I am not from Jupiter, FL & had to do all my "research" about nail salon near where I would be stay, I called to ask about prices & the at the stay of the conversation the man (who seems to be the manager or owner) was nice & answering my questions but mid call he was yelling and handed the phone to someone else very rudely! I made an appointment disregarding the conversation over the phone. WAS THAT A MISTAKE! The man who did my sisters toes didn't paint them fully! The lady who painted mine PAINTED MY SKIN! and the man (who seems to be the manager or owner) who did my nails did not even do them in a RUSH left patches without clear top coat! 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND GLAMME NAILS!!!!! read more

With Ken and he did a wonderful job on a new acrylic set of nails. (I also got a gel pedicure). Terrible experience. First of all I was rushed to choose a gel color when they weren't even busy. Then the woman that did my manicure nipped the side of my finger multiple times, to the point that one of my fingers bled. It looks like a 10 year old did my nails. I have been going religiously to GlamMe for almost 6 months with great experiences. However, I'm sad to say, this last time I went, I got ripped off. I got a mani pedi and got charged $10 to take off previous polish, USUALLY that is included in the pedicure, OBVIOUSLY?! Worst manicure and pedicure ever. Was very sloppy. Additionally, I got charged $5 for "French lines" on my toes, that I didn't even ask for! The lines aren't even straight! All I wanted was a natural pink and Hanny told me to do French and continued to and charged me extra for it. What should have been a usual $32 visit, I paid $47 (not including the tip....) I questioned Hanny about the service I was being charged extra for and got no where. It is ridiculous I have never been charged this much extra... Unfortunately you have lost myself, my mother and good friend as regular customers now. read more

I've been here a handful of times and this time today was absolutely awful. Called ahead and made an appt. with the lady who has done my nails prior. Waited 20 minutes to be informed I would have to get them done by another tech as the original tech had booked another appt. The tech who did my nails not only cut me numerous times but also every single nail is crooked and lumpy. I pointed it out and she then started speaking Vietnamese to the others who all started laughing. I now will go to another salon to get them fixed. Waste of time and money. read more

I was so very disappointed today, When you go to have a pedi your supposed to have a relaxing stress free time, but not this time. I called and made an appt for three at 2:00 they said 2:30 so I said ok but then when we arrived we sat in chairs for 30 min while other clients came in after us and they were attended too while we sat and when we commented about it they said they had an appt., but so did we, one girl started with mine but the other two sat, and waited, when they had enough and said they were leaving then they were attended to. It was then rushed and It became stressful, in the beginning you felt like you mattered now your just someone filling a chair, I like the girls but if you go in for a relaxing pedi I'm not so sure you'll get what you pay for Sorry I won't be back too may other places to try read more

This has become my regular go-to nail spot! I'm used to just walking in wherever, but I will call in advance to get an appointment to make sure I get a time slot here. Don't even try to do a walk-in, they are that busy! Call ahead. The salon is super clean, lots of color options to choose from, and the best spa chairs I've ever used. I have come here now probably over 10 times, and I'm so glad I found this little gem of a place! Viet is my usual tech. He's great, pays attention to detail, and doesn't rush. Another tidbit- I love the music/music videos they play here. Usually throwbacks to the 90s. Most salons have the news on or some loud talk show, so I enjoy the tunes! read more

I absolutely love this place! Great calming atmosphere while being treated with excellent service. The place is spotless. I noticed that each time the nail techs were done they would put the nail tools in an UV sterilizing cabinet.Each new customer received new tools as well. That is a huge factor for me. Ken did my nails perfect. He took his time on my dip nails and they are honestly the best set I have ever had. I needed my nails done and went in on a whim. This will be my new salon!!! Really nice job with the interior... it's clean, fresh, relaxing and the chairs are comfortable. Gone there a hand full of times and never have been happy with my nails after, they rush and over book people, the man who did my nails cut my cuticle so deep that it took a whole chunk out of my skin. They up charge on things that shouldn't be charged, overall my experiences have never been good here. Don't recommend. I came home and re painted my own nails because they looked so bad. read more

i wish there was an option for 0 stars! i have been here 3 times in a row before and payed $20 for a GEL pedicure. my 4th time here, the man said $40. are you kidding me? i then told him that i have paid $20 before and he told me that that has never happened before. the worst part is that this salon will only give you a discount if you pay in cash so there is no proof that they are ripping you off. i am infuriated. if you choose to come here, PLEASE ask call them and ask their prices. read more

