I watched Lisa at the front counter spend a significant amount of time with 2 walk-ins who were shopping tire prices. She asked about their bikes and riding style and then gave them several options explaining the pros and cons of each one. Regarding some of the negative reviews about Andy's customer service skills, let me tell you that if you haven't lived in Hawaii long then Andy might come across as being short. On the contrary, he's just a local guy with a small shop that's trying to help as many folks as he can. He's not going to chat it up with you and stroke your ego. If that's what you need, head over to one of the fancy multi-bay showroom dealerships. Andy is going to get you in and out. Once my bike was on the lift, my tires and chain were mounted in no time.
