Chicken Fried chicken with mashed potatoes green beans and a roll

Went to uncle Bill's for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. The chicken was tender and crispy and well seasoned. It was very good. The white gravy was also well seasoned. My wife ordered the county fried steak but received a chicken fried chicken another steak was brought out but after we had finished our meal. We both thought the chicken was better than the steak. Our waitress was very good as she caught the mistake on my wife's meal on the way to our table. Uncle Bill's is a nice diner and a place you can get breakfast all day long if you like.

Pancakes, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, hash browns and sausage links.

Classic diner/breakfast food with that classic aesthetic. Very busy on weekends so expect a wait at times.

Went out for breakfast before friend goes back home out of town. I picked this place of popular breakfast restaurant. Oof still always good I ordered over easy eggs, bacon and hash brown. Pancakes comes with it. Everything is good. Coffee is good too. Thank you

When you enter, it's very small but very well put together décor wise. Each area had signs that discouraged movement of their furniture and had its own kind of theme. I was meeting up with a friend and her daughter and unfortunately did not realize they had the typical café hours (closed at 2pm) so my visit was very quick (30 minutes) and I had to rush my conversation. I ordered an iced Monstera Mint latte and chocolate coffee cake slice. When the barista called up my order, I repeated my order asking if it's mine (they don't use a name system) and apparently *I* mispronounced MONSTERA because she turned her back and said within earshot to her coworker how I did not pronounce it correctly and why do people say it incorrectly. I am not a big plant person so excuse me for not knowing how every single plant name is pronounced. I know people vent at work, but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my visit, so I was glad it was almost time to leave before they closed. Vent after customers leave if you have to.... Anyways, my MONSTER-AH mint latte was good, but the chocolate coffee cake was a bit too dry for me. And service could have been a bit more professional in my opinion.

The atmosphere is nice--upscale without feeling overly snobbish or pretentious. We had a great waitress who provided wonderful service, but the tall busboy with the long bangs was a bit overbearing. He constantly hovered around us, including picking up a fork we dropped even after we told him we had it. Additionally, he started boxing up our food without even asking. I'm sure he was only trying to be helpful, but it made the experience feel a little uncomfortable. To start, the bread was delicious. We also ordered an Amaretto Stone Sour, which was just decent. I personally didn't taste much, if any, orange juice in it, which was disappointing. Just straight amaretto. For my entrée, I tried the Tortellini Piselli. It was good, but extremely rich. I could only eat about a quarter of it before I started feeling a little sick from how heavy it was. My mom ordered the Chicken Milanese and enjoyed it overall, although she wished it came with a sauce. She found the chicken to be a bit dry without one. Overall, it wasn't a horrible dinner by any means, but I'm not sure we'd return anytime soon. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was decent, but there wasn't anything that really stood out enough to make us want to come back right away...

I was surprised to see it tucked away in the strip and had it not been for the sign, I def would have missed it. When I first walked in, I was greeted immediately and shown to a table. I happened to be one of five people there (2 couples), so it's nice to know there are other early risers like myself. Prior to coming, I looked at the menu online so I'd have an idea of what I wanted once I went. I stuck with water and got the scrambled combo with cheddar, spinach, and green peppers. It also comes with potatoes and your choice of toast, a biscuit, or an English muffin. I got the sourdough toast. One of the plus sides to being an early riser is that the places you go aren't packed, which means you'll get your food quicker. Mine came out in record timing (then again it helps when you're 1 of 5 people there, 4 of which already have their food). The first couple bites were meh. Once I sprinkled salt and pepper, it was like the eggs and potatoes came to life! The toast was as I expected (good), then again, I have yet to taste sourdough that wasn't good. Overall, my server was kind and attentive. The vibe of the restaurant was as quiet and cozy, then then again, it could have been the fact that his was 8:15 am. Regardless, I liked it enough to want to return!

We were driving thru St. Louis en route to Arizona and, with a long drive ahead, wanted to meet our daughter for a quick breakfast as she happened to be in the St. Louis area to visit a friend as well. We identified Sunny Street via Yelp (duh) as a convenient place to meet, and boy were we not disappointed. Shout out to our server (name unknown) for pushing me to order more than I needed so I could taste the pancakes because that made the meal. To start, daughter and her friend both ordered the hearty breakfast with chocolate chip pancakes. Both enjoyed their meals, and said the pancakes were great. Wife ordered the same but with plain pancakes and liked that as well. Her bacon (which of course she didn't finish) was terrific. I was torn - I really wanted the country omelette which is basically the western plus sausage gravy with a biscuit but the bananas foster pancakes sounded so good. Our server convinced me to just go nuts and order the omelette and add half an order of pancakes. Her upsell training was on point, because the add wasn't cheap but indeed I needed to taste them. And like I said . . . . Best. Pancakes. Ever. The omelette was great. The biscuit was just ok. The pancakes were indescribably amazing. And I've had my fair share of pancakes of all types shapes and sizes. These are #1. Service was great, the restaurant is in a nice strip mall in a good area of town. It was busy but without a wait around 9:30am on a Saturday. If I lived in St. Louis I'd return often. Probably too often. This is a highly recommend.

Within minutes, Mary, my server, came and greeted me. I gave her my entire order ( big bite breakfast: scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, peppers, and spinach, sourdough toast, fruit, and chicken sausage, and a Bellini. To my disbelief, everything arrived within minutes! Trust, I was not complaining! The first couple bites of my eggs were quite splendid! They were cheesy, and filled with plenty of spinach and peppers as I had requested. I loved that the sourdough wasn't rock hard and already came buttered. That will forever be a win in my book. Usually I'll put some type of syrup on my meat, but the chicken sausage was fine without it. It had a nice flavor and was well-seasoned. Last but not least was the peach Bellini, which wasn't too sweet, but was refreshing and the perfect accompaniment for my breakfast aside from the water. Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit and must highlight the exemplary service from Mary and the staff. The quick turn around and good food sold me, so rest assured I'll be back!
