The #one reason i would not return to this dealership is because of Tabitha Carrillo. She is rude, unthoughtful & unapologetic. I provided precise details for the mgr. Sure they mentioned that they couldn't run my truck through the wash, but they decided to wipe my entire BLACK truck with a dirty rag after wetting it and only partially wiping it down. My truck was returned to me in much dirtier condition than they received it. When I called Keith to let him know, he was in awe..it translated to disbelieve...so I drove right back to show him. His response was, "yup, they should not have done this..it looks awful." 3. When I questioned the $110 oil change, they sold me on this because it included checking fluids, rotating tires, setting the PSI, and a safety check....this is laughable. I'm not sure that my tires were rotated, but I know for sure the tire pressure wasn't set. There was a 10 pound differential in air pressure, and no 2 were alike. As far as the wash, well...... NEVER AGAIN.

From the moment we walked in they set the tone that we would be lucky to get approved and unfortunately for us that sales trick got us. Looking back we had no repos so we prob could have gone elsewhere but we just had a baby and we literally had to take an uber to the car lot. I am kicking myself for not having done our research.. so far the car has been pretty good for us- no issues beyond the tire pressure sensor needing to be replaced when we bought the car. another frustrating thing is this car place doesn't put 1/2 coolant 1/2 water- they save money by putting less coolant in. Kinda crappy to do to customers in this heat because they will have to do a coolant flush especially with summers here in AZ- if they want to keep their AC working in tip top shape. Having a baby i'm kicking myself for not choosing a better car with back AC vents but that's on me not the car company: I just wish the car company maybe thought about back AC vents for me.. So down payments are ridiculous there we had to put like 1k down on a 7,500 car so that kinda sucked, other car dealerships only require $500 down on that size loan. The financial aspect is what is the most frustrating for us, but there are some good points. We are making BMW size payments for this car- it feels like. Having bad credit sucks....compared to family members who have great credit my car payments are close to theirs and I am driving a significantly crappier car. My advice is buy a cheap car outright and pay off whatever crap is bringing down your credit score because paying $400 a month for ford escape hurts... In addition to the steep interest the thing I hate the most is the ridiculous convenience fees... This company takes total advantage of people in that area and routinely will take off my auto pay in order to make me have to pay a $12 convenience fee. Like right now somehow I owe them $20 in late fees but I can't get my account manager to respond to the text threads anymore. He was up until I started sending screen shots of my bank account showing that I made the entire payment- on their end it shows me only paying $182 however it's auto pay and I clearly show payment of $192. So I'm having to stay on this because I started getting harassed by them saying that i'm 11 days late , ok, how? what's the balance? they respond with $20.... and mind you i'm getting like very threatening messages like pay this today or risk next steps... Crazy talk because I have no clue how I am behind $20 and I can't get anyone on the phone to explain it to me, now my next payment is due on Friday this week- and they have stopped replying via text message and send me to vm when I call. last message I received from them is that they disabled my auto payments set for fri this week. Mind you if I have to call the payment in I have to pay a $12 convenience fee and we are a one income household right now and that's just not doable. So I am livid dealing with this kind of nonesense. I have asked them as the first check of the month pays our rent and it would be better for us if we have 1 payment a month instead of bi weekly... They refuse to do that.. but they allow us to make payment arrangements, ok cool... so how do I owe $20 then? and that is why i'm giving them only 2 stars because of the hassle over this, and out of nowhere $20 late fee which I am thinking they are going to try and tie to the payment arrangement even though I can't get anyone on the phone to confirm this. I got a job and we will be needing a second car very soon and we absolutely will not be coming here because of this kind of stuff. I was told the vehicle was not involved in any accident upon further investigation it was determined it had been in an accident I dealt with the Country Club location Liz was a bloodhound not a good experience she wanted to place me in any car and was bothered that I excepted anything more from a USED car so I went to Surprise customer service from Pedro was great but the vehicle has issues fast forward I was told to come and get the vehicle it was ready when I arrived NOTHING had been fixed the car still had no HEAT but they stated they changed the thermostat but when you run the a/c you smell burning wires I also was told there is not an oil leak it was left over oil from a repair so they "cleaned" the area this is where it gets funny the manager Mark becomes upset that I didn't want to keep the car because the repairs were not performed and the air bag light is still on meaning it will not deploy GOD forbid in an event I get into an accident he came to me a WOMAN as if he wanted to tussle he was waving the paper around that showed they cleaned off the bottom of the vehicle it's a 2011 vehicle if I want a vehicle with no issues he advise me to get a 2026 excuse me? Stated that they sell their vehicles "wholesale" to the public, but there is no mention on their website or their sales lot They write "as is" in a area saying sign here stating that u acknowledge u r buying vehicle "as is" & state that it voids the implied warranty. Hid things about the truck, like it had been in an accident, stated carfax doesnt show any accidents since 2013, If u search the value of the truck with the damage they sold it with its only worth $5k tops, not $20k. Refuses to fix anything but sending me used seatbelt. I kept all quotes & receipts. I suggest anyone that has had the same experience or believes they hid or straight out lied about any vehicles u may have been sold by this company & the owner to file an AG consumer complaint, as I am. Enough complaint about the same issues, or if the AG finds anything that was considered illegal or unethical business practices they can take more action against them. They use deceptive means to hide damage, or anything they either can't or refused to fix to sell a save vehicle, & will charge u for whatever repairs they did b4 selling it to u. Charged me an extra $1k for a water pump & ac, instead of fixing the real damage that could hurt someone. Checking they brakes is all they say they are required to do to sale their autos. It began back in 2017-2018 when I saw exactly the truck I wanted on the Internet. I'm a mechanic so I knew what I was looking at. The price was fair, so I bought it. (Still driving it daily) Other than gas, tires & oil changes, it hasn't skipped a beat. I work it pretty hard too carrying a ton of hay each week. My wife had been wanting a Dodge Challenger. So back in late 2019, early 2020, Bob had a nice one at a very good price. We made a deal and they even delivered it to my house! In 2020 we moved a couple hundred miles away. The roads here are horrible in the winter and my wife is destroying that beautiful car... so I talked her into a Jeep Wrangler. Bob had several. She picked out the color she wanted & again, it was delivered! They even serviced it and put new tires all the way around AFTER we bought it. I didn't ask for that. After seeing it in person & driving it, I was so impressed that I wanted one for myself! Days later, I called Bob on the phone & we made a deal on a second one. It will be here late next week. Like all the others, I expect it will be better than described. To be honest I don't need the 2nd Jeep. I just want it because it's perfect and I can't pass up a great deal. I can't remember the last time I bought something for myself so I'm overdue. I'm sure I'll enjoy it for many years. Bob might very well be the only honest used car dealer in existence. Imagine buying used cars over the phone, without seeing them first in person, knowing you got a great deal just because you trust the man you are dealing with. It truly is a good feeling.
