They focused on deep clean of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which came out really nicely. No more lime scale in the showers and toilets and the stove and oven were like new. My husband and I work full time and have a small family so most days we are just surviving which means we definitely don't have time to keep up with deep cleaning. Global Cleaning is the first company we've ever hired to clean our home, we have them come by every two weeks and we honestly can't complain. If I need specific area tended to or perhaps they missed a spot I just let them know and they make sure to clean it to our standards. English isn't their first language but they understand some words and we've managed to use Google translate to communicate. This was our first time hiring cleaners, so we don't have anything to compare to, but overall happy with the service that was provided, especially since the rate was quite good compared to other cleaning companies. The manager was very responsive through Yelp and text and was very kind and flexible given our unique situation with the delay in closing our house. We were moving into a new house and had requested a deep clean of the whole house including cleaning of the fridge, oven, interior windows, and garage cabinets. I had made an error with the number of bedrooms in the Yelp quote but had provided a Redfin link to obtain the most accurate quote based on the full house details on Redfin, so I was surprised the cleaners only mentioned two bedrooms to be cleaned when I had expected the full house to be cleaned. However, since the house had previously been professionally cleaned by the previous owners, the manager and cleaners were nice enough to agree to at least clean the floors of all the bedrooms. I was most impressed by the cleaning of the fridge. The exterior was so disgusting, I thought it was beyond repair and was planning on purchasing a new one. I was pleasantly surprised that all the gross marks were cleaned off. One of the cleaners also showed me all the grease stains that he removed from the oven, so I appreciated that the oven was truly cleaned. The only things I noticed that could have been cleaned a little better were some of the interior windows and window sills (the window sills maybe weren't included in the cleaning), the stairs (didn't seem to be vacuumed since I saw some particles on the stairs), the master closet, and underneath the sinks. In the beginning, I pointed out some areas I wanted cleaned better (such as the inside of the fridge), so they tried their best to clean. In the end, they quickly asked us to look through the house to see if anything was not cleaned to satisfaction. Since they had already packed the cleaning supplies and had already spent about 5 hours cleaning, I didn't bother asking for more cleaning since they already worked so hard. DO NOT USE GLOBAL CLEANING because the owner, Maksym is unethical, damaged my home & because of numerous communication issues! After discussing my project (a cleaning gift to family members) and getting a quote, Maks showed up & dropped off two women who could NOT speak basic, minimal English. And this is where the problems started! We tried to communicate with them using the Google Translate app, but that didn't go well, and we were unable to reach Maks to translate for us. The two women who did the cleaning were nice and did an okay job, but, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND or SPEAK ENGLISH, they used a product to clean our hardwood floors that we asked them NOT to use, permanently damaging our hardwood floors, (to the point that they need to be replaced). We reached out to Maks during & immediately after the cleaning, asking him to " make it right." Instead, Maks chose to make excuses, claimed that the homeowners, instructed his cleaners to use a damaging product on the hardwood (which no one would do!) and then chose to ignore written requests that he fix it. It's been 2 years and Maks has still ignored every request to try to fix this. HE NEVER APOLOGIZED, never even discounted his service...he did NOTHING aside from LIE in attempts to blame the homeowner. Though Maksym has reached out several times to offer cleaning specials. I CANNOT RECOMMEND any service that operates with zero integrity! DON'T USE GLOBAL CLEANING! Edited to add: Since Maksym B - the owner of Global cleaning replied claiming there is no history of discussion, I've attached our Yelp quote as we found his cleaning company thru Yelp. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company to clean, the service was horrible. First of all they were an hr late. I scheduled a deep cleaning and mind you my home was completely empty since we were barely moving in, so no appliances or anything to clean. I specifically asked for baseboards, cabinets, walls, cabintets and kitchen to be cleaned aside from the basic. The owner stated yes they would do that but they didn't. They didn't even clean the most basic of stuff. There were spider webs and dirt behind all 3 toilets. The baseboards were filthy. They hadn't been touched at all. There was so much dust and dirt in the cabinets and on top. There was dust on all the light fixtures. The floors were still dirty. I took a wipe to these and they were black. The window sills were filthy. It looked as if nothing was cleaned. I chose this company due to the good reviews and I was so disappointed in the job they did. The owner had nothing but excuses as to why they didn't do stuff but it was the most basic of stuff that wasn't cleaned aside from the deep cleaning stuff. The shower and bathtubs were still dirty, I also took a wipe to them and the dirt came off. The owner offered them to come back and redo it but why would I want them to come out if they didn't do it right the first time and they only thing I got back was $50 (it took 2 days for him to send it) when I paid $80/hr for basically nothing. It looks like nothing was cleaned but the inside of the toilets. My biggest regret was not going with another company for my cleaning needs. The owner said the couple (a woman and tall man) that came out was the best crew he had and they had a lot of experience. If they did have so much experience then I wouldn't have to micromanage them, this is their job and they should know how to clean. I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated that I basically gave them free money to do nothing. Please look elsewhere for your cleaning needs. Very unprofessional and do not know what they're doing. They're basically scammers disguised as cleaners. Reply to owner: No the areas that should've been cleaned were the very basic of things that should've been cleaned and weren't. I never demanded a full refund I asked for a partial because honestly it didn't look like they cleaned at all. My mistake was not being the one there to check the work. I finally told them to skip the master bedroom all together since it was taking so long and not clean! The cabinets and counters in the whole house (bathrooms and kitchen) were newly installed 1 week proor. So clean to begin with, and the dishwasher and fridge freshly cleaned prior to their arrival with no dishes in the sink. So I have no idea what took so long to look this bad! That thing doesn't look like a professional vacuum cleaner. In the kitchen, there are white stains in the sink from the middle. There is no smell of freshness in the house after cleaning, only a terrible smell of household chemicals. If you have children, I do not recommend this cleaning company. The guy wiped all the surfaces with one rag, the kitchen. This is very unprofessional. I don't want to think that they also wash the toilet and the kitchen with one rag. It's disgusting.
