I stopped in here the evening before an early flight because it was close to my hotel. What a wonderful decision that turned out to be! The bartenders were all very friendly and attentive and were not afraid to help a girl out with making a choice from a quite extensive menu. I also met the BEST people sitting at the bar. If you're in the area and looking for an easy hang spot for some bar food it's a good spot. Not too loud on our visit on a Tuesday night. Korean flavored wings were tasty but clearly not fresh. The mozzarella sticks were gooey and had nice crunch on outside. Dipping sauce was a jar-based disappointment. Had a burger as they said it was best seller and "famous." It was fine. To go was miss delivered to another guy who left with it and waited longer but okay, I'll have another. I was looking forward to relaxing evening at the bar tonwatch some sports at Glory Days after a long week of working. I am visiting back here from out of town. I am writing this as I am waiting for a spot to open up. However, I watch three people leave and it took the bartenders over 5 minutes to clear the spot and they never wiped it down to sanitize the area. I just watch a fourth person leave and still, they never wipe the bar down after someone leaves. After watch someone else sit at a dirty bar seat and counter, I decided to leave. The bartenders are much more interested in laughing and joking with their phones than cleaning after someone leaves. If this is how the restaurant management shows the front of the house, I would not want to eat food from the kitchen. Ibdevided to leave. I suggest you not waste your time with an unsanitary place and go somewhere else. read more

Came in on a Friday evening looking forward to some wings, cold, beer, and the fish fry. The beer came and that was great. We knew something was wrong when the wings were delivered very quickly; certainly not time enough to "freshly prepare". Sure enough, they were barely warm. I don't know if they had just been sitting back there for someone else or what happened. Or perhaps they just have them sitting there and throw the sauce on them. We tried to flag the waitress, but she was standing at the hostess station with three other wait staff. We waived number of times. She seemed to look at us, but to give her the benefit of the doubt, perhaps she did not see us. We continued to look and wave for about 10 minutes while she chatted with her friends. Finally, we were so annoyed, that we just got up to leave. She stared blankly at us when we told her the problem as we passed the hostess station and there was neither an apology nor any recognition of what happened. Very disappointing. While visiting from California to visit my daughter at Hopkins, we ate here several times. It was one of the few allergy friendly restaurants we could find in the area for my youngest son. The food was always very good, and the staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly. It is my sons new favorite restaurant. I'm pretty sure I hear about the Glory Days Grill 20 times a day now. Bland pasta there was no salt or pepper not even cheese. The sauce was liquid like water no type of thicker added. The pasta tasted like butter noodles with milk. Having been in the Hospitality industry for a very long time- I can tell you unequivocally the corporate philosophy mandates quality ingredients and excellent service. As a rule they are community oriented often partnering with local schools to fundraise. Nice. With Any restaurant on any given day the frys may be soggy, too many hostesses hang out chit chatting, or someone could forget the tea. Stuff happens, especially in busy (0r slow) times. These folks will address issues and attempt to offer the best experiences. Lastly, I believe some units are franchised. Great place to watch all of your favorite sports teams. Went to this new BWI airport location and it was really enjoyable. For appetizers order the coconut shrimp which were really good. Words cannot describe the experience that I had last night. From the moment I sat down at the bar, customer service SUCKED! The bartender was very short and rude. I understand that the bar was busy, but in this instance, I feel like the staff forget that bartending/waitressing is a tip based business. When I tried to politely gain her attention, she made it known that she saw me and she was busy and it will be a moment. I gave her the benefit of the doubt considering the place was getting busy, although it was 1030 at night. This particular night they offered Tuesday specials for six dollars for appetizers. The proportions size that they gave you for six dollars, was well worth it! I also opted for taco Tuesday which gave me a nice portion of tortilla chips and salsa to accommodate my two shrimp tacos. The food was actually decent. The middle problem occurred when we asked one of the bartenders to flag down a waitress on the other side of the room. She was serving two military service members, and my friend wanted to pay it forward by paying for the tab. Once the waitress gained our bartenders attention she rudely blurted out "for what", sucked her teeth, and walk to the back. We were flabbergasted! I mean what was the problem with the staff tonight? We immediately asked for the manager, and he came over and rectify the problem by getting the waitress. She gave some lame and carried on about her business. The last and final straw was the cleanliness of our bartender. I understand that it is the end of the night and you are trying to get out of there, but when do you put time over sanitation! We watched our bartender pick up oh chicken bones off of the bar, as well as the plate that I used to discard into the trashcan. She did not stop to wash her hands, nor did she sanitize them. She went on to make drinks for other customers to include us. Then at the end of the night the glasses in which she put pens and tabs and she re-stacked With the clink glasses for other bartenders to use. Came here for a football game Saturday night and truly enjoyed our experience. The beer was cold and reasonably priced, the atmosphere was typical of a sports bar, and the staff was amazing (more to follow). However, this review is 3 of 5 for the food. The service gets a 5/5 from me - our server Janita was amazing! So friendly and attentive and was a ton of fun! The manager was also a very nice guy who was fun to talk to and we enjoyed meeting him and chatting. All in all the staff was great and would come back just for them! However, the food is a 3/5 for me - with the fish n chips being the only dish I would recommend. The crab dip we ordered to start was awful. Just terrible. Fishy taste to it, covered in cheese, and no crab in sight. For $12, no way. I had to eat the bread plain just to get the fishy taste out of my mouth. The drinks - also a 3/5. My Fiance had to send her margarita back after the bartender had no clue how to make a skinny margarita. A patron sitting at the bar had to explain it to him. When it was brought to the table, it resembled more of a tequila sunrise, almost entirely orange juice. (Maybe the wrong juice?). Sent that back and got a glass of wine instead. Finally good service and food! We travel all over the country and it's been weeks since we have a had good service and food. We got the turkey burger, my husband loved it. I got a southwest salad. Basic but good. The best part was the cauliflower wings!!!! This were the best thing I've had in a very long time!!! Review say service was slow. At first the hostess was slow and a bit odd. But our server was great! Kayla M was very attentive and on it. There was some issues like a server dropped a knife and didn't pick it up. The four of us stopped by Glory Days for a couple of after dinner drinks. They have a nice sized bar and a very good selection of craft beers on draught, about 30, and their prices are very competitive. The ladies wanted a couple of Martini's that were not on their drink menu but the bartender happily obliged and she did a great job. We did not eat anything, we had dinner at Phillips, so I cannot comment on the food except to say they had an interesting menu. They had an abundance of flatscreens, We sat at the bar and they have individual speakers which can be set to whichever TV you are watching. Went to Glory Days to try it out since they had an outdoor patio. Upon being seated, it seemed very pleasant. It all went downhill after that. Unfortunately, the service is so terrible that I would never go again. My boyfriends Mr.Pibb tasted awful and upon pointing it out our lovely waitress, Alison K, took 15 minutes to bring out a replacement sprite. Then to make matters worst, I had a hair in my wrap. Upon telling the waitress she never even offered an apology. She took it off our bill but that was not the point. The point is to apologize for having a hair in my food.
