Updating per text exchange with the owner. This agreement was made under my husband's name, which was apparently not hard to find as he was texted shortly after I wrote this review. I understand that accidents happen, but this was incredibly inconvenient. There was so much broken glass in the garbage disposal that it had to be taken apart to resolve the issue. There was glass all over the kitchen, and it was not all cleaned up. We had to pay out of pocket for a temporary shelf since it took so long to find the replacement shelf. Aside from the broken glass issue, I personally had to re-clean the "clean" fridge as there was liquid all over due to jars being laid on their sides. Several areas of the house were not cleaned at all or were very poorly cleaned. The owner texted my husband that it was "unfair" of me to leave this review since it was an accident. I don't think it is unfair to write a truthful review. Accidents do happen, but we were still charged extra to clean the refrigerator, even though the glass was broken and liquid was spilled everywhere. We paid out of pocket for the temporary shelf and were not reimbursed. We were not offered any discount for all of this inconvenience. read more

I DO NOT recommend this cleaning company. I hired this company based on so many positive reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. The cleaners arrived 30 mins late. I left them to clean for 2.5 hours and I felt like they didn't get much done except for the windows. When I arrived, I found one of the cleaners in a different outfit, talking on the phone outside. I hired them for move in cleaning. The house was completely empty, so they should have wiped down and sanitized all the surfaces. The lady who mopped the floor didn't use any bleach or cleaning products. I bet she didn't even change out dirty water. There was some glue or hard residue stuck onto the kitchen countertop and they used a key or something to remove it and left a bunch of scuff marks. Luckily, they were able to buff it out. The cleaning supplies they brought with them was minimal. It was also extremely frustrating because I couldn't communicate with them unless they used a translator on their phone. Hired Global Cleaning for the first time to clean my home before Lunar New Year. Initially reached out to them last year for a quote through Yelp but ended up hiring another company due to being slightly cheaper. However, they didn't do that thorough of a cleaning job so this year I wanted to hire Global Cleaning. It was very easy to book them for cleaning. Maksym, the owner, is very responsive on Yelp and answered all of my questions. He is also very kind and understanding. My hot water wasn't working today, but he said to not worry about it. A single woman came to clean my home. She was here for 4.5 hours, which was a little longer than the estimate given, but she was working the entire time so I didn't mind. After texting back and forth and me asking questions, he adds $50 because of the sq footage I called the next day to book and asked about supplies and when I called the second time, the rep tells me they don't service my zip code After spending all my time asking questions and texting they tell me they don't service my area but what's worse, and why I'm writing this review, is that instead of apologizing they continually blamed it on Yelp and tech issues and then blamed me and said it's because I changed the project (which I didn't) and didn't take any responsibility for their mistake. I really can't say enough how worth it it is to book this cleaning service. This is my second time hiring them, the first being a couple years ago at a different apartment. Obviously the first visit was fantastic since I hired them again, so I'll just talk about my most recent cleaning. KC and Rita were the employees who cleaned my apartment. They showed up on time and were very kind and professional. They wore masks (for COVID safety) which was much appreciated. All I had to do was quickly show them which rooms I wanted cleaned and then they handled it from there. I was able to tune out and get other work done, without worrying about a thing. When they were all done, I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness. I have two cats and my sorta messy roommate just moved out so there were areas that had been a bit neglected, but they got it all. I want to start by saying a lot of companies offer a discount to the service if you leave a review. This is not one of those situations. These guys were honestly the best cleaners I've ever dealt with, and I've been using a cleaning service for the last ten years in the Irvine area. They were responsive to book, showed up on time and didn't miss anything. It was a move out clean on a large house so it was a big job and the cleaning duo (husband and wife team) did not skip corners. Shelves, cabinet faces, glass, floors, appliances, bathrooms, etc - it all looked amazing. I wish I would have found this company sooner because I would have loved to use them for occupied cleans (the regular service I had been using didn't have availability for a move out clean which is why I found this company). This is one of those rare situations where I wish I had more recurring work to give them, just because they worked so hard. With the current labor market, people rarely try so hard to provide top notch service like these guys did. 11/10 recommend. First let me say that I yelled at you but not your crew as this was not their fault. They had a difficult time communicating which is why I asked them if they would reach out to you. I was extremely kind to your workers and apologized that they worked for such an unethical person. Yes, Your staff was there but only after my sister and I spent 8 hours cleaning that day before(see pictures attached from the cleaning we performed). This is why we requested a deep cleaning including blinds and window sills which is in your description and was not completed either. And it only goes to show that you are not honest as we actually paid you $150. The $50 deposit and the $100 cash I gave them when I asked them to leave. While we requested a deep cleaning, we do not do this for a living but you do. It is your responsibility to educate and ensure that you are asking the right questions. We asked for and were paying for a $200 deep cleaning. Your cleaning crew showed me the email from you stating that they were to provide a "standard" cleaning. Why is it so hard to admit when you are wrong. I see this in all of your reviews. You blame the customer. Hey things happen, people are human and do make mistakes but you refuse to believe that you are one of them. You scam people and you provide fraudulent information and it is unacceptable. We hired a different company for deep cleaning two weeks prior before to hiring Global Cleaning to do basic cleaning . How a person define a clean home will mean differently to the next person. Based on the job that was hired to do we were pleased. Even though our bottom floor just got remodeled this Fall, we definitely needed some good basic cleaning on top of our previous deep cleaning. I had their service once. Everything was good from the start, I was quoted for $200 for my house and I paid an extra $100 for window cleaning. 3 people came to clean. It was okay until I inspected their work. I kindly asked the owner to let the cleaners know to reclean the floor and vacuum since I have dogs and I can still see the hair on the floor. I didn't mind reminding the owner because it was the first time so I understand. However, what upset me was I paid extra for the window cleaning service and yet, it wasn't done throughly. As well as the upholstery wasn't wipe down. I would assume it's common to clean leather furniture with deep cleaning. Due to covid, I gave them the benefit of the doubt was was going to have them clean the second time. However, they were unorganized with arranging cleaners.
