They have a nice supply wall for sale and they have allot of mailboxes too. While I was in line the employee alerted us that the machine in the back can be used for Amazon returns so I went to stand in line for that machine. I wish they had more than one because the man in front of me took a long time and when i looked back at the regular line they had already helped 3 people who were behind me. Anyway after that man finally finished and it was my turn it was simple, scan the bar code from Amazon and then put your item in a plastic bag and seal it with the return slip. The pile of returns isn't secure though so I did worry what happens if someone steals them? I guess at least I have my return slip proof that I dropped it off. Overall an easy experience but they should consider having more than just one return machine.

FedEx drivers are idiots. They have the correct address for my package but went to the wrong…read moreapartment. Fortunately that resident was not home but the driver left a delivery notice on that door. I only found out about it because I tracked the package. There was a photo of a delivery notice on the door of apartment A, but (1) there was no delivery notice on my door, (2) this building has an apartment A on every floor, so that means the driver went to an apartment A on the wrong floor, and (3) most frustrating of all, is that there is no way to lodge a complaint and when I did talk a customer representative she didn't seem able to comprehend what the problem was - she thought I wanted to provide a different address-and kept repeating the wrong apartment number back to me saying the correct floor then "a" as in apple, and left it has that, so I'm left wondering if she even understood HOW the apartment number should be written. You can't even call the FedEx receiving/warehouse hub for this area and let them know a serious delivery mistake was made. I say serious because the item is over $800 and requires a signature upon delivery. All I can is hope the next driver is a bit smarter and aware of what floor he's on on the next attempt.
