There was plenty of room especially for the kids to move around. Bus was very clean and cold water/sodas were provided. Maria also allowed me to add our own drinks to the cooler. Very easy to connect to Bluetooth to play music and control the lights inside the bus.

I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to a very contagious virus he caught at preschool. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

Since I informed Yolanda that I needed their Limousine for a wedding, I thought that I could trust that they would not ruin my daughter's wedding day. I was impressed that Yolanda was willing to work with me regarding the pick up time, since we were uncertain as to how soon the photographer and videographer would be finished taking their shots and videos at the hotel. Someone else talked to the limo driver regarding the pick up time after the wedding, and there was a slight misunderstanding. To make a long story short, the wedding party ended up renting the limo longer than the amount of time that I paid for. Fortunately, Raptor Limousine was available to extend the rental period. I am very thankful that the initial minimum amount of rental hours was less than other Limousine companies for a weekend. Their price for a Mercedes Sprinter for about 13 passengers was also better than numerous Limousine companies. It was also nice that Raptor Limousine also provided complimentary drinks and snacks! I usually get complimentary drinks whenever I rented a Limousine, but Raptor also had yummy snacks! I'm no longer accustomed to giving my credit card over the phone, but I did receive a receipt right after I made the payment. I also received follow-up texts and calls regarding the pick up date and time. The limo driver called me when he arrived the hotel. I would highly recommend Raptor Limousine Service.
