I've used a couple other cleaning services and was left dissatisfied so I was hesitant about booking this one, but went ahead bc of the good reviews. The only thing is that it was a little bit more expensive than any other service I've used but was also by-far the best one. Casey cleaned our house and she was very thorough - we didn't have to do any post-cleaning (which has not always been the case with other cleaning services!). I must say, our house feels very clean and tidy. Maksym has been very thoughtful and responsive. It has been such a pleasure to schedule with him. We had a bit of a hiccup on the day we scheduled for service and had to actually reschedule to the following day, but what sets Maksym apart from everyone else, namely "Got it Maid" ( do not give your business to these unprofessional people), is that he is very attentive and responsive and also takes accountability for any hiccups. I love a good clean house! I typically deep clean after Christmas, but this year I decided to have someone else do it. I asked 5-7 companies for quotes and global cleaning was very responsive. I had several questions and each were answered in a timely manner. Of all the companies I contacted, global cleaning had the best value for the price. I paid extra for the refrigerator and oven and it was worth it. My cabinets, glass shower doors, sink drains, etc are very clean and shiny. The baseboards look nice too! Global Cleaning was by far superior to other companies being the most responsive with replying so fast from setting up an appointment to giving a great affordable quote with plenty of room to tip. With COVID-19 I'm working from home so the text messages updating me on their pending arrival are a courteous personal touch. I let the crew inside and left for a few hours waiting for a text letting me know they were all done. I came back to a spotless home. Global had great, timely communication. The team of 2 arrived 5-10 minutes early. They came with everything - all supplies, vacuum, mop, etc. Everyone was vaxed and wore masks. Warning- Global Cleaning charges based on the size of your house and his assumption on how long it will take to clean. Not an actual hourly rate like other cleaners for actual time spent. When his staff takes less time cause the place doesn't need much cleaning, he gets to pocket the rest. I originally asked if he charges hourly and is that how he came up with my quote, he said yes. He quoted 2.5 hours for $150, which is $30 an hour/ per person. His staff finished in 1 hour 45 mins cause my place didn't need much work to begin with. I vacuum and wipe every week, just wanted someone to focus on the bathrooms. So that's $105. If you charge a fixed rate based on the original assumption on how long your staff will take, what if it takes your staff 10 hours to clean? I'm sure you're going to ask for more. That's why you charge hourly and for actual time spent. ALSO, cleaners don't speak English well, they use their phones to translate and communicate. AND... why would you clean with your shoes on... I have carpet. I shouldn't need to instruct you to take them off. No common sense?? read more

WORST WORST WORST service i have EVER received. A man and his wife or daughter showed up to clean my BRAND new house (literally nothing in the house, no furniture, nothing) and they came in, cleaned the house. i came back to see that things were wiped down but nothing was cleaned....blinds, ceiling fans, bathroom cabinets, all still had dust in the crevices. when i confronted the owner about it he said "dust must of settled" excuse me...what?! so disappointed, i don't recommend ANYONE ever use them. they're prices are cheap for a reason. 0 stars if i could. read more

The staff sent to clean our home damaged our engineered wood floors by improper use of water. Out estimate for repair is in excess of $8,000. We have received promises from this company since August 2021 to repair our floors but nothing has happened except a lot of talk and false promises. Our lawyer sent them a notice of our claim and it was returned with the address crossed out . The address was 17211 Millikan Ave., Irvine, CA 92606. We are pursuing other legal means but to the public I say, WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY! I would not trust them. read more

Selected Global Cleaning to do a complete deep clean. For the most part the work was satisfactory (in some areas very good, such as attention to the windows and the appliances). Unfortunately, there was a complete failure to attend to a detailed cleaning of the tile and grout (bathroom, kitchen, floor) even though this was highlighted prior to as needing to be addressed. We had all of our downstairs flooring replaced. It was brick and hardwood. This required heavy demo work and the contractors got thick red dust everywhere. The entire house needed a very deep clean due to this. They showed up on time and spent 11 hours cleaning the house. They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier.
