Pretty disappointed with them. What they did clean they cleaned well. However there were a few issues. To begin I'd like to say that I specifically asked for toxic and chemical-free products to be used as I have a 4 month old baby at home. Maxim, the owner told me they have those products so I was glad to schedule and appointment. Well they didn't use those nor did they bring them. They arrived an hour and a half late, which only left them 2 hours to clean until it was 7PM (I specifically said they have to leave before 7 as my baby goes to bed). Which led them to do the cleaning in a hurry. When they arrived I exposed what needs to be done. In the original price list it stated - "dust of all reachable surfaces". Well apparently the blinds are not considered reachable service. Maxim texted me that it's going to be another $40 for the blinds. Like seriously??? I said "ok, no blinds then". Then I had to jump on a conference call. When I was finished, they said the total is $150. Whereas I was told specifically it's $100 flat fee. I even took out extra $20 for tip (but even that they didn't deserve imho). The bathrooms were cleaned very well. Floors were cleaned well. However leaving room was half done. Dust was not cleaned off the cabinets either. Seems they got lazy to move all the photos and souvenirs we have. Overall pretty upset because the entire house still smells like chemicals and it's the next morning now. read more

We were very happy with the service provided by Global Cleaning. A husband-wife team who were efficient and friendly while cleaning our 2 bdrm 2 bath townhome. Ok so it took me a while to do this but I'll be fair. Originally it was going to be a 1 star but after much thought I raised it to 2. The service I got was a "moving out" service and out of all the Yelpers I messaged this was by far the highest at $300. I assumed it would be great since they were charging me almost double what everyone else was. The person I messaged on Yelp was extremely responsive and never kept me waiting for too long so they got a star for that. The other star was for the base boards cause they got them looking clean and white again. But everything else was basic to say the least. The lady cleaning my house did not have stainless steel and all my appliances were stainless steel. They used water only for the floors. So you can imagine that both stainless steel and floors were streaky. There were crumbs on the counters, the ceiling fans hadn't been touched on and the stove was dirty. I wish I would've gotten the service from someone else, I am extremely disappointed! read more

Just had my house cleaned and it turned out great! I have two stories and carpet in half - they vacuumed everything really well, even got the curtains. Each room is smelling nice and fresh. They were courteous of my cats too which was nice. I asked for window cleaning and most windows looks fantastic. There were a couple that they didn't get the outside but I think that's because I didn't remove blinds so I would recommend removing blinds! read more

They came in and followed every instruction we had. We wanted some things not touched and wanted to focus on other specific things within our place. We were comfortable in leaving the house for them to work without distractions or hurdles. And when we came back it was beyond my expectation. I gave them one less star because after they left, we noticed the light fixtures in bathrooms, the baseboards in some open areas and the ceiling fans still had dust on them like they weren't cleaned at all.
