Mind you one had the nerve to say "she still has awhile for her (my friend) nails to be done" she was done at 4:40...haha Not worth it. Edit since you can't reply - her response is laughable. No one told me who was going to be doing my nails til 4:10. In that time I could observe that tech doing the girls nails next to me who seemed annoyed with her. Regardless, appointments aren't taken serious as 2 people walked in after us and they were started right away. Just poor time management. Had someone initially communicated the delay, it would have been fine, but to think on a busy day you're going to have your customer sit there without any communication is laughable. Hence why I cancelled services. Also, friend was done 15 min after the tech was done doing that girls nails, so she would have had to wait over 30+ min for me. No thanks. Just accept the mess up and move on. My issue is the lack of communication and making it seem like it's my bad for your mistake. Do better for those that attempt your salon again. ***also, my friend had to go back into the shop to have her nail fixed by another tech right after, forgot to mention this...but okay***

The chair was extremely uncomfortable--completely worn down with no cushioning. My tailbone, back, and hips felt like I was sitting on a hard wooden bench. The footrest was also unstable and wobbled every time I lifted my foot. The pillows provided for hand support were visibly dirty, which was off-putting. The most frustrating part was the polish selection. I chose two colors--a solid and a glitter that complemented each other--but after applying the solid, they realized they didn't have the glitter in stock. I had to choose another option, and then that second choice wasn't available either. I ended up settling for something I didn't really like. Given how expensive nail services are now, the entire experience was disappointing. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

My cuticles were cleaned up perfectly, the gel polish on my toenails looks smooth and even, and the massage was so relaxing. Polly did my builder gel manicure, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I really appreciated that she was upfront about the cost of the design before starting, so there were no surprises at the end. She was very thorough and paid close attention to detail, and I couldn't be happier with my birthday nails. They also offer a birthday discount, which is something most places don't do.
