I placed an order for table cloths and took pictures of the two colors we ordered, once we were decorating the hall for our event we noticed the color was not correct, I called and made arrangements for them to deliver the correct color, once again the color was incorrect (nothing to what we ordered), we had no choice but to keep the incorrect color, once all table cloths were on tables half (10) table cloths were stained! After multiple calls Beatriz the owner of the business admits that she did not have enough table cloths in the correct color originally ordered so instead of reaching out to us saying she didn't have enough she made the decision to give us a different color! but honestly the kicker to this is renting out dirty stained table cloths! The inside of this store is terribly dirty and smelly, the establishment smells like dog poop and pee, the dogs are cute but unfortunately she doesn't clean up after them inside the business, I should have ran out of this business with the appearance foul dog smell. Maribel was very nice and courteous but, she disappeared on me after I placed the order for my invitations. I kept calling and the old lady (I think her name is Beatriz) because my event was in 4 weeks and I had to send out my invites, but Beatriz was so INCONSIDERATE... She would tell me, "Maribel is not here so talk to her." and then she'd hang up on me. Straight hang up on me!!! I would call back and she'd send me straight to voicemail. I would be livid. believe me, i would have taken my business somewhere else, but I had no time and I also paid the money. This happened 3 days in a row, where I would call and she'd just hang up on me. I finally had to lie to her and tell her...... I'm renting more stuff from you and that's when she became friendly. I'm giving them 4 stars because they delivered on everything that they promised. I hired them to do photos/video and I rented a hummer limo from them. Photos were ok and video was a bit cheesy but I didn't mind because it was affordable. This is not necessarily the place to go if you want high end pics/video. Also, sometimes, Beatriz was difficult to get ahold of. Sometimes she wouldn't answer her phone but when I called later/next day, I was usually able to get ahold of her. I hired them for my daughters Sweet Sixteen video and photography. Two older guys showed up to my house the day of event. We went to a Shoreline for pictures and then the celebration at the party venue. The day was extremely busy for everyone and I trusted them to do their job which is to capture the every important moments. I paid in advance and did not receive video until two months later. The photos were not that great either. I paid for 200 photos and only received 160 which the lady claimed that because I added more to my package later that there was a confusion on her part. In either case, it was her(the store's owner) responsibility to communicate that to the older guys doing the job. I had to call her many times and send her pictures of my daughter when she was a kid to include in the video. She kept losing the photos. She claimed I never sent them, then I emailed them so many times. They are are very incompetent and unprofessional. It is sad that our Latino business owners don't have a clue how to deal with customers. If you are looking for good and professional service. Do not go there. Be careful, so you don't get ripped off and if you want your stuff right away don't count on this business. Very disappointed and unhappy to have gone there. This place is terrible, please listen to me when I say do not do business with these people. My friend had set up a party bus rental for her BIRTHDAY from 9pm-1am. She gave a down payment of $200. The bus arrived at 8pm even when my friend placed it for 9pm, the bus driver never called or let my friend know that he was there. He then left and never returned when we called the lady who was in "charge". She was DRUNK on the phone, I mean how unprofessional is this place?! No wonder they have 3 stars. We insisted for the driver to return but the lady responded with "Nope its over the driver cannot return". So thanks to this unprofessional place, she basically ruined my friends birthday! read more

Attended my cousins quinceañera last weekend and all I can say is that my mouth dropped on how elegantly decorated the hall was. The ballon arches were amazing I wish I knew how to do that. The table cloths and chair covers were very clean and the centerpiece were lovely covered in lilac ribbon and had an Eiffel Tower placed on the center. The DJ played every song request by my cousin and the photographer captured every joyful moment that was spent there. Amazing customer service I hope to attend another event at this place. read more

