What a disappointing visit today. I've been to this place 5 times. Just your typical nail salon, nothing different or special. The first few visits were ok. On my 4th visit I was overcharged 8 dollars based on their menu and the services I received. No big deal. I went in today for a gel manicure and a kids pedicure. The lady working on me left half way through my gel manicure to start on my daughter and a man continued my manicure. Well, he was rushing through it and I kept telling to fix spots and he just blew me off every single time. A group of ladies came in and my daughter and I couldn't have been pushed out any faster. My daughter pedi was ruined because it was still very much wet, but because the pedicure chairs were needed, she was rushed off. My manicure is uneven and my daughter's pedicure is ruined. And again, at checkout I was being overcharged $5 dollars and the lady played it off but this time I was like no, I made sure before checking out. Be careful being overcharged and if you're coming in and it gets busy, be prepared to be pushed out the door. read more

First time customer and I will be going back!!! The place is very clean and the interior design is sophisticated. The overall customer service is also excellent. Everyone is welcoming, nice, and helpful!!! I went in to figure out what to do with my nails bc I tried everything non acrylic to help my nails grow stronger. Luckily they offered Tap gel, I believe John did my nails, either way they look amazing and do not feel heavy or thick!! The price was also reasonable and the good thing is they do not overcharge or change pricing late minute, which has happened at other salons. The price they give you before the service is the price it is. One last thing, it was busy when I got there and I thought I would have to wait 30m to be seen but I honestly waited less than 10m as a walk in on a Saturday!! Love this place!!! read more

i was trying out a new spot from my original nail place because their colors were a bit outdated n not that in. But when I tell you it took at least 45 minutes to even be sat n another 15 to get a lady to do them at this place. They seemed super mad and annoyed at everyone and super rushed. I went to this salon for the first time and loved it. I have very thin nails and Hannah was very careful when she removed my gel. I asked for a dip but she recommended a TAP instead and it's perfect. I've been here a handful of times the work is great and I love that they take appointments and keep to them; I even bought my mother in law a gift card for Mother's Day to get her going here too. Anyway the deduction of stars is because there's always an issue with payment...The 1st time i had a card they stuck on my car at Target that had a discount and figuring that out took forever but i figured they just opened maybe they're still figuring things out.. The second time they sent me a text with a discount when i showed it to then they legit made me feel like i made up a fake text! So that took forever to verify.. This last time is why I may not return :( The tech was plugging in the light thingy and i was like oh my toes are regular and she was like then we have to charge you $5 then for taking off your gel i said i didn't have gel that's why my hands and feet are different colors because you guys only had the color in gel for my HANDS. She was like no i tried to take it off with the polish remover but it didn't come off so i used the machine i was like I'm not going to argue with you i know i didn't have gel but go ahead and charge me the 5 dollars AND THEY DID. I'm a pretty honest person and I felt uncomfortable for the rest of the visit...services plus tip was $100 I shouldn't have to be treated like I'm a liar over 5 bucks. read more

There is a lot of traffic on Whittier Boulevard, making it difficult to turn left into the parking area. As for the service, there was not much waiting. The girl that serviced my pedicure and manicure... Appeared to be preoccupied with her thoughts. She Didn't make much eye contact, but just tapped on each foot when they need to be rinsed off. I understand that there could be a language barrier, but language could be spoken by eye contact, a smile and kindness. Also, when she asked what polish I wanted to use, I took out a small bottle of my own polish from my purse and showed her the product. She appeared disappointed. I explained to her why but she did not respond, but took the product and put it aside. She began to speak in her native language to the girl next to her and they were looking at my feet. They said a few things to each other. I did not understand a word they were saying. I thought it was rude. No smiles no eye contact, no customer relation skills.. The girl who was attending to my manicure, forgot to clean my nails until she saw me looking at my nails and then took her metal tool to clean them. Overall, I'd grade the experience a three star. There are plenty of salons to choose from. This is one I will not return to. read more

i got a full set and a gel pedicure. for the full set, i honestly think the nail polish came out chunky instead of smooth. i think the pedicure came out fine tho. what i did notice about the pedicure though is that the callus removal only comes with their third gel package which is a bit pricey for what you're getting. the lady also did not help to put my sandals compared to other nail salons. other than the services i received, the indoor decor is aesthetically pleasing and the ambience feels luxurious in a way. i can honestly say that i can get a better full set somewhere else. in total, i spent $130, not including tip. read more

This new nail salon is the BEST!!! I went in for the first time today and couldn't be more pleased. The inside of the salon is cute, clean, and modern which made it feel like a luxury just to be there. The massage chairs were AMAZING and they even had a cool machine to shake up the polish bottles really well before using them. Everything was very sanitized. I took down my original review with two stars because they honestly addressed the issue head on and very politely so I don't want to bring down their overall rating. After I reported my sloppy looking polish/no cutical removal/rushed massage the manager John reached out to me very promptly and politely to apologize and offer a chance to come back and have my toes re done. Of course I took him up on this as I didn't want to spend another $70. I came in today and I believe her name was Tyler, took off my old gel polish and re-applied using the shade of white I actually wanted which was more of a pearl white than stark bright white. She took off my cutical and cleaned up the edges much better than what I received last time! She really took her time with this. She also gave me the 10 min massage I paid for last time and was not rushed at all this time. I'm very happy with the customer service and manager reaching out to me to address the issue.
