Would not recommend. They were hired to complete a commercial job for us in June and required payment in full for $2712.41. They never completed the job and refuse to issue our refund. It has been 6 months-the owner Larry Love is the only one who can give authorization to issue a credit and refuses to carry through on his promises. Our contractor has been in contact with him several times and assured the refund was processed-but never was. My husband also talked to Larry and was again assured this would be taken care of and never was. I have called for the last 8 days in a row and keep getting told that they are giving the owner the messages but he won't return my call. They have had our $2700 for 6 months with no work being done and won't refund our money. They have a D- rating on the BBB and it is no wonder. Pick a different glass company! read more

WOW. This place is awesome. Some one pulled the aluminum siding off of our business glass door and left it sitting on the side of the building. I called Glass inc and they were so helpful and courteous from the fist hello. They sent a man out to look at the door and he just was able to pop that siding right back on and he did not even charge us. What a wonderful gesture in these difficult times. I had driven by this place a few times and it always appeared to be busy, so I took that as a good sign. I called to get an estimate and the person on the phone was very polite and helpful. I scheduled an appt a few days later and everyone in the office was very friendly and nice. They replaced my windshield and did a thorough washing of the exterior in ~2 hours. Their price was significantly less than Safelite and I like to support local businesses anyway. My ONLY complaint is that the staff members were not wearing masks. Luckily, the weather was beautiful so I took a long walk outside while they worked on my car. I would recommend this place. read more

I have posted photos below, I originally allowed this company to repair my windshield about 4 months ago. The lining recently became detached which completely blew my mind. I put that into the category of things that I've never witnessed tear up on a car and things that SHOULD never tear up on a car. The lining literally came apart and began to flap around in my direct line of site which was dangerous and could have caused an accident. Anyway what annoyed me is that once I called they attempted to shift blame stating that the problem could be with your BMW and not our work. I said it's the lining directly attaching to the windshield. There's no way it can't be YOUR WORK unless you left the old lining on my car when you repaired the windshield originally and just charged my insurance for work you didn't do which is fraud. They quickly changed their tune and said they would be out to check on my car. Monday came and went they missed the appt they didn't show didn't call, Tue came and went the missed appt didn't come didn't call. I called them they avoided me I got someone on the phone they rescheduled for Wed. Wed. came and went and again no show no call. I called Wed afternoon livid and pleaded that this was the worst experience the worst service that I have ever had here in Atlanta. They finally came out Thursday. Anyway they are repairing the glass for the second time today. I'll let you know how it goes. Take your car somewhere else read more

horrendous experience. Had them remove and recaulk/reflash a large storefront window in my living room. They made five trips to my home and were never able to get it to quit leaking. Removed the window originally and supposedly waterproofed it but refused to remove it again to check for problems. I don't think they know what they're doing. Despite seeing poor reviews I thought I would give this place a shot since it was close to my apartment. I needed a new window after someone broke into my car and smashed the window. After pretending to check if they had the window in stock and one or two dramatic phone calls (who knows if they were even on the phone), they said they would have to special order the window for $150 and the labor would cost a whopping $280 (I kid you not) for a grand total of $430! As I immediate started walking out the guy realized I'm not as stupid as he thought and started mumbling about "how much I'm willing to pay" as if I was in some Persian rug market or something, I walked out in disgust. I don't know a lot about cars but when someone quotes you that much for labor for a window repair they are obviously trying to rip you off. The labor to install a window is never more than an hour, usually a lot less. Obviously they were trying to rip me off. They weren't rude by any means but I can't give more then one star to dishonest place. In the end I ended up calling one of those places that they come to you to fix the window and they charged me $150 total (which is what you should pay to have a window repair). Also I saw them yelling at the dogs inside and complaining about them to me, so there might be some truth to what reviewer L.B. said. We used to use Glass Inc. all the time for the cabinet shop I worked at but when I called the other day I got a price of $65 for 4 pieces of glass. I thought about it and when I called back the next day and talked to someone else I got a price of $45 for the same thing. After ordering it I went to pick it up a few hours later and was told the finished it but broke it.. so I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be recut. Service is friendly but the prices are high. They cut it while I waited. I had 7 panes of glass cut for a interior French door and they wanted $70! That's $10 for each 8 inch by 16 inch pane of the cheapest, thinnest, glass they have. I ended up getting them down to $55 but that is still double what I've paid before at Ace. However, Home Depot and Ace have stopped cutting it so I guess it's supply and demand. read more