Although they were able to take me right away as a walk in, i showed my Neal tech a picture of what I wanted as soon as I sat down, I also asked her to make them slightly wider at the tips. My nails look nothing like the picture I brought, the white in the pink/white acrylic is crooked in almost every single nail, and as she started filing the tips of my nails NARROW, I reminded her I had asked for them to be wider at the tips. She proceeded to use the excuse "I don't speak good English". Well when I showed her the pic and asked for wide tips she said "oh yes I can do that!" If you do not understand me, please ask someone who does! My acrylic is not smooth, it's lumpy. They look like they were done my a kindergardener. Total waste of money. Loved the atmosphere and some of the staff, however, had three different nail techs do my nails form gel to acrylic dip and had a bad experience four times in a row. Went for corrections on both hands, left not only bleeding in three spots, but nail tech repdipped over old color to correct and left my nails thick although I questioned..... Went back to have redone a week later, tech was wonderful but ended up having to clip or file most of my nails myself due to chipping after four days....went back yes one more time to have dipped nails removed to go natural and the tech literally peeled my dip nails off even though I suggested they be soaked. NEVER AGAIN! I don't even know if I want to continue getting my nails done EVER again. read more

Viet is my go to guy at GlamMe Salon on Indiantown Rd in Jupiter. He is thorough yet fast and makes my nails look better than anyone ever has (I am a senior with many years of nail techs). His leg massage is really good. The bad part is they are getting too darn busy! read more

I received a card for $5.00 off on the Dipping full set (No deal really as they charge to take off your previous nail polish - REALLY?). I just moved to Jupiter from the Gardens and decided to try this place as I always get the Next Gen (dipping) nails done. I would NEVER return to this place. First of all, it took almost 2 hours to have my nails done! No Way! Then, they only have a limited amount of colors for the dipping - no good colors either. I did settle for a color (do not like it) and I am on about week two and it is incredibly dull. My suggestion is do not go here! I will return to my favorite salon on PGA! read more

I've never reviewed a place before because my experience is usually somewhat comparable to the ratings given at any specific location. Well it was certainly not the case with Ken and the squad at GlamMe. After asking why an electric file was being used on my delicate nails, my first manicurist got very flustered and frantically begged her boss, Ken, to take over. He then proceeded to tell me that my questions regarding the dip technique process were unfounded bc he has been doing this for 18 years and that I should just "shush and relax" like "everyone else." As someone who does gel nails at home frequently, I have a great interest in different nail techniques especially those that are long lasting--hence my questions. I was not at any point rude or dismissive, unlike my nail tech, who happens to be the boss of this LOVELY establishment. To be honest, he left my nails looking like shit. I can guarantee he did this spitefully given his highly disrespectful nature. This place is an embarrassment to nail spas and I highly recommend everyone think twice before making an appointment with Ken. read more

Went to this place because of the good reviews I saw and how nice the place looked on the inside. I was sat down with the technician and before she gave me the colors to pick out she was already grabbing at my hands putting the extensions on and then she walks away and passes me to another tech... That was rude .No hello or how are you doing today. I'm trying to go through the colors but she kept grabbing at my hand and rushing me. I picked my color and she began to cut down extensions to the size I wanted and after she was done I had to point out to her that both hands were uneven on one hand the nails were short and the other hand the nails were longer. She started the process for nexGEN and when it got time to use the Dremel tool she kept dragging it across my fingers not just once or twice but with almost every finger and then with the nail file instead of filing my nails she was filing my skin I kept pulling away and telling her and instead of fixing what she was doing it just kept happening after she was done filing I had to point out to her that the shape of my nails were so messed up. I paid and left and I will never go back there. read more
