the dealer and I left a note in the drop box and called and left a text message to my regular service rep (Frank H.). So Monday morning before 7:30, Frank called, we discussed the issues arranged for diagnosis as well as some required maintenance. He said the car would be ready by the end of the day (remember, I didn't have a hard and fast appointment at this very busy dealer) . The car was ready when promised, clean and shiny and all systems go! So I always prefer establishing a working relationship with my service advisor and IMHO, it always pays off. I know many folks shy away from dealer service because of costs . I get that, but when you have an expensive car (they're all expensive now) , the dealer is more apt to stand behind their work and warranty and always use OEM parts... so I guess you get what you pay for... I always get good service. By the way, the dealership now charges a 2% convenience fee on credit cards... I can't support that but I know why they do it Thanks again Frank et al.

He makes the whole process really smooth every time. Also wanted to give a shout out to Christopher and the valet check in team. I accidentally left my wallet in a loaner, and they were amazing, super professional, took their time, and helped me find it. Seriously appreciated. It's always a great experience dropping my car off because of the team. Big thanks to Koa, Christopher, and everyone out there working hard!

Well long story short. I ended up with a car my ex-wife was using and without notice she just…read moredropped if off at my sister's house as I live and work in a different state. I immediately flew that same day to Michigan to handle this unexpected and untimely event. I thought i had another car company buying the car. I send all the required paperwork. I waited two days for them to come and get the car and after the test drive they decided that they wouldn't buy it. Now I'm all freaked out. I have a vehicle registerd in a state I no longer live in and nowhere to go and I need to get back to work on the East Coast. A friend offered to let me keep the car at hos place while I try and figure things out. As I am driving the vehicle to my friend's house ...thank you Jesus...I get a call from Bryan from Give Me the Vin who gives me an offer and explains the process. I immediately take pictures and send over the documents as this is Friday late afternoon. I am informed that it will all be reviewed the following Monday and should receive a FedEx overnight with the paperwork to sign. As promised Tuesday I receive the paperwork and send it back out with the docs signed. WEd afternnon I get a text confirming everthing has been received. a couple hours later transportation company calls to pick up the vechicle. The following day another text all is complete and given the go ahead and cash the check. I made this process stressful but Give Me The Vin did not. Answered phone calls, texts and emails promptly. Communicated the entire process and held my hand to the end. Now this was a lower offer then what i originally received, but in the end Give Me The Vin stood by their word which means a lot. I couldn't more strongly encourage the use of this company to sell your vehicle. Thank you all at Give Me The Vin!!
