We found street parking and walked over. Metal detectors and ID check at the front. Of course something buzzed for me. Quick pat down and I was in. They have a coat check which is handy. Since my last time here it's been redone. Not surprising as that was years ago. So many rooms of fun and different styles of music. Lots of bars tucked everywhere so you can always buy a drink. And food trucks outside too. We wandered in the different rooms, enjoying a drink and looking at the merchandise for sale. So many talented vendors. The VIP tickets came with a settee and bubbly. We toasted my friend and enjoyed relaxing there between our . The gender neutral restrooms threw me off a little as the urinals are out in the open. I've been in ones with stalls but this was a first for me. The alley was cool as you can play games and eat at the food truck and drink at the bar. It was cold weather so we didn't stay long in the alley. Back inside for more dancing. Little platforms to dance on. And then dancers made an appearance on the main stage. What a fun night.

I usually check Google Maps before heading out just to see like... how busy it is. It sometimes takes a bit to get hopping, but once it does? It's busy busy. The front areas are very narrow is my only complaint sometimes, and I'm a small guy... so I know that some people are like... grrr at having to wait for a path to clear at times... but it never takes long. When we got there, just after the start around eight P.M. we were the only people in the joint but by the end it was hopping and Joshua the amazing pianist continued to play and sing past 11 P.M without any break! The bartender was attentive, but not aggressive, which was lovely. If I were a Denver local, I would be in here all the time!
