They're conveniently located in the heart of Peoria! There's plenty of ample parking. The entryway and overall store is incredibly clean! We were greeted immediately upon entering and were helped just as quickly. We sold a new in box pistol that I purchased for my wife a couple of years ago. She never used it and Peoria Pawn was happy to take it off our hands! Their service is super friendly and they're so knowledgeable! They explained the entire process from start to finish. The work he has done for my wife even exceeds everything else. The replacement setting for her diamond wedding ring still leaves her breathless as she didn't think the diamond could look any more brilliant. But lately, the staff has been so rude and unhelpful. Today, I saw a controller that I wanted and it was clearly marked at $80. When I attempted to buy it, the staff rudely pointed out that they had intended it to be bundled with an Xbox. As everyone knows, Xbox aren't exactly flying off the shelves. They would rather stick to trying to pawn the Xbox off for $400 with the controller then let me buy it for the sticker price of $80 . I thought the point of business was to take guaranteed money and I was going to give them 1/4 of what they were asking for the Xbox in cash. Not to mention the controller had its own price tag and was clearly marked as $80. They like to make up their own rules and are exceedingly rude . I recommend avoiding this place at all cost. They have lost thousands by treating a guy who has spent at least 10k previously over their attitudes, general laziness/aloofness, and lack of sense to mark a "bundle" as such and removing the price tags. I hope the owner reads this and knows their staff cost them a lot of money - I found a couple guitars and midi controllers I wanted (about 3k in total) so way to go gang.

I have my laptop there and I have been paying the interest on it over the past year because I live in Los Angeles now. I have never had any issues whatsover and they had a mobile app where I would pay everytime. I just recently found out that mobile app was no longer a thing. I tried to make my interest payment over the phone and the store manager, Daniel, said I could only come down. After explaining the situation he still said that was the new "policy". I do not understand why he couldnt at least take a phone payment especially since I identified myself and my property. He wasn't mean or anything, so I will give him that, but to tell someone they have to find a way to MAKE a payment or your stuff will be sold sounds a little sh*tty to me. There is no reason why my laptop should be sold because I cannot make the trip down there to make the payment. He even said that other pawnshops are like this too. I dont care! MY laptop is at THIS pawnshop and just recently they got rid of the app! They didn't give us a headsup or anything. What if I was in another country??????? I have already contacted the BBB and I pray that I can have someone go take care of this or at least someone has a heart to take my payment over the phone. This is insane! ,