If you need round, square or rectangular...tablecloths, overlays or skirtings...you need to come here. Her prices can't be beat!! HORRIBLE DJ!! Sorry to be blunt about it it really was awful, the dj did not know how to play the music and then would play the wrong music and not one to dance for, then would try and add different sounds to make it sound cool but it would mess up the whole song, and when he tried to change to another song the switch was just horrible and would jump around genres way to often that one could not enjoy a single genre longg enough. It came to the point where we were playing music off our phone because the man had not idea. Although I do have to say the food had very good flavor. If they offer to put a dj, say no!!! So this place is really cheap as far as table clothes and chair covers. They also have dresses that you can order from catalogue and tux rentals. the place isn't nice and there products aren't of very good quality. Beatriz the owner/ worker seems to do everything herself and is extremely unprofessional about it. I went in to see about tablecloths and chair covers since the display outside looked good and i don't really judge a place by appearance i decided to try it. It takes forever to talk to someone since she is always busy and does not hesitate to let you know it. When the girl who helps her finally addressed me she suggested i look at the catalogue for the bridesmaids dresses i had seen elsewhere. I found the same dress and came back a while later to order one of them i had several pictures of the original dress i had seen and they assured me it was the same dress. well after forgetting to verify if it was indeed the same dress and never calling us back after she had finally called the company. we went to pick up the dress which was a completely different color and fabric than the one we discussed. She claims she cannot take the dress back and she also had the audacity to say that the dress will not sell in her store because it is a xxl, which is BS because these dresses run extremely small so a XXl is more like a Large and most woman are a large(12/14). Fine I went to the bank to get cash but asked VERY POLITELY if they could have the lace cut and ready because I was on my very short lunch break. The lady said "Well I'm not cutting it til you get back" and shook her head with an attitude she said "plus the price my husband quoted you is probably not the right price I have to see it, go get your money and we'll see when you get back" OMG! are you serious lady!!! so rude. Ok fine I had no choice, so I returned with the money. She knows I'm on my short lunch.... She has no change for a $20!!!!! WHAT?? WOW!!! the young girl asked the old man if he can go get change. He looks at her.. turns around and ignores her!! So she looks irritated herself goes to the back of the store then as she's walking out to go to the other store they have next door he tells her "Here, you want me to go?" she says "No I'll go" !@#$%$%^^&&^ Just get my change!!! This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner (Beatriz) is a lair. I went in to order ribbon for my daughter's baptism. When I went in to pick up my order they next day, the wording on the ribbon was completely incorrect. My daughter's name was spelled incorrectly, and the last name was missing. I let Beatriz know that the ribbon was incorrect, and she tried charging me an additional $10.50 to redo them. I told her I would not pay any additional fees, as this was their mistake not mine. She rudely told me there's an additional fee to redo them. i asked her for a refund, and she refused to give me the full amount. She claimed she had to pay someone to use their machine to print the ribbon. She deducted a fee for the ribbon used, and by the time she was done deducting cost for BS fees, my refund total was $2.00, out of $21.95. At that point I was tried of arguing with her, because obviously she wasn't going to admit she was wrong. I told her that she could keep the ribbon, because it wasn't going to do me any good to take it. She obviously doesn't have a conscious. She stood there and lied with a straight face, while refusing to give me a refund. I will never go back to this place. Beware of Beatriz! This place deserves negative stars! read more

PLEASE READ!!! If I can rate this place negative stars I would! They always had me running around when it came down for my daughters 16. There's soooo much I can say I wasn't Happy about!!! First of all them just giving me the run around was horrible! The owner Beatriz was never there! Her shop was always left alone! What kind of business is that? Also if one of her employees were there they wouldn't be able to help they would send me looking for her! I would also Call her confirming the date of my daughters 16 and at the time but it took me almost 3 days before her party to get in touch with her. That's not even all of it... when it was time for the party we had to set up a few hours before and there were cockroaches!!! Right when we walked inTo the front, the whole room, and especially IN THE KITCHEN! That's extremely unprofessional and unhygienic! It was so disgusting.. so when we also got my daughters dress it was completely different than What she wanted in the catalog. The Color was different and since I already put a down payment on it before it was ordered cause she didn't allow me to put a payment down after we seen the dress in person I find out it was the wrong size! And it was falling apart and she said that she can't send it back and we have to keep the dress like that cause she can't do anything about it. How was I supposed to know it was going to look like that!? She promised me the dress looked exactly like the one in the catalog and that it was good quality material (WHICH WAS A LIE.) But not even that! After the party she was rushing us out of there, not really giving us time to get everything we need out. Later she told me and my daughter that the photos will be ready in 3 days, so we waited for her to Call and let us know when to come in for an appointment to look at the photos and she never called I've always tried calling and she either ignores me or she doesn't answer not knowing whens a good time to Call. So 6 months go by and nothing! So I finally get a hold of her on the phone and then she puts me on hold for about 2 hours while she's talking to someone else. I found this ridiculous, she could have told me to Call her back atleast instead of having me wait! FINALLY when me and my daughter go look at the pictures she said that everything will be ready by the time we get there.. so when we do get there NOTHING'S ready! It was so horrible and it's just not a good place to go. I WOULDN'T EVER RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! EVEN until this day I'm STILL waiting on my daughters pictures. Oh and before I forget I'm not sure What the old man's name is that takes pictures But anyways he was a pervert! He kept harassing me, my family, and even friends! he would constantly stare at the females in the room. I remember one of my daughters friends little sister come up to me telling me how she felt uncomfortable around him and she's ONLY 12! I felt so terrible, so I asked him if he needed anything because he kept following her around the salon until I asked him why and he told me he was just walking and she was the one following him! Yeah right!! I already tried telling Beatriz but she ignored it, she was also very rude to my daughter she would yell at her because she was just looking at the albums and telling her not to touch them because she'll ruin it, that's when I had enough of her and wanted to tell the people the truth about my experience! I really Hope this will help someone's decision and if not them well good luck I Hope your experience won't be as bad as my experience.
