Monday - I had an appointment. They were over 2 hours late and I had to call to see if the technician was sting coming. The technician finally arrived and performed diagnostic and Scheduled appointment to finish the diagnostic the next day (Tuesday) at 1pm Tuesday - no call no show. I called and left several Messages asking if the technician was still coming. Wednesday - received a call saying technician would be there around 4pm. It was not acknowledged that I had called multiple times the day prior and in the morning. Technician arrived - finished diagnosing the problem and concluded it was a computer issue and would get back to me if that is something the company felt comfortable investing in for the software. I was also told, I could get a professional service ticket/or write up in the instance Ramble couldn't assist so I could use it to expedite the repair with another mechanic or the dealership. I followed up via email the following week on Monday (5 days from when I last spoke to a representative) via email and never heard back from Ramble. read more

Chris was awesome! I have a moped that we use to pickup food with. Parking is so much easier with a moped. Unfortunately, we let it sit 6+ months without starting it. I charged the battery, changed the spark plug but still couldn't get it going. Called Ramble Auto and they scheduled me within a couple days! Chris arrived, changed out our gas, took some things out and cleaned it... in less than an hour my moped was running again! Highly recommend this place! Friendly and affordable! read more

My experience with this company is they changed out all my door handles on my 2011 chevy avalanche ltz and let me tell you he was fast! Did an awesome job. Super friendly young man, very knowledgeable on cars. Long story short, I was changing my tires when I've broke one of the studs on my rear passenger hub while I was at my brother's house in Wahiawa and keep in mind we ( MY FAMILY) lives in town. Not happy at all. Long story short brought them my car with Cylinder 1 misfires and burning oil. Up front i said i can't manage the burning of the oil but i need to know why its misfiring essentially what else is happening in there and fix it. Brought them all the service paperwork i have since owning the car they ended up having it for 8 months (part of that time line is my doing i'll admit). I could've paid off my car for the amount paid in "repairs" which on my invoice there's only 5 parts and the heads being cleaned by a different company. 6 if you count push pins. The car is not fixed, Cylinder 1 is dead there is no compression. That should've been caught regardless, now i'm stuck having paid them a ridiculous amount of money for what seems like nothing. Quite literally and a car that still doesn't work. It took 6 months for me to get said invoice i had been calling for months to get that. Trying to solve this before me and the car before island (they were well aware i was moving). I tried getting ahold of them several times to understand more of what was done since i didn't have the invoice to refer to and not a single call back. They're very nice guys i just can't support it, highly don't recommend. read more

This company is a scam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! They sent a rookie kayden to repair my car and he suggested to take a part to run test using another computer system he needed that he did not have! He mentioned a fee to run test- and i told him it wasnt a problem just let me know how i can send payment. He said he was gonna give me a call back after a job he was doing... ive waited for over 2 weeks then i called them back to follow up- someone named Liz answered and said that she will rely the msg to kayden to call me or she will call me back to follow up- at this point its been over 3 weeks now and numorus calls to them and no one has the decency to call me back and let me know anything!!! Very unprofessional!!! they still have my part to the engine and now no one is answering my calls, voicemails, even msgs!! SMFH !!!!! i will go out of my way to write on all their platforms a negative review!!!! I will even file a complaint with the BBB- and I will also be filing a police report for the engine part they have!!!! SMFH !!! ive been paitient and nothing but nice and gave them many chances to respond to my calls/msgs with NO RESPOND!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! read more
