So the electronics would not work and I had to take it to the dealer. They charge $650.00 to calibrate. I paid the $650 in addition to the windshield cost. This is so wrong. Safelite was about $150 more, but they calibrate. The windshield leaked after installation so they came back to fix the leak. Leaks can happen, I get it. That added insult to injury. My wife didn't let it go and asked that a manager give her a call. Apparently the manager is waaaay too busy or he/she doesn't give a damn. A week has passed and we still haven't received a call from the manager. It's only a car wash, but it was promised and I hold businesses to their promises. If they let simple things slip, how will they handle bigger issues? I guess I'll never know because they've lost my business. All the work was done to my satisfaction. Here is the kicker. June 2019, 3 and a half years later, I noticed the clear coat on the bumper was peeling. I took it back to the shop and much to my surprise, they took care of it at no charge to me. They even changed my front turn signal bulb that had blown out a couple days before. I wasn't really in a hurry because the car was working fine, it was just bodywork that had to be done. Then we had the first snowstorm of the season and the weight of the snow was making the wheel mount which got hit in the accident worse, enough that my husband was like I should get this done. In fact, when I asked if they could recommend anyone else the person said something like just go down the street I'm sure you'll find someone. I went to Superior Autobody down the street where they treated me with respect and updated me every step of the way. You'd think because there are so many body shops on this street that treating customers well would be a priority. I guess Subway doesn't need my or my family's business. My car doesn't look like a Frankenstein car anymore and it was no thanks at all to Subway. I will have my son go to Superior next time.
