He removed 40 year old wallpaper that I tried to do on my own for 15+ hours with little success. He then painted my kitchen to perfection. After that job, I called him to do major sheetrock repair and painting on short notice. He finished the job in one afternoon even though it was a 2-3 day job (I needed it done immediately as the house was going on the market the next morning). Once again, the job was done perfectly. We had Scott come to our house for an estimate regarding a few small projects (hanging a door, minor gutter repair, etc.) and he said he'd get back to us within a few days with a price and date to do the work. Ten days passed with nothing. So I emailed, and two weeks later, still no response. I understand that schedules change and can be tough to manage - and there may be some jobs that a contractor is unequipped or uninterested in doing. But to promise someone service, leave them hanging for weeks without even giving the courtesy of a "sorry, I can't do it" message" is dishonest, unacceptable and unprofessional. I'd give Zero stars if the app would permit it.
