Placed a phone order for a garden salad and falafels but, they gave me a different interpretation of that order: I ordered a Greek salad and it came out as an Italian salad???? with black olives, mozzarella cheese, tomato, red onion, and cucumber, I'm confused. Pic below. I ordered the falafels and they were great! Tahini sauce on point.... When I asked for lemon, I noticed they put a whole lemon in the bag. I asked if they could slice it for me and they said that they only have whole lemons... Help me. I asked for garlic sauce, and for the second time they gave me mystery yellow sauce in the bag... Yikes. I've had plenty of great Mediterranean food in the area so I didn't think this place could be that bad in comparison. When we first walked in, there was no one at the counter and only a suspicious looking guy in the corner of the restaurant staring at his phone. We called "hello" a few times before he stood up and alerted an employee in the kitchen we were here. I ordered the chicken lavash wrap. The lavash bread was good but the chicken was extremely dry--not in way like it had been overcooked, but like it had been left out for a while. I immediately stopped eating my wrap when I realized this out of fear for food poisoning, but thankfully nothing happened. The "king" sauce also tasted very strange as it had an overwhelming taste of curry powder/turmeric? The tomato slices in the wrap were also hilariously cut very thick and I thought it was odd that there were both pickles and jalapeños in the wrap..and they both tasted exactly the same except the jalapeños had a softer texture. Good late night spot if you're wanting bbq and nothing is open late. I usually go to this place after work if I'm hungry and wanting bbq and it's always a safe choice. They aren't ever busy because it's pretty late but they always seem to take forever to prepare your order. The menu is pretty big so that's good but I always end up getting the chicken breast plate anyways. The portion is pretty big and the chicken, well it's chicken. Overall it's a good meal but if you don't want to wait forever for your order I suggest placing an order over the phone for pick up so it's ready before you arrive. I have tried this place before it was not bad. Good enough to have me come back for another meal. This time around was nothing like before I ordered my food waited quite a bit of time to get it. I ordered a simple Beef Lule plate, which is as simple as it gets especially when you have the picture menu right upfront. Rice, tomato, beef are guaranteed expected without a doubt. I get called up to pick up my order and have nothing but the beef and rice. I bring it up to their attention asking about the additional sides like the tomato or pepper whatever I was told that this is what it is and that's it. No apologies or courtesy or nothing just a bad attitude. I didn't feel comfortable to sit down and eat there so I left and ate the poor meal in my car and didn't even feel like finishing it. I stopped by for a quick bite during my break from work, I was starving & couldn't wait to get a bite in especially of kabob one of my top fav go to for a meal anytime! After our worldwide pandemic & by the way if you are unaware of this, (please go to google & type COVID. Probably a good idea to research this before opening your business back up). I expected customer service to be top notch just because every single business is needed everywhere to make up for the loss of the past year, but clearly this place does not see it the same way. I walked in & waited in line until it was my turn to place my order. I already felt the vibe from the clerk who didn't even bother to greet me & just stood there until I started to speak giving my order. So I did & I asked if I can get some extra bread, sumac (seasoning), some additional utensils & napkins. Not a single word was heard from the clerk just a mean mug & nods which made me feel a bit uncomfortable especially at a place who's going to be providing me with the food I'm about to intake. Anyways, that was over with & I already regretted ordering here & wish I had gone to McDonals (sad how nuggets would win over a kabob meal). I waited over 20 mins for my order & I saw 3 people walk in to pick up their order regardless if it was Uber Eats, GrubHub or whatever - seems like their priorities are somewhere else like online which drove me to write this review. After I got my food, it felt like it was already cooked & left on the side. By the time I got it - it was barely warm. I took a bit & the chicken didn't feel like it was cooked well, so I tossed it straight in the trash. This was a complete waste of my time, lunch break & experience. This place needs a bit of touching up to do in all departments & still probably won't be satisfying. I don't recommend this place, if you're looking for fast food kabob, make your way over to Cafe Bravo or Kabob Way! If you end up here I hope you have a better experience then I did. read more

I'd give them a 1 star for the service. We ordered two plates and a side of fries, and they clearly charged us for the fries (totaling just over $40) however they didn't give us the fries. I called them back within 10 minutes, and the man that picked up denied that we had paid for the fries. Nice little restaurant a little up from downtown Burbank. So we wanted some Kabobs and instead of going to our usual spot in Burbank went here to try this place and I have to say I'm glad we did. The food came out quick, we tried a few things just to get a feel for the taste of the place. The kabobs were very tasty, We had the beef lule and chicken Lule. I didn't try the chicken one but the beef one was very juicy and tasty. I would definitely recommend it, if you go. The fries were good, not hard but not too soft. The seasoning on the fries is what made it for me, it gave it so much flavor. Also tried the cucumber yogurt dip, that for me wasn't that good and this is why I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The dip had too much of a garlic taste to it and was off putting in my mouth. Had I not ordered that I would give 5 stars. read more

The spot is open real late and is perfect is you need food after 7:30 pm. We got dinner from here a few weeks ago and the food was pretty good however the wait to get our order was incredible. It took a good hour to get the food. I guess they start cooking it right when you order it. There was not much of a crowd at all. They have an extensive menu and sometimes that can be overwhelming. Prices are reasonable and parking is minimal. Parking after 6 is very difficult as there is a no-parking sign after 6 pm. Overall a decent place to get some food. read more

Ordered in person at the restaurant they told me ten minute wait ok no problem right? I literally sit at the table in front of the register wait about twenty minutes before I ask where my food is. Clerk asks what service I used to order, I stare at her and tell her I just ordered in person twenty minutes ago. She apparently forgot to give my order to the cook while handling Uber eats and Postmates orders nonstop. So now I've been here about forty minutes waiting for two beef plates. The food is good but honestly order online you're not going to get good service here in person. The priority is in online orders not in person guests. There also seems to be a language barrier and special requests like no cheese or no sauce get ignored or just forgotten or lost in translation. I've already watched one table return their food while waiting for my meal. If I'd gotten my food in a normal amount of time I'd give four stars. While waiting for my food I got to witness a gentleman (behind the counter) eating his lunch.
