Let me just start with "Where has Malakai been?" My experience was excellent with Malakai Limo. I'm the owner of #LGKevents and I plan events, weddings, parties, wine tastings, corporate events and much more. I have annual events such as the Festival of Arts/Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach, CA every year. I get a group together and we go down there for the day and evening. The limo companies I usually hire each year were booked solid for Wedding Season this year and I had to find a new limo service and take a risk. I requested a quote and shortly I was contacted by Matthew (Matt). He was very accommodating and professional. He sent me a photo of what to expect and he sent me the paperwork I needed. Every limo company was greedy out there during peak season and was going to charge me over $1k for the group. However, Matt was willing to do a transfer for such a reasonable price I was SOLD and immediately signed up! I processed my deposit and locked him in. On the day of the event, the driver Dennis was there right on time and helped me with everything I needed. He communicated that if he was not the driver on the way back, someone will contact me to let me know. We got to Laguna Beach safe and sound. Dennis even took photos of the group. On the way back, Dennis picked us up and by some random chance I met Matt in person. Apparently, he was driving another group from the same location we got picked up to the same event and back. Being able to put a face with the name and meeting him in person definitely helped me establish him as a "GO TO VENDOR" on my list. I booked with them literally in day notice and they were able to accommodate my event. Luigi our limo driver was on time and he was very friendly and Had great service! There was a mix up and confusion with the payment at the end of the event but Luigi was honest and came back to refund any mis charged. We used Malakai for a 20 seat party bus for my wedding this past weekend. The process for reserving and paying was simple and low stress. The bus arrived on time and was basically brand new and stocked with water and soda. It had programmable LED lights, lasers, multiple TVs and plenty of space Our driver was professional and courteous and made sure we were able to have a great time! So i just had my party bus experience yesterday But made my reservation a couple of weeks in advance just to be secure of getting a party bus. When I called i got great customer service from a guy named Matt, he help explained the process of a party bus and the features/services it came with . The reservation was made over the phone it was quick and easy, told him the details of the time i wanted to get picked up And dropped off From our destination. The party bus came on time and drove us to the club in Hollywood. It was a fun experience specially made us feel like the party bus was a club when you turn off the lights and have the little disco lights going and the music playing, which is bluetooth and controlled by you. They did a great job providing ice and beverages and cups. Robert was our bus driver, He did a great job driving us to the club. He was pretty cool to notified us about leaving soon so we dont pass our time expectations and charge us a fee, noramlly businesses wont say anything and if u go over the time limit they charge and since we lost track of time i appreciate robert for notifying/reminding me about our time limit :) i highly recommend this service if your thinking of getting a party bus, cant wait for the next birthday turn up, so i can recommend this service read more
