Fantastic service, me and my sisters eat here all the time and the staff couldn't be more accomadating.

I'll give this place 8/10 or like... I guess it's 4 stars here. The food was good, the waitress was amazing and very friendly. The music there isn't bad, it's catchy and is pretty much music we all have on our generic playlist. Not too old but not to new. My only gripe is the floor was pretty and some of the sauces looked less than appetizing. That aside the place was great. I feel like unless you're remedial you'll never have to worry about this place. read more

We just left here and we were very disappointed in this place. The wait time to have your food cooked was 30+ min. We had one bowl and left never went back for 2nd because the wait time was ridiculous the line to have your food cooked was almost near our table. They only had 1 cook on the line. Not a bad place overall, but lacks some of the finer points of better Mongolian BBQ places. -Restaurant is ok on cleanliness, but could use some shaping up with attention more often to the food area in between crowds. -Chefs do not often use water when cooking the food, as is often seen when at other similar restaurants. This results in the added sauces losing moisture and getting cooked onto the griddle itself, thus you get the flavor of your own choices, plus the 3 people who were before you. If you have any food allergies, forget it. -Staff is friendly and attentive for the most part. When you enter the restaurant, if you are eating in, they send you right to the food area to get started, and while you are doing that they prepare a table for you including your ordered drinks, a small rice bowl, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. (Egg drop soup is generic, but good). -Location isn't bad. Limited parking, so a bit difficult to get into when it's busy. I wouldn't turn it down if offered, but I can't honestly say I'd recommend this place to others unless they wanted Mongolian BBQ specifically. Ummm, fresh veggies and any meat you can choose, YES! About 10 different sauces to add to my mixture of good stuff, YES! And then they grilled it all upa and packaged these crispy wontons with sweet sauce, sweet bun and rice to go, WOW! In love with this place. And they give you a free drink to go too. read more

First off, i am currently writing this from my bed since i havent been able to get out of it all day!!!!! I ate here yesterday around 6pm. I love Mongolian BBQ, never had a problem with it until now. Within an hour of eating here, i started feeling queasy and tried to push it off. By 12 am i was throwing up and did not stop until 6 am!!!!!! Be VERY careful with things that are left out like that. My friend also got very sick but from the other end. Management, please make sure to always check your "fresh" food. I would hate for a child or anyone in fact to get sick from eating here. Lets just say i will never be back here again and will advise my family and friends. Dont want to be stuck in bed all day again!! read more

I don't give this place less stars because I can't. The place is filthy, the bathrooms are filthy, only two cooks, it took over 20min in line to get our food, one VERY nice and very good waitress for the whole place, I felt sorry for her, she was filling drinks taking orders, cleaning tables, cashier, etc. read more

I'm disappointed to say that what was once one of my favorite restaurants is going downhill fast. The last few times I've visited, the counters were filthy, the tables unclean and the floor so dirty my shoes were sticking to the floor. The waitresses and waiters seem stressed and unfriendly. Worst of all, the grill is filthy, which makes the food taste horrible. Hopefully the owner/manager will make some changes quickly. read more

Surprised by my visit today, I came in around 1 to have lunch with my boys. When I entered all the tables to the left that weren't occupied were all empty and dirty. So I'm waiting for someone to greet me since I didn't want to sit on the left so far from the buffet since I have two kids. Well I wait for like 3 minutes and decide whatever we will just sit on the left. Then finally the waitress pops out from the back, she greets us. She asks if we want a 2 top but I prefer to put my 1 year old in a high chair but not in aisle. I tell her if we can sit at the front table that looks cleared off just needs wiping it's a four top. She tells me it's for the people making their food, so I just agree fine the two top is fine. So I wait for her to clear off the other table for the people before me. I understand I'm next, after a few minutes once she had wiped it off and asked the people how many they reply "three" she goes and gets napkins and spoons. Then she goes to a different table that I am not standing by waiting for and starts clearing it off. I was just like whatever we will just leave if we aren't going to be helped. This place needs more staff if they are going to be busy at certain times. I will not return ever!! Food isn't anything worth coming back after receiving service like this. She totally lagged the entire time, and didn't act like we were priority after waiting 6 minutes. I would have just got the food and waited for table after, however!! I have a 6 and 1 year old that need help and I can't do everything at one time. read more

This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen! I first came to this restaurant several years ago with friends, it was so good then. I went back in early March 2012 and was shocked and disgusted by how dirty the dining room, cooking area, and restrooms were. What a shame! I love thieir concept of grilling your choice of fresh veggies, meats, and sauces but I won't come again until the place has been thoroughly cleaned. read more

We had the worst experience here. First we are seated by the door. No big deal I guess. Then we stand in line to get our food. After wards we go back to our table and see that someone else has taking our table. Wow they can't even keep track of who seating at which table. Then we asked for a box so we can take our food. The girl says sure ill bring it to you. 10 minutes later no box. So I asked the same lady " did you forget our box?" She says "oh yeah let me get it" 10 minutes later again still no box. The food is good but the service is horrible. We are never coming back here unless they hire new people. Employees who actually care about their customers. read more

what can i say all hype and no go, went there as a recommendation from friends. buffet no way i guess you get what you pay for here and thats not much. first off my wife and i came in and they wanted to seat us between the door and the bathroom. big no no, they had plenty of tables open but not cleaned yet. finally got our table and went for the food fresh yes good no way the oils and sauces were stale, i left there more hungry than when i went in, unfortunately they prey on people that have no taste and palate. it will fill you up if you like stale food but not much else.l... would never recomend this place for friends spend 25 min int the car and go to a REAL MONGOLIAN BUFFET in turloch on gear road i gaurantee you will get great food and a REAL buffet..... read more

We where there on Sunday with out of town visitors . The place was dirty cool food on the floor ingredients were missing we & other customer had to asked to turn up the heater ,we where inform the the cook didn't want to cause it was to hot for him .forget the coustemers, I ask for the manager like always he wasn't around! I've gone a few times over the years with a "so so" visits. My recent visit has turned me into "I will never return again".. Went for lunch with 3, without saying a word they charged me for 3 dinner priced meals. I questioned this and told we used two bowls.. We literally used two bowls with small amounts in each to avoid spilling in line like most of the people. To avoid an argument at the busy lunch time while paying at the register I paid and said I would call later to speak to the MGR. I called mid day to speak with him, he remembered us and could care less. He said it's ok to pack a single bowl and spill as opposed to making no mess with 2 bowls and a smaller amount... Common sense does not apply here. I reminded him of the people making huge messes with over flowing bowls... The floor around the food and line is a pig pen and disgusting for this reason. Ultimately, he could care less. They will never get my business again and will pass this on... 1 star is too much of a rating read more