Was visiting from out of town and had our car broken into up in Buckhead area. We were staying downtown, so wanted a place close for repairs and feel lucky we found Glass, Inc. They ordered glass from phone call, and we dropped it off that afternoon. They provided us a ride to and from our hotel, and had the car window replaced the next day. They also handled all the paperwork and charges with the insurance company with no hassle. It made a crappy day more bearable due to their assistance and help in making it right. The replacement cost was also very reasonable and even totally vacuumed the car inside as well as a car wash. Highly Recommended. read more

After I initially spoke with them, I got an email from one of their employees with a quote. I emailed back right away asking a question. No response. I followed up 2 weeks later. No response. Very disappointed in Glass Inc. This appeared as a reputable company right around the block from me so I tried it when a contractor smashed my glass coffee table. It appears they have been around for years doing a good job but my first experience has not been good. They said the replacement would be ready in two weeks. It has been seven weeks now now and I still have not received my glass. Oh it's ready but they had scheduled a delivery today before noon for a $25.00 fee and they haven't called back explaining what has happened or where my glass is. Mind you, I am no more than a quarter of a mile from the shop. When I asked if they were still going to charge me for delivery since they were five weeks late in getting the glass done and late for the delivery they said yes because they still had to deliver it and perhaps she could talk to her manager to get it reduced. I will pick it up myself and say good riddance to a company I could have done future business with. Maybe you'll have a better experience. By the way, I never knew a price of frosted glass at 25" x 52" could ever fetch a price of $580.00 which they quoted! __________________________________________________________________ Here is an update. They scheduled a delivery for today at 5:30pm. I left work early to meet them. At 6pm I called and they said they were arranging a delivery and would be there around 45 minutes. They finally arrived and my glass was cut out of square and it was 1/4" to long on one corner! Here we go again. I am curious as to how long THIS will take again! They were ok. Here's why: I had my passenger car window broken into on new years and needed it replaced. I went and got an estimate....$350!?!?! OUCH. No way. I ordered some glass online that would fit my car, took it to them and they installed for about 45 bucks labor (the glass cost me $100) so in total $145 for a new front passenger window. It took them a little over an hour so I can't complain. I was grateful for the fact that they accepted me bringing my own glass...most places won't do that. No issues with the install so far, no leaks, window works fine, no complaints! I had this done in January 2016. read more

Both times, I received fast, professional, and courteous service and the glass fit like a glove. Best of all, both times, the price was less than I expected when calling them up for a quote. Fair enough--I unplugged immediately--but he continued to yell at me as I got in my car and drive away. Sometime in Tgiving 2010 I had my passenger side mirror suffer a mishap...my BFF Chad was kind enough to give me the $300 that Ford says you have to spend to buy the entire mirror assembly, as they make these so that when they brake, you cannot just replace the glass...2 days later, puf, I sideswept a mailbox and broke it...needless to say, ashamed and tail between legs, I looked for a cheaper replacement. Glass Inc cut a piece of mirro and installed for $50! and I was Happy Happy, Joy Joy... this week, some souless asshole smacked the drivers' side one off! this one broke off from the base. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day for a broken bedroom window. The individual who came out to give me an estimate was very professional. After taking measurements, he had the company call me back with a price. Once I agreed upon the price, the same individual came back out with the cut pieces and installed the replacement glass within 10 minutes. As he was finishing up, someone from the company called to get my credit card information. It was a very painless process and I will definitely recommend them to others. Great job! read more

The people who cleaned my car stole my change out my car. I went in to tell the manager shows me the camera and the camera is pointed right at my car and you can't see anything! It's a shame what ere the cameras used for. The manager gave me a refund but only after I didn't accept that he gave me a free wash, and having to wait for him to view the tape. It's a shame.
