I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.

After my initial estimate from Progressive I took my car to Carubba and they handily beat the estimate and even helped me out with a rental car and on my deductible. On top of that, they have free defensive driver classes with any repair. Haven't taken them up on that yet. The waiting room is clean and has free Keuring coffee. The repair itself was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. A nice suprise was that the interior of my car was detailed, too. Not just new car smell...I mean $100 Delta Sonic level detailed. But, they have staff directing the flow to the various pumps so that helps to keep things managable. The pump area is clean and well maintained. While I was there, a staff person went around and emptied/changed garbage bags even though they weren't overflowing or anything. It shows they have attention to details like that. The shop is well stocked with a variety of convenience items and fountain drinks and it is clean and well maintained as well. I've had a car wash at this location and my car left looking great! I haven't used the oil change or detail, so I can't speak to that, but overall a great location.

It took about an hour and while one might wonder what made service so good.... I had one replacement that left me with a piece of glass on my dash that had my inspection sticker etc on . I drove around with this for a year until next. inspection. Marty removed said stickers and applied them to my new windshield. This felt huge to me. I will definitely use them again and referred people already .
