I was initially told a refund would be issued, and I waited a full billing cycle as advised by my bank to allow time for it to process. The refund never came. When I followed up, the owner refused to honor what was previously agreed upon. I even asked them to review their surveillance footage to verify that an error was made, but they declined to do so. Instead of taking accountability and resolving the issue professionally, they chose not to correct it. Mistakes happen I understand that. What matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this was handled poorly, and I cannot recommend a business that refuses to stand behind its own errors. When the owner refused to correctthe issue and blamed me instead for not following up sooner, I told the owner that I would be pursuing the matter further than the owner said they were not going to do anything if I did so. In hindsight trying to blackmail me so that I would receive a partial refund and not warn others.
